Caught in his web, Chapter 29
Loki looked down in disgust at the man who was grovelling at his feet, clinging onto his trousers as he wept and begged for his life.
‘Please, Mr Laufeyson. Please. I will do anything. I have a family to support. Please, please.’
Loki rolled his eyes and looked at Ethan and Samuel, who moved in and hauled the man away from Loki. They held him back, on his knees.
Loki stood up and strolled over towards the pathetic man and circled him. ‘Begging and crying like that will get you nowhere, Matt. As you know, I am a fair man. And I feel I have been more than fair with you, have I not?’ He came to a stop on front of him.
‘Y… yes… You have.’ Matt whimpered.
Loki crouched down and clasped his hands together. ‘So why do you think I should be even more lenient with you, after all the help and extra time I’ve already given you?’
‘Because… because…’
‘Because…?’ Loki asked in a condescending tone, raising an eyebrow as he waited for his answer. ‘See, you can’t even think of a reason why I should give you more time. Because you know I’ve been fair enough so far.’ Loki stood up and walked over to his desk, opening a drawer.
David and Ben were sitting at the side, watching. They shared a look with one another when Loki pulled out a dagger.
Matt tried struggling but Ethan and Samuel held him steady as Loki walked slowly and menacingly back towards him.
‘You have ten seconds to give me a damn good reason why I shouldn’t dispose of you right now.’ Loki said as he spun the dagger up in the air and caught it. Then started to move behind him while counting. ‘One… Two…’
‘Please. My family! My kids and wife. I can’t leave them, please.’ He sobbed.
‘Three… I said a good reason.’ Loki growled, towering over behind him.
Matt started to panic now. ‘I will pay back double next year!’
‘Four.’
‘I know the owner of a seafood restaurant down by the river, I can get you free meals for life!’
‘Five.’
‘I don’t like seafood.’ Ben commented, making David chuckle.
‘Six.’ Loki moved in on Matt, grabbing his hair tightly he forced his head right back so his neck was exposed, he placed the sharp blade against his throat.
‘PLEASE! PLEASE!’
‘Seven.’ Loki held him tightly as he started to really thrash around.
‘My wife has cancer! The money was for her treatment!’ He cried.
Loki paused for a moment. ‘Eight.’
‘Please! They need me to work, or they won’t be able to pay their bills.’ He cried.
‘You didn’t pay me back, Matt. I cannot let you go, as unfortunate as it is. What kind of example would that be to others?’
‘Please, I’ He was cut off when Loki slit his throat.
‘Nine, ten.’ Loki stood up and stepped away from his body as he fell forward to the floor with a thud. His blood pooling around him.
Ethan and Samuel moved in straight away to clean up. Loki strolled over to his desk as he pulled a napkin from his pocket to clean his dagger.
‘Didn’t anyone ever tell you not to play with your food?’ Ben grinned.
Loki chuckled. ‘Where would the fun be in killing him instantly? It’s nice to see them squirm.’
‘Why do you not use your gun? I don’t think I’ve ever seen you use it before. It’s much less messy and quicker than a knife or a dagger.’ David asked.
‘I prefer to get up close and personal, a gun makes it feel so… boring and cold. With a dagger you can feel the resistance in their body as you force it into them.’ Loki grinned wickedly as he finished cleaning his dagger.
‘On that delightful note, I better get going.’ Ben said, standing up. ‘Thanks for your help, Loki.’ He shook Loki’s hand.
‘Anytime. See you soon.’
Ben said bye to David then headed out.
‘I just need to make a quick call.’ Loki said to David, who nodded.
Loki called James. ‘James, it’s Loki. Find out what kind of treatment Matt Simpson’s wife is receiving. If she needs money, make sure she gets whatever she needs. Also make sure her mortgage gets paid off and there’s no outstanding debt… Oh, and put a few grand into a college fund for all her kids.’
‘Sure thing, boss.’ James said, taking note without asking any questions.
