Pros and Cons of Dating my Muse

Pros:

Protective to the next level. Ain't nobody gonna be bothering you - and if they do, they just might magically disappear by the next day. prying. Or materialize with a black eye. Whatever gets the point across best.

Aiden generally isn't one to half-ass anything, so once he's yours, he's yours, through anything and everything. That's the long and short of it.

He has such a big heart, and while it may not always show, as you get to know him, you'll start recognizing the little things that show it off.

Waking up to those pretty green eyes staring back at you, and that deep, gravelly voice mumbling this sleepy little Morning.

It's a shame he doesn't do it more often because this man gives the best hugs.

Physical affection in general is A Thing. Normally, he's not particularly fond of random people touching him, but if he's with somebody, it means he knows and trusts them immensely, which means no holds barred when it comes to the physical stuff. If it's too much for his tastes, he'll let you know, but for the most part, go nuts.

Forget expensive mechanic repairs. If your car starts doing weird things or making noises, he's your guy. The same goes for tech problems - and he's not gonna charge a dime for his services. However, lunch (or a treat of some sort) is always appreciated.

Cons:

His protective streak can, and will, become overprotective very quickly. The secret installation of cameras might become a thing, and while he really does have the best intentions at heart, it's still very much Not Okay.

Probably won't let you drive, if you're going somewhere together.

It'll take a while to break him out of that shell he hides inside.

Feelings are complex and difficult and gross, and he'd rather not deal with that nonsense. Any conversation leading down that kind of path will very quickly have him stonewalling and trying to change the subject.

Secretive and reclusive. He has no problem digging his heels in and fighting if a partner pries where he doesn't want them.

Absolutely horrible at taking care of himself. He'll keep his ass alive, but that's the extent. You'll probably have to hound him for stuff most people see as normal, everyday self-care - Aiden, you need to eat something; no, McDonald's and alcohol Do Not count. How long have you been awake - for the love of God, go get some sleep. You've had enough coffee to smell colors, here's some water, drink at least half of it - and prepare for a fight if/when you. He's got a stubborn streak the size of Chicago.

His is a dangerous life. That kind of worry can weigh on a partner. There's also the concern that some of that attention might fall on a partner because they're excellent leverage.

Your Mind

Your mind is terrifying...  You're smart, cunning, and your mind might just lean in dark directions... No matter what you do, it's gonna be genius, and you're not gonna get caught unless you want to.  You bide your time, making a master plan, preying on your victim's weaknesses. You can find out exactly what their worst fears are, and make them happen. You're a force to be reckoned with.  You might not be quite as menacing as I make you sound though, that could just be when someone crosses you that one last time. You might be a perfectly nice person until someone just pushes you a little too far.

Your Appearance

Your appearance is terrifying.  You might be a perfectly pleasant person, but how you look is intimidating in some way. Whether that's inhumanly beautiful, strong and menacing, or cold and ruthless, something about your appearance makes people hesitant to approach you and even more wary to mess with you.  Using just your appearance, you could get almost whatever you want. Few would dare question you, as long as you play to your strengths. 

If you're going to say something along the lines of "I'm so ugly no one looks at me, that's why, blah blah blah." That's garbage. First of all, there's no such thing as ugly. Only social standards, which are dumb. Second, butterflies can't see their own wings. Third, they called Medusa "hideous" and look at that picture up there!
