WORKFLOW AND GROUP ANALYSIS
I think my group worked well as a team because we had a very diverse range of skill sets and experiences. Though this sometimes caused tension, this helped us come up with better ideas.
It was hard to delegate distinct roles to each person, i.e. editor, director, cameraman etc…, because we had different levels of knowledge and experience in making films. Thus, to avoid those with more experience taking on all the workload, we decided as a group to share certain roles. E.g. For the script, each member was given a section to draft and then as a group we’d read and edit it together. This worked well as it meant full group involvement and shared workload throughout.
Even though we managed to finish our project within the given time frame, I think our workflow would’ve been more efficient had we created an overview time plan and appointed a facilitator. A time plan would have ensured everyone had the big picture in mind and knew what things needed to be done by when. A facilitator, if not a leader, would have helped to make sure we stayed on track.
FILM ANALYSIS
I am happy with the outcome given the constraints we had e.g. budget, time and skill set. I like each section of the film and I think our film meets our logline and communicates our message. However, I don’t think it does so as well as it could have. I think this is because of our unexpected decision to change ideas at the beginning of production. This meant we had less time to develop a more powerful script. Moreover, the satiric approach we wanted is difficult to achieve, in my opinion. Comedy itself is hard because it’s subjective. Thus, to have that underlying commentary and make people think beyond the laugh, is another level. I think we definitely achieved comedy, but I’m not sure we achieved the satire for everything.
If we had another chance, I would love to spend more time developing the script so that each joke and element had something to say that linked in with the main message. Furthermore, I would like to explore other ways that we can show our idea through visual and oral techniques rather than telling it.

Stretch yourself by leading Discovery sessions or by leading Discovery sessions on larger initiatives than you’re used to. 2. Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices An Architect is responsible for deeply understanding Salesforce capabilities and best practices. This skill is all about being able to identify the relevant tools/features on the Salesforce platform and the best practices for implementing them. The great news about learning best practices is that the resources are available in the Salesforce Community and on Trailhead. And those are resources that #AwesomeAdmins are already using extensively. For Salesforce Admins that are interested in transitioning to an Architect role, the Salesforce Architect certification track is a great way to build and showcase your knowledge. Ways to Grow: Deepen your knowledge of Salesforce best practices using Trailhead Connect with other Salesforce Architect in the Community: the Architect Trailblazer Community is a great place to start. Consider the Salesforce Architect certification track 3. System Design Skills Salesforce system design skills are all about taking Salesforce best practices and applying them to a particular environment with its own particular constraints. While the best practices you learn in step #2 are like classroom learning, design skills are about applying those principles in practice. A few core principles: An effective Salesforce system design is a blueprint that can be used to implement an effective Salesforce org. There’s not necessarily one right answer to addressing a complex business case. Project Overview and Role
The Federal Partnership Facilitator is responsible for working under the Federal Team Leader and with other Partnership Facilitators to ensure the frontline delivery of the programme at the Federal level.