‘Cheers.’ Loki hung up and turned to David.
‘That was nice of you. Surely Matt has now cost you an awful lot?’ David asked.
‘Perhaps. But got to put good into the community, haven’t I?’ Loki smirked.
‘True.’ David nodded.
Loki’s phone pinged and he checked it. He smiled when he saw it was from Chloe.
‘Do you like pasta?’ He asked David.
‘I do. Why?’
‘I discovered last week that Chloe makes a fantastic chicken carbonara. She’s just asked if I will be home for dinner as she is planning to make it again. Fancy joining us?’ Loki asked.
‘Sure, that would be great.’ David nodded.
Since Chloe had made him the pasta last week for the first time, he had been desperate to have it again. So he was secretly delighted that she offered already.
-
Chloe felt a bit nervous when Loki text back saying that David would be joining too, so asked if there would be enough for the three of them.
Of course, she had said she would make enough, but part of her was regretting that she had text Loki in the first place about dinner.
But she was pleasantly surprised when they returned and she got to know David a bit better during dinner. He was actually really nice and charming, Loki seemed nice and easy with him too, so she knew that he was safe to be around.
‘That was absolutely delicious, thank you very much, darling.’ David said, wiping his mouth.
‘You’re welcome. I’m glad you liked it.’ Chloe said happily.
Loki moaned and sat back on his chair. ‘It certainly was. That’s my new favourite meal, definitely.’
‘You’re just saying that.’ Chloe giggled.
‘No, honestly. I actually think it might be better than sex.’
Chloe almost choked on her drink and David chuckled. ‘I never thought you’d say that food was better than sex.’ David teased.
‘Well, maybe not quite better than sex.’ Loki looked at Chloe and winked, making her blush.
David rolled his eyes and looked at Chloe. ‘You’re lucky, I’ve had to put up with him for years!’
Chloe laughed. ‘How long have you known each other?’
She knew that out of all the men she had met, who were his supposed business partners, that there seemed to be more of a friendship between Loki and David.
‘Since secondary school. He was a bad influence on me.’ David grinned, pouring himself more wine.
‘I think you’ll find it was you who was a bad influence on me.’ Loki corrected.
Chloe wasn’t sure if it was the wine that was giving her more confidence or if it was just the excitement about hearing stories of Loki, but she couldn’t help but ask.
‘What was Loki like as a teenager?’
‘Oh god.’ Loki shook his head and pinched the bridge of his nose.
‘A total nerd! Really into space and science. Aced pretty much all of his classes, except for PE for the first few years. He could barely run from one side of the football pitch to the other.’ David was in his element talking about Loki.
‘Really?’ Chloe looked at Loki with her eyebrows up.
Loki sighed. ‘It’s true. I was not into anything physical at all when I was younger. I was a skinny weakling.’
‘That soon changed though. It was, what, year three and he started working out hard. Put the entire class to shame by the end of that year.’
‘Did you two get up to mischief or was Loki a teacher’s pet?’ Chloe smirked, she knew by the look Loki gave her that she was in trouble later, no doubt. But she was finding it far too much fun.
‘As I said, David was a bad influence on me. When I started hanging around with him, I got into trouble more. The teachers were perplexed though, I was the smartest bad boy there was.’ He said proudly.
‘Highly intelligent, eventually strong and rather wicked. A dangerous concoction.’ David said. ‘I remember once when he almost drowned a poor kid in the swimming pool.’
Chloe’s eyes widened. ‘What? Seriously?’
Loki shrugged. ‘It was swimming class and he pulled a girls bikini bottoms down. She was horrified.’
‘Well… I guess he did deserve something back, but drowning him?’ Chloe gasped.
‘Correction, almost drowning him.’ Loki said with his finger up. ‘And in my defence, the teacher wasn’t overly pleased with what he did either. I didn’t get suspended or in too much trouble for attempted murder.’
