Is This a Fresh of Breath Air?

I’m loving Teresa Giudice’s dictionary this season: “Raw as a cucumber” and now “a fresh of breath air”.

And Danielle Cabral keeps on delivering cute scenes, good confessionals and memorable moments. Do we have a keeper?

I’m still unsure with Rachel Fuda and Jennifer Fessler. The way Fessler was eating while the other women were arguing seemed a little… staged.

And is Dolores Catania truly madly in love? Or is she just mad?

All she had to do was apologising to Jennifer Aydin, but she seems to be waiting for an apology too, so now we’ve entered a cold war on both sides.

And it seems to be business as usual over in Jersey. The majority of the group gets together to talk about how “dangerous” Jennifer is.

Margaret Josephs had Jackie Goldschneider, Melissa Gorga and Paterson Dolores over at her house, and they were basically bad-mouthing Jennifer.

It’s like they know what Jennifer knows, and they tried to discredit her before she could get a chance to share what she knows.

The alleged cheating rumours about Melissa.

I’m a little confused why they’re solely focusing on Jennifer and not Teresa too. Marge’s ex-bestie talked to them both!

But my thing is… why is it always Marge?

She has a lot of ex-friends… Danielle Staub, Siggy Flicker and now this Lauren person. And I wonder why.

Is she a terrible judge of character? Is she a gossip? And what happened to make them fall apart?

We know what happened with Danielle and Siggy, but what about Lauren? Marge just claims that she turned evil on her…

What's done in the dark will be brought to the light though.

I don’t trust Marge. I believe she knows a lot and gossips a lot. And when she trusts the wrong people, things come out.

Like the Evan Goldschneider rumours. Teresa acted like the rumours came from Marge, and Jennifer pretty much confirmed it at the reunion.

It’s not like I believe all the rumours, because it has been so much craziness in this franchise. But I can see a pattern with Marge.

Appreciation Post: Kenya Moore

She was early on painted as a villain, and she seemed strong enough to accept the role and the editing.

In the end she was vindicated, even by her biggest enemy, on her own show. 

And when we saw her on RHUGT free from the toxicity on RHOA, we got to see another side of her.

This is an appreciation post of the gone with the wind fabulous Kenya Moore.

Kenya came in strong when she first joined the cast in season 5, and Phaedra Parks accused her of trying to seduce her husband, Apollo Nida.

She was dragged across the floor by Porsha Williams at the reunion of season 6.

Was Kenya the most hated housewife on a show after Danielle Staub on RHONJ? Danielle once asked in an interview:

“What are they going to do next? Kill me?”

Kenya was branded as the villain and a whore from the very beginning, and I was sadly never on team twirl.

Her antics were annoying, her actions suspicious and her shade rough. She was and still is incredibly shady. 

She’s not called The Shade Assassin for no reason.

I’m sad to say that Kenya was the housewife I loved to hate, but I’ve learned to love her.

She never crumbled or played the victim though.

She stayed true to herself and is a very strong woman. She’s an independent woman, who’s got her own hustle and were able to build her own house in a record’s time.

I would absolutely love to see her exploring a business with renovations!

Kenya was never lucky in love, and what she longed for the most was a family.

Sadly, her ex-husband Marc Daly was anything but a loving husband, but she was blessed with her daughter Brooklyn as a result of the short-lived marriage.

And Brooklyn has a great role model in her mom.

Apollo later admitted that he lied about her trying to seduce him, and Porsha famously showed her true colors on Porsha’s Family Matters.

Kenya was vindicated in the end. Is it right that this was a case of the Martha Mitchell effect?
