Dianna Agron is running late — she’s stuck on the subway. I have no problem believing this because I am on the exact same train a few cars away, as we learn when she sends me a heads-up text. My phone slowly receives a selfie of Agron waving through a grainy train window, face curtained by long light-brown hair, along with another message about how tickled she is that we’re sharing a classic New York experience. And it’s one we continue when we finally make it to The Odeon, the iconic Tribeca bistro. “It's been a staple since the 1980s, which is what I love about this place,” she says in her lilting voice as we mull over the menu. “This is a place that was happening when I was born and didn't even know that it would be waiting for me when I moved to New York City.” We get two dirty martinis and a plate of fries before gleefully cheering to being in our 30s. “I love this time, though,” she adds.
Agron has been thinking a lot about her 30s, and not just because we’re meeting up two weeks before her 37th birthday. Her new movie, Clock, out now on Hulu, is a sci-fi horror film that explores the immense societal pressures women, in particular those without children, face in that decade of their lives. But the film’s messages about making your own choices also resonate within the arc of her career. Agron spent six seasons on the pop culture juggernaut that was Glee — and enduring the intense public scrutiny that came with it — before more recently finding acclaim with a string of indie movies like Shiva Baby and Novitiate. With Clock, Agron pushed herself again. There are big action scenes (hanging from cliffs, elbow-deep gore), as well as dark emotional depths (involving painful family secrets coming to life). “Collected experience really does add up,” she says. “And I think that the life I've lived the last 10 years in some ways has been more magnificent and more challenging than my more formative years.”

Agron never thought she’d try her hand at horror, but the Clock script hit too close to home to resist. She plays Ella, a 30-something who doesn’t want kids but eventually gives into the pressure of prying family and friends and enrolls in an experimental clinical trial, under the leadership of Dr. Simmons (Melora Hardin), that promises to help women who don’t experience having a biological clock. “The moment I turned 30,” Agron says, “the amount of questions that I felt were far too personal — and from truly everyone — just intensified year by year.”
Even for an actor who came up in the Perez Hilton era of celebrity blogging and is used to skirting prying questions, Agron still finds herself surprised sometimes. Just last year, she was on a red carpet at the Tribeca Film Festival promoting the sci-fi drama Acidman when a journalist asked her out of the blue if her mother’s name, Mary, would be “top of the list” for her. “I truly had no idea what she was talking about, so I asked for clarification and she said, ‘The top of your baby list,’” Agron says. “I said, with all of the kindness, ‘You have no idea what my personal journey is. And I'm quite surprised that you asked me that at my workplace when I'm here to discuss a film that I'm in.’” The message didn’t land. “She had no remorse. She just bopped along to the next question.”

Clock only took on more meaning throughout production. Agron was in Texas shooting the last day of principal photography when the draft Supreme Court opinion overturning Roe v. Wade leaked. “It did not feel good, that's for sure,” she says. “But then felt in some ways good that we were making [a movie that speaks] to some of the perils of being a woman and making choices that are more aligned with your own sense of self, as opposed to making choices for other people.” She dips a fry into one of the many condiments we’ve ordered. “All it takes is a film or a piece of journalism [for people] to open their eyes to different experiences that they could never imagine for themselves and have no personal touch points for. As a woman and one who very much loves women and loves the immense and enormous abilities that we have to carry so much, I wish that we had to carry less.”
When writer-director Alexis Jacknow was looking to cast Ella, she knew what she wanted: “It was very important to me that that character just already have a natural, grounded nature, a gravitas to her.” And she knew right away after meeting her that Agron could deliver. “There was absolutely nothing she wouldn’t do,” Jacknow says. “She pushed me, and there was just no hesitation on her part. She showed up every single day, 110%, and gave us everything.”
