Today I discovered the Sith language has official (if Legends) rules about grammar SO! Names translated into the Sith language, Because I Can

The Actual Sith Ayeir = Aiyir (Lord Ayeir = Aiyir’ari) Zana =  Zâna/Zânû (depending how strict you are on pronunciation) Darros = Dâros Acheron = Âkûran (the spelling gets butchered but it's pronounced identically) Renata Sayin = Rinata Saiyin (Lord Sayin = Saiyin’ari Malifax = Mâlidaks (press F to pay res- oh wait) Evekk Tarill = Iwik Taril

All the House Acheron names translate directly (different spelling, but same pronunciation), which is lucky, because when I named them, a) I didn’t know these rules existed and b) they weren’t from a Sith family anyway. Sayin’s name also translates fairly well. F to Malifax though, if the Sith language had an F. And poor Evekk.

The Jedi Samte = Samtai Amaron Shiir =  Âmûran Shir Ashe Damarr = Âsh Dûmar

Samte’s last name doesn’t get translated because it’s a noun-verber that would be translated literally rather than phonetically, and I don’t have either of the necessary pieces.

What we’ve learned: Twi’lek names don’t translate well.
