Working with this one makes me feel she's so special, I admit mixing colors is struggling a bit as you can see the water is weird. uwu I did my best just to participate with mermaid challenge. Hope I did it and wasn't to late to participate well. >.<^_^

It feels weird that it’s been such a long time since I’ve shown anything new, yet this is all I’ve got to show for it. Either way I’m excited to get fully back into improving every day!

If you have any criticisms of any kind, I’d love to hear them because I want to improve. Also, if you have any suggestions on how or what to draw, they are greatly appreciated. I hope anyone who happens to find this has a good day!

In Celtic and Norse mythology, selkies (also spelled silkies, sylkies, selchies) or selkie folk (Scots: selkie fowk) meaning 'seal folk' are mythological beings capable of therianthropy, changing from seal to human form by shedding their skin. They are found in folktales and mythology originating from the Northern Isles of Scotland. Originaly I did that for the #datutorialmermaid I guess MerMay could be about more mythical creatures from the deep oceans than just mermaids... I could make her an OC or something, just not sure how to call her! >w<
