Top 5 moments in DBH

1. When Hank confronts (machine) Connor on the roof and says: "You don’t fucking scare me, Connor. I remember who I am, now."

2. The Freedom March, this whole scene when Markus is waking up the androids as they go and they all chant... it gives me goosebumps every time.

3. Markus defending/saving the androids when Jericho was attacked and also after Perkins ordered the attack in the demonstration route.

4. Kara standing up to Todd, specifically the moment when Todd tells her to get out of his way and all she responds is "NO." There is also an exact same exchange of words between Zlatko and Luther when he defends Kara and Alice. I love those two scenes and the parallel between them.

5. Maybe it's a bit odd, but I really like the scene when Connor-60 shoots deviant Connor and just as he starts to walk away, the androids wake up despite Connor's death.

alice - the most precious baby girl, so brave and and so kind despite being faced with toxicity and abuse from her father figure. she just wants to make friends and she’s done nothing wrong in her life ever. 10000/10 too precious for this world

luther - the most loyal, loving and gentle soul who, within moments of deviating, vows to protect the little girl who makes him a part of her family. no matter what happens, he’s always there to protect and support alice. 5000/10 best father in the game

rose chapman - a woman who knows oppression and discrimination all too well, loses her husband so tragically- and she strives on with such kindness, love and tolerance. she’s relentlessly supportive, is an amazing mother and she loves alice to pieces and will keep her safe. 800/10 mom of the year

the jerrys - abandoned and abused, all they want to do is make children smile and laugh and enjoy life. despite their hardships and abuse, they all remain infinitely positive and have such love and care for one another. they’re so loyal and sefless that they’ll lay down their life for alice and kara. 200/10 fave robo uncles

adam chapman - a boy who sees the danger rise and rise around him, and he just wants to keep him and his mother away from harm. she is all he has, and he’s hurting after his dad passed away, so he just wants to be safe. as soon as he realizes androids are alive, he grows and accepts and brandishes a new attitude, helping deviants how he can. 150/10 best son

hk400 / carlos ortiz’s android - put through absolute hell by his “owner”: taunted, abused, ridiculed... and when he finally snaps he doesn’t know where to go, so he hides and he’s caught by someone like him. his endings are tragic, and he needs endless tlc. 400/10 would hug

the tracis - trapped in a forced lecherous, degrading and abusive life for god knows how long until they find each other and fall in love. their memories are supposed to reset but they remember each other, and remember their love and they just want to be free. no matter what they’re always by each other’s side. 200/10 would let them go again

ralph - endured horrific torture that damaged his body and mind, but he never retains ill intentions- he’s just petrified of being hurt again. he just wants a family of his own, a sense of comfort and love, and he risks his life for kara and alice. 100/10 pls stop waving around the knife

carl manfred - such a loving, caring, supportive and inspirational figure for markus. he teaches his robo son all about philosophy, music, art and self-belief. he cares for markus so much, and even on his death bed he teaches and teaches to help markus. 420/10 oh my garhd

sumo - big loyal doggo who hasn’t got a malicious bone in his big ol’ buddy, even when connor spooks him and breaks a window. he keeps hank going most of the time, and loves his owner so damn much. infinity/10
