🍌 Baby friendly waffles 🍌 I treated myself to a waffle iron over the weekend and have been eager to try it out. 👉🏻 Try this baby friendly recipe to help with those Monday morning blues (or any day of the week really 😜) ~ Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 2 large eggs (whites only) 1 1/2 cups milk (I mix whole milk + coconut milk) 1/2 cup coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract ~ Directions: 🥄 In a blender (or bowl and whisk), add the flour, baking powder, egg whites, milk, vanilla extract and coconut oil. Mix well until you have a semi-thick batter. 🥄 Cook the waffles according to the instructions of your waffle maker. 🥄 Serve warm with chopped bananas, blueberries, Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup.
