How would the Clone Wars have ended if the Delegation of 2000 and the Jedi Council had actually managed to provide a united front against Palpatine?

Perhaps Palpatine would have escalated against them sooner and more severely, but such a victory would have been much more fragile.

Palpatine would have been hard-pressed to ignore and dismiss petitions supported by the Republic's highest ranking generals, even if they came from a Senate minority.

On the other hand, a Jedi coup backed by the D2K may have had a much stronger chance of enduring politically, and if they can't overthrow the Chancellor, they can significantly undermine the formation of the Empire.

Just some thoughts on what could have been.

What is Remote Neural Monitoring? (RMN)

When referencing V2K and D2K, here is one explanation of how the signal is sent and received that may be helpful in understanding how it might operate

This is simply covert hypnosis. Meaning that the Target is hypnotized without her consent. It is easy to understand if say someone has consented to being hypnotized, is sitting a therapist's office and is relaxing on a couch or chair.

A series of relaxing commands are communicated to the client, she then dissolves into a semi-conscious state. The Anchor or suggestion is communicated by the hypnotist.

It can be a physical behavior, a verbal word or phrase, or an unpleasant thought. A false memory or a real one that the work has been done to overcome.

This is re-traumatization, placing the Target in a premeditated state of distress, possibly in a trance-like state, even causing an almost "blackout" effect for a short period of say "missing time".

This form of hypnosis can also be used to physically batter the victim. To for example to illicit a loss of balance causing falls, and for the victim to run into objects in her environment.

Desensitization can actually occur over time, if the suggestion is not reintroduced.

It may depend on how the Anchor was laid. Some research indicates that the brain may over time, actually work to over-ride this Invasive action. One reason it appears to simply "go away".

2020 - Lee Kerslake

Ozzy Osbourne’s former drummer, Lee Kerslake, died aged 73 from prostate cancer. He is best known for his performances on the Black Sabbath frontman’s critically-acclaimed debut album, Blizzard of Ozz, and was also the drummer in Uriah Heep appearing on their 1972 album Demons and Wizards and nine studio records, as well as a live album, with the band before departing in 1978.

2014 - Cher

A dance choreographer sued Cher for racial discrimination claiming the singer stopped him hiring any more black dancers. Kevin Wilson alleged Cher told him the tour had "too much colour" already. Mr Wilson and two other dancers had also alleged they were fired for reporting a sexual assault on a female fan by another dancer. Hey guys my dad has been trying to get funding for a company. I know many of you have health issues and regularly need blood work. Some of you are diabetic and require pricking your finger many times a day. My dad came up with a solution years ago, but never had the money to get it started. The device is a light-based glucometer. It measures your blood sugar without any needles or pain whatsoever. Not even a probe like the ones that claim needle free but aren't. This scans your blood through your skin. You don't even have to actually touch your skin.

We're in the process of getting a company started to produce this device so that diabetics or those with hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia or who need their sugar monitored can do so regularly and without pain.

We have some of the world's leading engineers and scientists involved but we need funding. Right now we've applied to a contest to win some money so we can build the prototype for investors to fund us more heavily.

We have a device about the size of a printer that can measure your blood glucose without needles now, but we need to get the device into something more hand-held for investors to be more interested. There are some other proof-of-concept features we want to include in our prototype. Eventually this device should be able to measure any chemical in your blood with just a quick scan.
