🧪 - The mutagen was made by Baron Draxum, sort of like rise. He wasn't intending on making super soldiers or anything like that, he simply wanted to see what would happen if he used the mutagen on humans vs animals. I think later, after the initial experiments he might do it again to see if he got different results!
