I'm a day early as of this time (11/19/2024), but with how much work and the trolley has been taking from my energy (looking at bad apple employees 3 and 4, fuck you), I wanted to post this.

How the hell did she get there? No idea! Maybe this is a dimension travel like the slider time-travel episode in the B-plot. Maybe this is more along the lines of "Whoops, found a hole in reality! Oops!" Maybe one of the great spirits got tired of waiting around for the damn avatar and decided to take matters in their own metaphysical hands, snagged Kei, and told her she's got a one-way ticket home, free of charge, if she can just muscle her way into fixing shit.

Now, for the big question:

Why?

For the simple fact that Isobu = not-a-lion lionturtle.

Seriously.

He's certainly big enough! He's got the intelligence and the hands (paws? flippers?) too! So... where are the lion bits????

He can't be a turtle-duck. Urchin-turtles never get that big either! He's the wrong anatomy for turtle-urchins, he can't possibly be an oyster-eel, and - wait, three tails? Ah! So he must be a whale-turtle with porcupine-spiritfox ancestry! Yes, that must be it!

(Isobu is not all that thrilled to have "fox" in his labeling. Aang does not listen. Of course that's what he would say! He's got spiritfox in him, after all! Jokes, pranks, and lies are par for the course. Look at him, being a good avatar! Well done, Aang!)

Furthermore:

Kei + Zuko = tired babysitter club

Toph and Isobu are tiny terrors and also best friends. They make gigantic rock / coral statues of themselves together in various Amazing and Baddass poses. They also do piggyback rides on their respective Partner In Crime. (Don't worry, Isobu makes a mini-him clone first. Obviously. He's not too big for Kei to carry him Sokka.)

Kei must be a spirit. How tf else can she MAKE water out of nothing and then EXPLODE little bits of paper???? (Anybody else gonna mention that little fire trick she did? No? Yeah, okay, I didn't see a thing either.)

BONUS:

Kei, mostly to Zuko: "And then I just go like this..."

Aang: "Airbending?!?!" :o

Sokka: "No! Sword bending!!!" :D

Kei: ...

Kei: "Eh, close enough."

So you go to their page and hope that there's more for any fandom you might know- only there isn't any. They've written for other fandoms you aren't familiar with and never would've thought about before.

When I was doing my Hawaiian-style Tomo-chan a while ago, I really wanted to use a honu (turtle) design on her pareo. However, I remembered Kei-kun and how the turtle motif would probably fit her better, so I decided that I was gonna put Kei in a pareo too!! Though, this time Tomoko-chan is in a flowy dress, but that’s more because I thought she’d look really nice in a chiffon beach kind of dress haha. I tried my best to allude to semi-transparency of the fabric but I’m not too sure. I think I just made it more of an ombré instead, haha 💕

For @cyb-by-lang, it looks like my previous magnum opus will have to take a step down because the whole group of Team Minato plus Rin and Tomoko are stepping in! I don’t think I’ll get this much time to work on such a large piece in a while, considering this is the first time I’ve tried to color five characters all at once (while not using any real references aside from body poses from Google Search). Nonetheless, it paid off! Everyone’s here, and the time spent has been very much worth it.

I have a few from some WIPs so here it goes;

Fuwa from Soft Hugs and Sharp Smiles a BNHA fic, and Lucille from Celestial Fire a Fairy Tail fic. Honestly, these two have a similar sunny personality, though Fuwa is more of an extrovert than Lucille. Fuwa is a little confused about using Lucille's Gate Keys and magic in general, but gets a hang of it pretty quickly. Lucille struggles a bit more with understanding Quirks, being a model, and having a little brother... also Heros and Villains are a thing. Thank God Toyotomi Kasuga exists to help Lucille adjust to life as Fuwa.

Kei found a turtle hoodie in Harajuku that she's now very attached to. Too bad no one but her Konoha friends get the joke in this world.

I'm still bad at hands oh well getting better I think.

Anyways hope you like it @cyb-by-lang I enjoyed the new shell game chapter. Really liking it in general really I binged all of it in a day.
