one funny thing about Eureka, especially on Aether, is that people are greedy as FUCK

There's a boss monster that spawns in the middle of the map that requires people to defeat hard hitting monsters at the other end of the map

This boss monster has a very rare chance at dropping an item that goes for millions (and can make you stronger in the content that it's in), and only spawns during a specific weather window

So clearly the intent is that people help each other defeat those monsters, making their way together to the spawn location, and then everybody has a fair chance to get the item

What ACTUALLY happens is that people who spawn the monster have to either accept they won't get a chance at the item, or make an immediate beeline back to spawn and then to the middle of the map, because there's always a majority of people who will instantly attack the boss and even kill it before anyone has a chance to get there

I went AFK, but I'm also in the camp of "just wait at the boss's spawn for it cause I don't want to lose exp by risking dying", and so many people just missed out completely on the spawn window because no one wanted to help prepare it