That is not an exaggeration. During one scene, Ella cracks open eggs into a frying pan and begins to eat them raw with a spoon. Jacknow didn’t want anyone to flaunt food safety guidelines, but Agron thought the only way to sell the scene was to actually do it. “Beef tartare, a whiskey sour,” Agron says, listing all the indulgences with raw ingredients she already enjoys. (There are reasons those are safer than raw eggs, but just go with it.) Jacknow proposed a compromise: Agron could put the raw eggs in her mouth as long as she spat them instead of swallowing. Agron agreed — or at least pretended to. “I winked at our [director of photography] and motioned at him like, ‘Don’t cut,’” she says, laughing. “I go to pick up the egg, I swallow it and go to take another bite. And I just hear, ‘Dianna, what the f*ck?!’”

Agron hasn’t always felt such autonomy in her career. When she was in her early twenties, she booked a role in a “big studio film” that, though ultimately a positive experience, involved an eye-opening screen test. “It was like, ‘We don’t like her hair like that, we need her to be more girly. We don’t like those clothes,’” she recalls. “I kept getting moved off set, changed, put back on stage, taken off again. I didn’t feel that I had any say in the matter, even if I had suggested something nicely. I was just a product at that point.”
Glee did not exactly help things. Agron says she was the last person cast for the show and describes getting the job as nothing short of fate. She grew up watching musicals with her mother in hotels on account of her father’s job as a manager at Hyatt. “Look, I moved to Los Angeles and I set out to find a musical. They were my absolute bread and butter. I told anybody that would listen to me, ‘I really want to do a musical,’” she says. “And [agents] were like, ‘No, try to be on Broadway.’ I just had this staunch faith that I was meant to be in Los Angeles and I would find a musical. And then it happened.”
But while she credits the show with changing her life, the show’s explosive popularity tested her boundaries. “There was a moment in time where there was not only a lack of acknowledgement in respect to personal space, there have been times where I've been put in a headlock and kissed on a plane. There have been times where mothers were grabbing you by the arm to meet and take a photo with their child,” Agron says. “There were so many personal attacks in a way that are just truly not what you do to a human. That feels specific to that time and that intensity of the feelings that people were feeling watching the show.”
Tumblr media
So she moved to New York in 2016, eager to escape Los Angeles and its “predatory nature of people with lenses down there that just doesn’t exist in the same way in other places.” For a few years, she split her time between London — from 2016 to 2020, Agron was married to Winston Marshall of British folk-rock group Mumford & Sons — but now calls New York “my only home.” “Following my personal life is really not going to yield anything that interesting,” Agron says of public attention. And it’s true, the few times I tactfully (I hope) bring up topics that might lead Agron to open up about other aspects of her personal life, she gently deflects them. It’s clear she’s figured out a way to maintain her privacy while still being incredibly personal in the context of her work.
In New York, she’s able to follow her muse more freely. She’s reconnected with music through a string of residencies at the famed Café Carlyle, where she’s performed jazz standards and ‘60s covers. She served as a producer on Acidman and would like to do more behind-the-scenes work. And she’s relishing the chance to be a “waving the Jewish flag” kind of actor, choosing projects like Shiva Baby and As They Made Us that let her honor and explore her heritage. “I went to Jewish weekend school and Wednesday school for my entire upbringing up until my Bat Mitzvah and spent a lot of time with Holocaust survivors,” she says. “So it was a weird experience to then have many people say [in Hollywood], ‘You don’t look Jewish.’ It is weird to have somebody deny you your own personal experience.”
Next, she’ll make her return to television with The Chosen One, a multilingual adaptation of Mark Millar’s American Jesus comic book that follows a 12-year-old boy who gains the biblical powers of Jesus after a freak accident. She’s bonded with the younger actors on the show who have asked her for career advice — a full-circle moment for the now bonafide industry veteran. They’ve even watched Glee and marveled to Agron about how young she looks and seems. Her response? “I am!” she says, laughing.