Chloe just face-palmed, not knowing what to say really.
David told more stories from when they were younger. Chloe was ecstatic to be hearing about them. From Loki’s first crush on a substitute teacher where he brought her fruit almost daily and was heartbroken when the regular teacher came back, to trying his first cigarette and almost choking on it, never smoking again. Then the one Chloe thought was one of the best, was how he started up a business where he gave younger students answer sheets for exams that he made up himself, charging a fiver for each one.
‘He actually earned a good amount of cash from that. What was it, near five hundred quid?’
‘Just over six hundred, actually.’ Loki chuckled, smiling as he thought back of that fondly.
‘Bloody hell. So you’ve always been a business man.’ Chloe said.
‘I guess so.’ Loki nodded.
The three retired to the living room for a while and had a few more drinks. Then David decided to head home, joking that his wife would chop his balls off for being here for dinner without her.
After Loki saw him out, he returned to Chloe and sat down on the sofa. He was delightfully surprised when she put her drink down and moved along the sofa to drape herself across his lap, twisting his tie around her fingers.
He chuckled and rested his hand on her chest, the span of his hand so large that his fingers brushed against her neck.
‘Are you drunk, doll?’ He teased and started stroking her neck softly.
‘Not too drunk, no. I’m just… happy.’ She said honestly, looking up into his eyes.
Loki smiled fondly down at her. His other hand stroking her hair. ‘Well, I am very glad to hear that. Because I am too.’

The girl with the guitar.
Summary: Freddie takes the boys to a club to see a friend perform but little did Brian know he'd meet the girl of his dreams.
Warnings: none aside from a brief encounter into Roger Taylor's filthy mind.
A/N: Okay my first Brian fic! (Please be nice 😂😭💖) I hope you enjoy! Also bold italics are lyrics! Sorry in advance for any typos or mistakes!
Tumblr media
——————————
Freddie dragged the boys out on a cold rainy night to an underground club that was hosting an exclusive gig. Freddie didn't give much away, he just said a friend invited them as special guests. The club itself was quite packed and had a large stage, larger than any of them, except Freddie, were expecting.
"David!" Freddie called out backstage when he caught a glimpse of golden hair.
"Freddie!" David grinned and the two of them hugged. John's jaw dropped open, Brian and Roger equally shocked when they saw David Bowie standing in front of them embracing Fred. "I'm so glad you all could make it!" He smiled to the rest of the band. "Right, I've got to dash but I'll catch up with you later. Are you going to be in the crowd on standing to the side?"
"We'll stand to the side, darling. Don't want to take the limelight away from you!" David nodded with a laugh and waved them off as he made his way to the stage.
You were late, getting changed took longer than expected as you frantically tried to find a glitter boot for your right foot. You ran along the corridor squeaking out "Excuse me," and "Sorry! Squeezing through!" On the way. The corridor was dimly lit, it was an underground club after all. You bumped into someone with long curly hair "Oh! I'm so sorry!" You apologised, briefly turning to the stranger and holding out your hands.
"No harm done," he warmly smiled and you thanked him with a smile and a nod before running off again. Brian watched as the glitter on the boots sparkled in the- barely there- light. The hem of your sheer dress that was over a top and jeans was brushing above those mesmerising boots.
"Keep your mouth open any longer Brian and you're going to catch flies!" Roger teased, playfully shaking the guitarist's shoulders.
Brian rolled his eyes "Shut up, Rog..." he grumbled. He looked up again but you were gone. The four boys walked to the side of the stage just as David and his band started playing, the crowd was screaming out as soon as the man stepped on stage. Brian's eyebrows almost hit the roof when he saw you on stage clutching a guitar that was almost as glittery as your boots. You nodded at David and he nodded back, you strummed the chords to 'Starman' and the crowd went wild again. Brian watched you intently as you tapped your foot to the beat.
"Isn't she the one who bumped you, Brian?" John asked.
