Meditation helps to open ourselves for intuitive glimpses and to become aware of the deepest discerning a mind can have, more caring, more compassionate with all races and species and more in tune with the insight that all things in life are never separated. Once the mind reach the full resonance of true intuitive insights, a new presence emerges, a new way of living, with time even a new personality, new goals and new behaviors. The 8th sense addresses the matter of what’s happening inside our body. By feeling our embodied selves from within, we develop the ability to form a boundary between the inner self and the environment, in other words between our inner reality and the conditioned mental perceiving reality.