By this point, our martini glasses have long been empty. Neither of us want to brave the train again, so Agron walks me up the street and, like a true New Yorker, gives me directions with a McNally Jackson tote slung over her shoulder. She gives me a hug, then turns to head deeper into Tribeca, forging a path all of her own.

‘Glee’ joins Anna’s Night Out
The cast of “Glee” will be helping fashionistas shop till they drop on Sept. 8 for this year’s Fashion’s Night Out event, to be held in stores across the country and online.
Sources told Page Six that “Glee” cast members will act as spokespersons for the worldwide shopping initiative spearheaded by Vogue Editor in Chief Anna Wintour. During the event, participating stores offer special products, discounts and extend normal shopping hours.
“Glee” stars Lea Michele, Dianna Agron, Cory Monteith, Chris Colfer, Darren Criss and others will appear at retail locations from New York to Los Angeles, insiders said. For the first time this year, e-commerce sites, including Net-a-Porter, Shopbop and others, will also participate.
The partnership was brokered in part by Bee Shaffer, Wintour’s daughter. Shaffer is now an associate managing producer with Ryan Murphy Television, the LA-based production company of “Glee” creator Ryan Murphy, and sources said she in turn made the connection between the show and Vogue.

Getaway Car: The Last Swiftgron Song
No, nothing good starts in a getaway car... [VERSE 1] It was the best of times, the worst of crimes this line - is a reference to dickens "best of times, worst of times" opening of tale of two cities v famous, we all know this, been told many times - is a set up for the rest of the story being told - is a clear indelible link to other songs about Dianna, e.g. Wonderland's "life was never worse, but never better" literally from the very first line, this is a song about Dianna Agron. I struck a match and blew your mind But I didn't mean it And you didn't see it personally - and keep in mind there's nothing but circumstantial evidence to support this theory - I think Taylor used to discuss the possibility of coming out with Dianna.   - Dianna was notably not keen to stay closeted (see: the infamous "Likes Girls" shirt incident). - the girls were pretty daring/open (see: the late night Meredith photo, the "little kitten who needs to nurse" note and its clear reference in Holy Ground, Dianna being constantly around when Taylor was "dating" both Connor and Harry, the Tim Tebow debacle) with their relationship - Dianna was Taylor's first serious relationship since Emily (Taymily break up was late 2007, I think? and Swiftgron started around 2010/11, but was pretty casual until at least mid to late 2011) My personal theory is that Taylor brought up how nice it would be to come out, to not be closeted any longer; and Dianna took that possibility and ran with it.  Taylor was unable to articulate her anxieties with coming out at that point in time, so she let Dianna believe that it was a mutual goal.  She "didn't mean it" and Dianna "didn't see" that she wasn't serious about it. The ties were black, the lies were white In shades of gray and candlelightAt the time, Taylor felt that her lie - saying she genuinely wanted to come out when she wasn't actually sure about it - was a white lie.  It's not like the girls were actually going to do anything about it, right?  Dianna had her career to think about too, and they kept breaking up, seeing other people - it didn't feel like a big deal to keep up the lie. I wanted to leave him I needed a reason The "him" mentioned in the song is pretty ambiguous, but I think there's two solid possibilities. - "him" being Taylor's PR at the time, Paula, who was employed by the label and more concerned with keeping Taylor closeted than keeping her happy - "him" being a general catch all for her beards Or hell, it could be both, Taylor's prone to that sort of thing. [PRE-CHORUS 1] X marks the spot, where we fell apart He poisoned the well, I was lying to myself I knew it from the first old fashioned, we were cursed We never had a shotgun shot in the dark "He" being Taylor's PR is most likely in this verse.  "the well" is Taylor's mind - her PR made her believe that the only way to keep her career was to stay closeted indefinitely.   This pre-chorus is all about hindsight.  