Roger snorted "Brian wishes..."
"Is your mind always in the bloody gutter, Rog?" John uttered with rolling eyes. "But seriously, Bri...she looks like a match made in heaven for you. Pretty, polite, seems like a bit of a badass actually, and she plays guitar. What girl do you know can play guitar like that? None!" John tapped Freddie "Who is she?" He pointed you out.
"Her?" Freddie pointed and huddled in closer so they could hear him over the music and cheers. "That's Y/N, been David's guitarist since the beginning. She created the 'Rebel Riff'." That sent a chill down Brian's spine. That riff was iconic.
As one song came to an end you prepared yourself for another, outstretching your hand for a water bottle while you picked up another guitar, this time a bright red one. You quickly downed at least half the water in the bottle and gasped. Performing was a workout.
It eventually was time to play the last song of the night and you knew what the crowd wanted. They wanted 'Rebel Rebel' they had been eagerly waiting for it all night.
The drummer tapped his drumsticks and you joined in. As soon as you did Brian felt his whole body ignite. He felt like he was on fire hearing you play and seeing you sway your hips to the beat. You looked like you were having the time of your life performing with David, laughing and smiling away, joining in with singing and dancing with him.
"Hey babe, your hair's alright!" David played with your hair and you giggled.
"Hey babe, let's stay out tonight
You like me, and I like it all!"
"We like dancing and we look divine!" You sang with him, dreamily throwing your heads back.
"You love bands when they're playing hard
You want more and you want it fast," he sung to you and you nodded with a wink. Brian choked on a breath.
"They put you down, they say I'm wrong
You tacky thing, you put them on!
Rebel Rebel, you've torn your dress
Rebel Rebel, your face is a mess
Rebel Rebel, how could they know?
Hot tramp, I love you so!" David kissed your cheek while you continued playing and swaying your hips. Brian, who you were oblivious to, was in a trance. Roger had called his name five times to wind him up about how much he was staring before giving up.
"What can I do for you? Looks like you've been there too
'Cause you've torn your dress!" That was your cue and you held the guitar above your head, still playing, while David tore your sheer dress. After the loud rip the crowd went wild. All three boys, besides Freddie as he already knew what you were like, stood there in awe and shock. Brian especially was amazed, so amazed that he stumbled back a little and fell into John who snapped out of his trance to glare at Brian.
"And your face is a mess
Ooo, your face is a mess," David sang to you but shook his head as if to say 'Of course it isn't. That's absurd.'
"Ooo, ooo, so how could they know?
Eh, eh, how could they know?
Eh, eh!" You belted out the last cord and gasped for air as the crowd roared. You sent David and the rest of the band a wide smile, they too were panting for air with drops of sweat dotted over their foreheads. David claimed they were like stars on him. 'Sweat stars?' You replied one day when he first mentioned it 'Only you could have those, David.'
He wrapped his arm around your shoulders and helped you off stage, the guitar hanging off you. "You were amazing, darling. As always. Amazing!" He kissed your temple. "Oh there's some people I want to properly introduce you to!"
"Well I already know one of them!" You squeaked, even though you were exhausted you always felt a surge of adrenaline whenever you saw Freddie. You ran towards him and moved your guitar so it would obstruct your hug with him.
"Darling!" He slung his arms around you "Incredible performance. I loved this little addition!" He winked and played with your torn dress. "May I borrow it sometime?" He laughed and kissed your forehead.
"Here," you stood back and pulled it off "Officially yours!" You put it on him and kissed his cheek. "Who's this?" You asked motioning to the three boys behind him. "Your band mates?"
"Yes!" Freddie moved aside a little "Y/N Y/L/N meet Roger Taylor, John Deacon and Brian May."
