Hello readers .
Blessings for the day !! . Hope you all are healthy .
So last week I prepared my all time favorite delicacy . It's called Dahibara Aludam .
I am from Odisha , India . A small state with Rich culture and traditions .
These are white Urad dal fritters dipped in curd and spices , served with some spicy alu ki sabzi .
It look like this .

Let's know them individually .
Here's the Dahibara .
In Odia , Bara means vada . So the Urad daal fritters are added to a mixture of curd and water . Followed by some regular Indian spiecs like salt , chilli powder , jeera powder etc .

And here's the Aloodum .

It's a spicy Curry whose main ingredient is potato added with ginger garlic paste , onions , tomatoes etc .
We like it with some chopped onions on top for that extra crunch . Some sev , some bhuna masala and we are done .
You can find stalls every now and then in Odisha . If you visit my place , make sure to taste this at least once and I am damn sure you will fall in love with this .

Who has tried this? Its an Indian dish made up of urad dal called 'dahi bara with aloo dum'. The lentil dumplings once prepared are soaked in spiced yogurt! There are many versions of it.