The verses are about how Taylor was thinking and feeling in the moment, the prechorus is her looking back on that and knowing the truth. "I was lying to myself" - contrary to the white lies mentioned in the verse, it wasn't harmless to let Dianna believe in something Taylor had no intention of ever doing "we were cursed" - their relationship was never going to last, based as it was on such shaky foundations and with Taylor torn between Dianna's wants and needs, her PR/record label's machinations, and Taylor's own desires. [CHORUS] You were driving the getaway car We were flying, but we'd never get far "his love was like driving a new Maserati down a dead end street" - just saying There are frequent references to driving and cars in other songs about Dianna, but more importantly, Dianna was "driving" the potential for coming out together. "we were flying" - we were happy, blissfully so "but we'd never get far" - before we fought, broke up, were separated by our careers, etc etc. Don't pretend it's such a mystery Think about the place where you first met me I saw one poster not long after Rep came out speculating that "the place where you first met me" refers to Nashville itself - Dianna should've known that Taylor would never be able to follow through, coming from/having her career based in a place like that We're riding in a getaway car There were sirens in the beat of your heart I love this imagery.  Referring to the fact that Dianna herself was a danger to Taylor?? who knows this isn't super important for the overall narrative of the song Should've known I'd be the first to leave Think about the place where you first met me In a getaway car These lyrics are cleverly placed so that "the place where you first met me" is heavily implied to be IN the getaway car, i.e. this relationship was nothing but an escapist fantasy and you should've known that because my PREVIOUS relationship - which I was in when we met - was also an escapist fantasy. Personally I think she did that so it's easy to point and say this song is about Hiddleswift when primarily, it's about Swiftgron. No, they never get far No, nothing good starts in a getaway car The "getaway car" can be interpreted as a rebound relationship - that's how Taylor writes all of her songs, basically, so that they can be interpreted as being about her heterosexual public persona or about her actual life.  But really, the "getaway car" is about escapism.  No relationship built on a foundation of "wouldn't it be great if our lives were completely different" can last!  What Taylor has now with Karlie, that was built by the two of them on the lives they were actually living at the time, not on the promise of a hypothetical future. [VERSE 2] It was the great escape, the prison break The light of freedom on my face Refers to the engagement, I'm quite sure.  This was It - this was the moment when Dianna put all her cards on the table and declared she was willing if Taylor was willing. But you weren't thinking And I was just drinking Note that now, several years after that engagement, Dianna is in a lavender marriage.  "you weren't thinking" about the consequences, about what it really means to come out as a lesbian in this day and age, "and I was just drinking", i.e. refusing to do anything, so paralysed by indecision that all she could do was drink. Well he was running after us, I was screaming 'Go go go!' "He" is once again more likely to be Taylor's PR, trying to convince her not to come out, to break off the engagement, to ditch Dianna altogether. But with three of us, honey, it's a side show And a circus ain't a love story And now we're both sorry (we're both sorry) Taylor had to make a choice - her label/PR meddling with the relationship is the "circus", and (as I mentioned before) no relationship could last when Taylor was torn between all three parties (herself, Dianna, and her label). In the end, of course (spoiler alert!!) Taylor chose to break it off with Dianna, "and now we're both sorry". [PRE-CHORUS 2] X marks the spot, where we fell apart He poisoned the well, every man for himself Personally I LOVE this particular line.  "Every man for himself" throws doubt on the gender of every party mentioned in this song!  I'm very aware that it's an idiom, and trying to change it to "every woman for herself" would throw off the beat of the song.  The thing is, Taylor doesn't do anything without purpose, and always chooses her words very carefully - she could've left this line exactly as it is in the first pre chorus, and no one would've known. But she chose to say "every man for himself" when we all know that at least one party in this situation - Taylor herself - is not a man.  Which leads to the thought - whom else in this song is being referred to as male when they're not? Hell, whom else on this album is being referred to as male when they're not? I knew it from the first old fashioned, we were cursed It hit you like a shotgun shot to the heart Taylor made a decision, and she didn't choose Dianna, and that broke her heart. [CHORUS] You were driving the getaway car We were flying, but we'd never get far Don't pretend it's such a mystery Think about the place where you first met me We're riding in a getaway car There were sirens in the beat of your heart Should've known I'd be the first to leave Think about the place where you first met me In a getaway car No, they never get far No, nothing good starts in a getaway car [BRIDGE] We were jet set Bonnie and Clyde Until I switched to the other side "The other side" here being her record label.  