You went wide eyed and gasped shaking Brian's hand "Brian May? Like guitarist Brian May?!" He nodded, slightly confused as to why you were so excited. "My god!" You laughed "I went to see you play when you were in 'Smile' whenever I could! Now you're a proper rockstar! It's amazing to meet you properly! I'm such a huge fan! Look my hands are shaking!" You showed him and he sent you a nervous smile, he was thankful for the dim light as his cheeks were getting redder by the second. "Oh no," your voice dipped "I bumped into you earlier, didn't I?" You gasped "What a small world! I'm sorry about running into you, really I am."
"No harm done, honestly. I can't believe you're a fan..." he bashfully rubbed the back of his neck.
"Are you kidding?! Of course I'm a fan!" You placed your hand on his upper arm and Brian felt his body being set alight, again.
Freddie and David cleared their throats "Well I'm heading back to my dressing room if you want to join me for a few drinks." David said.
"I'll be along in a second, gotta pack away my guitars and stuff. I'll catch up." You smiled.
"Do you need any help, darling?" Freddie asked and you were about to open your mouth to say it was alright but Freddie bet you. "Brian can help! Brian be a dear and help Y/N."
You shrugged a shoulder, the corner of your mouth tugging upwards "That would be great, we'll catch up with you all." You motioned Brian to follow you. He was behind you, constantly looking up and down. His eyes locked on those amazing boots of yours. He could have cursed and thanked Freddie at the same time. You took off the guitar that you still had on, there was a total of five scattered around your dressing room. "You really didn't have to help, but I appreciate it." You groaned picking up a guitar "This one is one of my favourites. Turquoise blue custom Fender. David bought me it for my birthday last year." You handed it to Brian who timidly plucked a few strings, he didn't want to break your favourite guitar.
"The 'Rebel Riff'-" Brian began and you smirked and nodded. "That is a work of art."
"Thank you," you looked down as you smiled "I was just messing around and then David heard it and he said; 'Keep playing that and don't stop.' I played it and we worked on the song together and thus 'Rebel Rebel' was born."
"You been friends with David for long then?" Brian asked, slowly easing into being in a confined space with you.
You nodded and grabbed a wipe to get rid of your makeup that was sweating off your face. Your glittery blue eyeshadow and jet black eyeliner was dripping from your eyes. Brian thought you looked beautiful like that, all messy and disheveled. You sat down and motioned him to sit across from you on a plush chair, your knees bumping against his every so often. "I've known him since primary school actually. I once called him 'otherworldly' and we became best friends..." you wiped your eyes and inspected the wipe before continuing. "He told me he wanted to sing. I played acoustic guitar at the time, my dad showed me how to play. David and I, along with a few others, would sit in a basement and compose songs. The rest is just history. Meeting Freddie one night too is a part of that- a wonderful part, of course."
You finished off cleaning your face and looked up to Brian with a soft smile. It felt like his heartstrings were being strummed when he saw you looking so natural and raw. "Wow..." he uttered out as quietly as he could, which ended being louder than expected. You thought he was wowed by the story when in fact he was wowed by you.
He looked to a guitar and you followed his line of vision "You wanna play? I could teach you the riff."
Brian blinked "R-really?"
"Sure!" You stood up "Grab a guitar and give me a minute." You pulled off your boots and tossed them to the side before grabbing a clean, non-sweat soaked t-shirt and changing. Brian almost blacked out when he saw your exposed back and the thinnest piece of red fabric going across it. You pulled on the top and turned around "Get one?" He dumbly nodded "Oh good choice. Take a seat." He noticed you by the table doing something before walking over with two plectrums in your hand. "Okay so," you played the first few chords while Brian tried to mirror you.
"Like this?" He asked and you took his hand, his fingers becoming stiff from your touch.
"Play and then," he played and you moved his hand from one bar to the other "That's it! Just keep going!" You nodded as he progressed. "You've got it!" You played with him "'Rebel Rebel, you've torn your dress...' Yes Brian! 'Rebel Rebel, your face is a mess...' You got it!" You proudly smiled causing Brian to get all bashful.
