TFW the only thing getting you out of bed is that you can take more pain pills
#my ramblings#chronic pain#0/10 do not recommend#i Did Too Much yesterday and the day before at work#because my boss is on vacay and the assistant manager was panicking at me for four days#so i was trying to get more things done#and ignoring the fact that every time i *did a certain thing which i did maaaany times* i could hear my left shoulder grind back into place#and then my hip-hitch-joint was also popping every time i turned or moved that leg quickly#(along with all the regular pain i ignore on a daily basis)#on top of being the Go To Person for my coworkers to complain or figure out how they’re going to get everything done that needs doing#and a friend (ish?) wants to get together to hang out but i’m so out of spoons and i haven’t even showered yet guys it’s been daaays#depression and executive disfunction are kicking my ass at home#so i might have to cancel on her#i’m so damn tired#mental health: deteriorating