Taylor chose to break up with Dianna and stay closeted rather than live out their dream - after all, she'd been lying about that dream from the start. It's no surprise, I turned you in 'Cause us traitors never win This is one of the most telling lines of the whole song, to be frank.  "Us traitors"; Taylor is the traitor who turned her lover in.  But in doing so, she lost by her own admission.  What did she lose?  Well, obviously her lover.  But if the song's about a rebound relationship, i.e. Hiddleswift, and we all know Hiddleswift was fake - Well.  There's no way Getaway Car is about a beard, that's for sure. I'm in a getaway car I left you in the motel bar I put the money in a bag and stole the keys That was the last time you ever saw me "I put the money in a bag" - Taylor chose her career, and it paid off for her BIG TIME.  1989 was her most popular album yet.  She skyrocketed up the charts.  She hired Tree and turned her public image around (for a couple years at least).  But to do so, she left Dianna behind, and "stole the keys" to the getaway car - which is now hers to use when she sees fit. [CHORUS] Driving the getaway car We were flying, but we'd never get far Don't pretend it's such a mystery Think about the place where you first met me We're riding in a getaway car There were sirens in the beat of your heart Should've known I'd be the first to leave Think about the place where you first met me In a getaway car No, they never get far No, nothing good starts in a getaway car [OUTRO] I was riding in a getaway car I was crying in a getaway car I was dying in a getaway car Said 'goodbye' in a getaway car I was riding in a getaway car I was crying in a getaway car I was dying in a getaway car Said 'goodbye' in a getaway car How anyone can listen to the emotion in Taylor's voice when she sings these lines and honestly think it's about a beard is beyond me. To be clear - I do not think Taylor is still in love with Dianna, nor Dianna still in love with Taylor.  I think they had a passionate, not particularly healthy relationship which ended in a way that prevented either one of them from getting closure.   I do think this song is the last one that Taylor will write about Dianna.  This is Taylor's closure on that relationship.  She's letting it go.  And that's wonderful.

It’s that time of the year again! On Sept. 6, 2018, people from all over the world flocked to New York to kick off the annual event, New York Fashion Week. Designers showed off their Spring/Summer 2019 lines, while the world’s biggest fashionistas sat front row.
Now, the reason I love NYFW is because I love to see what my favorite celebrities are wearing for the Pre-Fall season. Here are the top 5 celebs I was on the lookout for:
Jamie Chung
I look for Jamie Chung at NYFW every year because she’s one of my fashion inspirations. Due to some scheduling conflicts, she had a shorter trip this year and only made it to a few events and runway shows. But someone has to play Blink on Fox’s The Gifted and Jamie’s on it!
Jamie kicked off the week at the opening of Refinery29’s 29 Rooms pop-up exhibit with this years theme, Expand Your Reality. She chose to wear a two-piece tartan outfit by PAPER London. Jamie can pull off anything and she confidently did it with this outfit and was even spotted doing some high kicks in one of the rooms! | Photo Source: Astrid Stawiarz/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
The next day Jamie made a little stop to the Shopbop Diner with a super cute asymmetric skirt and polka dotted blouse. | Photo Source: Lars Niki/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
One of Jamie’s last stops at NYFW was the Nicole Miller Spring 2019 Runway Show. She killed it with a black and white striped boyfriend blouse paired with a metallic maxi skirt. | Photo Source: Nicole Miller Instagram |
Bonus Look: Jamie popped up at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) with a look that I absolutely adored. She wore a pajama striped Smythe pant suit. I love PJ inspired looks. They look so comfortable, but chic at the same time! | Photo Source: Steve Blackburn/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
  Shay Mitchell
Shay Mitchell has proven to be a fashion force to reckon with over the past few years. The former Pretty Little Liars star took a few days off from promoting her new Lifetime mini-series You and kicked off fashion week at one of the most prestigious events, the Harper’s Bazaar “ICONS” Event.