"Thanks..." he trailed off before finding a little burst of courage. He put down the guitar when you put yours down "Hey Y/N-"
"-They're kicking us out, dear!" David burst in with Freddie behind him "The stewards are going to take the equipment to the van." You stood up and grabbed your backpack with your things.
Brian was handing you back the plectrum but you told him to keep it. "For the next time we have a jamming session!" You leaned up and quickly kissed his cheek before sending him a wink and bidding your goodbyes, leaving with David and the band.
Brain goofily smiled and looked down at the plectrum, it was white but he could see black numbers and writing on it.

Anon Requested- hi! i'm not sure if requests are open, but if so, can you do this? sam and dean find the reader - who's young, like around 14ish - on a hunt and she's totally cool about killing things that go bump in the night since they killed her family, so the boys just kind of 'adopt' her as their little sister? just some big brother fluff and some stupid humor is all i'm looking for. thank you!
Warnings- mentions of death, swearing.
A/N- This was a really nice request to write, no angst, nobody dying, just big brother fluff.
You were sat on a hard, plastic chair waiting to be questioned. The room was chilly and silent, the only noise was the ticking of the clock placed on the blue wall. Sighing you placed your head in your hands, how could this have happened?
Your mother was a hunter, not the one that hunted animals, no she hunted the supernatural. She only did salt and burns, or the occasional witch now and again, but when you were born she stopped hunting anything that could harm you.
You had learnt about things that went bump in the night when you were ten, so you started helping. You didn’t do the hunting, just the research. That was all your mum let you do, you didn’t mind it when you were younger but when you got older you wanted to actually hunt. So, on the night of your thirteenth birthday she took you to your first salt and burn, you loved it.
Of course between that, you had to balance a school life, which wasn’t as difficult as you thought it’d be.
One day you were upstairs doing your homework when you heard your mum yelling from the kitchen, grabbing your gun you ran down stairs, only to see her engulfed by a thick, black cloud of smoke. You tried to run towards her but was thrown back against the wall. All you could do was watch whilst your mother choked on this noxious gas.
Which brings us to now. You had obviously rung the ambulance, all you told them was you were getting a drink when your mum collapsed and hit her head. They didn’t need to know the truth, they wouldn’t have believed you anyway.
You were awoken from your thoughts by the sound of the door opening, looking up you saw two guys in suits enter the room, one was really tall, around the height of the Moose, he had long-ish hair whereas the other one was a bit shorter with much shorter hair.
You cocked your eyebrows at them, “can I help you?” You asked, they looked at each other and sat in the chairs opposite you.
“Uh, I’m agent Smith, this is agent Burr, we’re from the FBI” agent Smith spoke, you furrowed your eyebrows and held out your hand, they looked at you weirdly causing you to roll your eyes “your badges, geni-ass” you spoke with a slight attitude, Smith pulled out his badge and placed it in your hand, you inspected it and held back a scoff, fake, you thought in your head. Giving back the badge you spoke again.
“Why’re the FBI interested in my mothers case? She fell and hit her head, that’s it.” You told them sharply, leaning back in you chair you crossed your arms, waiting for one of them to speak.
“Are you sure that’s everything? They found traces of Sulphur in her blood, heart and liver.” Burr said causing you to freeze, shit, you thought. “Y/N? Are you okay?” He asked, you nodded your head, unable to look at them.
“Uh, okay, do you have your living arrangements sorted?” Smith asked, you nodded your head “yeah, I uh called my aunt, I’m going to stay with her” you lied, you felt bad for doing so but you had no choice. You needed to hunt down that demon and kill it.
Seven Hours Later
It was now eleven in the evening, you had snuck into your house through the back window, turns out your mother had been locating a group of Demons, you were angry that she was hunting them, she promised she wouldn’t, pocketing the location you turned to leave the bedroom when you heard the front door open.
You froze with your hand on the door handle, quickly taking a few deep breaths you walked over to the chest at the bottom of your mums bed. Opening it you smiled lightly at the array of weapons that lay in front of you, you saw your mums, a piston with her initials carved into the side of it, quickly making sure it was loaded you tiptoed downstairs.
You walked into the kitchen and cocked your gun “what’re you doing in my house?” You asked the two men who quickly turned around, your eyes widened, forgetting you had a gun pointing towards them. it was the fake FBI agents.
They quickly turned around, eyes wide like a deer caught by headlights. Smith narrowed his eyes, “Y/N? Shouldn’t you be at your aunts by now?” He asked, you stuttered as you responded “She couldn’t pick me up yet, and the reason she couldn’t pick me up is a very good reason” you smiled innocently.
“Why do you have a gun?” Burr asked as he slightly lowered his hands, your eyes widened again, quickly hiding the gun behind your back you lent against the wall “what gun?” You asked, scoffing slightly.
Smith rolled his eyes, and lowered his hands completely, “the gun you just hid behind your back” he said, you laughed nervously,
“What? There’s no gun, why would I have a gun? I’m not a crazy person okay? Only crazy people would carry guns..” You trailed off slightly, “well, unless they had a weird gun kink thing? Then that’d be explainable but I don’t have any weird kinks, so again why would I carry a gun?” You rambled, you looked at the two men, Burr had an amused smile on his face whilst Smith just looked done.
He lent forward and grabbed the gun from behind your back, he held it up raising an eyebrow. “Oh, that? No, no no that’s not a gun” you said, he rolled his eyes “oh yeah? Then what is it then?” He asked tiredly.
“It’s a sex toy..” You spluttered out, both of their eyes went wide, Burr trying not to laugh and Smith shook his head placing the gun down on the kitchen counter.
“Look kid, what’re you doing here? It’s not safe” he asked, you rolled your eyes and stood up straight “yeah, I know” you mumbled quietly, then you looked up and narrowed your eyes “just like I know you two aren’t really FBI agents, nice fake badges, idiots” you sassed.
“Okay, fine, we’re not FBI agents. My names Sam, this is Dean. We’re hunters, your mom was a friend of our dads. She called us before she died..” He trailed off, you looked at him.
“Wait, Sam and Dean Winchester?” You asked, they nodded causing you to mentally slap yourself “yeah, she mentioned you a few times, and your dad, and this chick named Mary and these two guys named Rufus and Bobby” You counted.
Sam smiled lightly, “yeah, your mom hunted with our parents a few years ago” he laughed slightly, you smiled back. At least you knew you could trust them, that’s the main thing.
“So a demon killed your mom? And you have a possible location on where they are?” Sam asked, you nodded your head pulling the small piece of paper with the name of the location, passing it to him you spoke “this is what I found when I was snooping around..” You trailed off, fumbling your thumbs, the boys looked at the small piece of paper and nodded their heads.
“Okay, we’ll go deal with this, you are going to call your aunt” Dean told you sternly causing you to roll your eyes. You stood up from your chair and grabbed the gun from the table, “no, there’s almost a one hundred percent chance that the demon that killed my mother is in there. I’m coming with you.” You stubbornly said, Sam and Dean looked towards each other, Dean sighed “fine, but you’re staying in the car” he spoke walking past you, you smirked slightly and followed him out the door, Sam trailing behind you both.
You walked outside, your eyes widened at the car in front of you, running over you ran a hand over the hood of it, “you guys own an Impala?” You asked, you looked towards Dean who had a small smile on his face, he nodded his head “yeah, she was our dads” he replied.
Climbing in the backseat you heard the engine roar to life, Dean turned up the music. You smiled widely at the song playing “no way, you guys like Kings Of Leon?” You asked them, Dean smiled wide, a small twinkle in his eyes “wouldn’t think you’d know about them” he said reversing out of the small drive way, you laughed lightly “are you kidding? My mother listened to this type of music all the time.. Every morning I’d wake up to her singing along to Bon Jovi, or David Bowie” you smiled lightly at the memory.
“Your mom sounded like a great person” Sam said, you looked at him and nodded your head “she was the best” you spoke quietly.
“Did you know she was a hunter?” Dean asked, you nodded your head,
“yeah, I found out when I was ten.. I always did the research after that. Then when I was thirteen she took me to do a salt and burn which also ended up to be a windigo.. I just didn’t know she was hunting demons again” you stumbled at the end, you were still pissed at her for going after a group of demons when she promised she was done hunting them.
You were sat in the backseat, the boys were stood outside getting weapons from the boot. Dean handed you a flask, “sorry Dean-o, I don’t drink” you joked, he rolled his eyes slightly “it’s holy water, geni-ass” he quoted you causing you to laugh lightly.
“Okay, don’t move, we’ll keep the doors locked. If you see a demon duck down onto the floor or something. Just make sure they don’t see you” Sam explained, you nodded your head. They closed the door and locked the car, you heard them walk away.
Half an hour, they’ve been in there for half an hour.. Screw it, you thought, using a bobby pin you unlocked the back door, opening it you stepped onto the gravel and closed it lightly behind you.
You entered the abandoned building, holding your gun out in front of you cautiously. You walked through the dark, cold hallway and stopped when you heard somebody talking.
The voice led you to a big, dull and grey room. You hid behind some wooden craters, peaking out you saw Sam and Dean being held up against the wall whilst the demon paced slowly. You looked around on the floor, spotting a big rock you picked it up and threw it so it hit the wall next to you. The demon’s head snapped up towards the noise and started moving towards you.
Pulling out the demon knife which Dean gave you, you crouched down waiting to jump out. The demon turned around the corner, you quickly jumped out and stabbed it right through its chest, an orange glow emitted from inside of it as it fell to the floor with a thud. Walking out you saw Sam and Dean now with their feet firmly on the floor.
They turned towards you, “Y/N? I thought we told you to stay in the car” Dean said sternly, you shrugged “you were taking too long” you spoke innocently, looking around you narrowed your eyes “I thought there was suppose to be more demons?” You asked, you turned back towards the two boys who nodded their heads “we killed the rest, that one somehow managed to catch us though” Sam spoke, you nodded your head.
You were back in the Impala,Sam and Dean were talking outside, you couldn’t hear what they were saying.
The front two doors opened and they slid in, Dean turned around to you, “good job, kid” he smiled lightly you nodded your head and thanked him.
“Y/N, if you want we can drop you off to your aunts” Sam spoke, you sighed and rested your head on the window, “actually you can’t” you said slowly, the boys looked at each other before turning to you, “what do you mean?” Sam asked, you looked at the both of them “there is no aunt you can take me to, the only family I had left was my mum.. And she’s gone...” you admitted, looking down at your hands.
Sam and Dean looked at each other, silently communicating before turning back to you, “you know, if you wanted to you could stay with me and Dean..” Sam trailed off, your head shot up “what? no, I couldn’t impose like that” you shook your head, Dean smiled lightly “you wouldn’t be imposing. We want you to stay with us, I mean you saved our lives we kinda owe you one.”
You smiled and nodded your head “thank you” you said with gratitude in your voice, the boys turned back around, Dean started the engine and started driving,
They pulled up outside the bunker, Sam turned around and smiled lighty “dude, she’s asleep” he chuckled quietly, Dean smiled and shook his head. “You go on, I’ll get her” he said climbing out of the car. Sam shrugged and walked towards the bunker.
Dean opened the passenger door, undid your seat belt and slowly lifted you out bridal style. Closing the door with his foot he walked towards the bunker, you stirred slightly and cuddled into this chest, he smiled warmly at this.
Placing the blanket over your shoulders, he switched off the lamp “G’night kiddo” and with that, he walked out of the room.