She stepped out in a beautiful gold and silver Julien MacDonald gown from his Spring 2018 RTW line. She was stunning and accessorized perfectly with her jewelry and a gold clutch. In my opinion, she was the best dressed that night. | Photo Source: Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
A few days later, Shay sat front row at the Zimmermann show and wore a dress from the Fall 2018 RTW Collection: Tempest Tucked Contour Mini. Shay has a great style team behind her! | Photo Source: Theo Wargo/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
On Sept. 12, Shay sat front row at Michael Kors among several other Hollywood actresses. She showcased her support for the designer in a black charmeuse and lace dress. | Photo Source: Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
Later that night, Shay rocked a bolder look, busting out some bangs at the Vanity Fair x Saks Fifth Avenue Best Dressed event. She showed off some leg in a mini Dundas dress and some Barbara Bui pumps.| Photo Source: Ben Gabbe/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
Gemma Chan
With the success of Crazy Rich Asians, Gemma Chan is the new star to keep an eye out on! Just like her character, Astrid, she is proving to be a fashion icon. Gemma made her fashion week debut at the Tory Burch fashion show in a pink pant suit and I think Astrid Leong would be very proud. | Photo Source: Cindy Ord/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
A few days later, she reunited with her CRA co-star Awkwafina at the Prabal Gurung fashion show. Prabal Gurung was one of the designers she wore during press for Crazy Rich Asians. During NYFW she was a vision in red as she showed support for the Asian American designer. | Photo Source: Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
Heart Evangelista
Heart Evangelista is the Philippines’ sweetheart. She has been an actress in the Philippines since she was in her teen years and has grown into one of the country’s biggest fashionistas.  Ever since I was young, I watched Heart on The Filipino Channel (TFC) and now on the GMA Network, and she’s still one of my favorite TV personalities. As a Filipino American, I’m so proud to see her making waves in the international fashion world.
Heart was first seen at the Tory Burch show rocking a Tibi power suit. The gingham get up is part of their Pre-Fall 2018 line. She also accessorized with a Tory Burch tote bag and add a pop of color with some red Louboutins. | Photo Source: Anna Webber/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
She then changed into a different ensemble for the Kate Spade presentation. She was head to toe in Kate Spade and with the white/blue dress and red shoes, I was getting some serious Dorothy vibes. | Photo Source: Instagram @iamhearte |
She ended her night at the Harper’s Bazaar “ICONS” Event in a beautiful custom made Mark Bumgarner gown, showing her support for local designers. It was such a beautiful dress. She fit in perfectly. | Photo Source: Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
Before leaving to go back to the Philippines, Heart made a stop at the Prabal Gurung show in another power suit. The hot red suit was from the designer’s Resort 2018 line. | Photo Source: Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
Blake Lively
We all know Blake Lively is a huge fashion icon. She styles herself and rocks whatever she has on. So many people get on her about some of her fashion choices, but those opinions do NOT matter because Blake can hold her own.
Tumblr media
She has been pretty busy promoting her latest movie, A Simple Favor, but she made some time in her busy schedule to attend the Ralph Lauren fashion show. She rocked a chic, black and white suit alongside her co-star Henry Golding and director Paul Feig. | Photo Source: Rob Kim/Getty Images North America via Zimbio |
Here are some honorable mentions:
Dianna Agron, one of my favorite Glee stars, came out from the shadows for NYFW. She attended both the Oscar De La Renta and Michael Kors shows wearing floral dresses from each designer.
Hailee Steinfeld looked fierce at the Tom Ford presentation and went tartan from head to toe at the Michael Kors show.
Barbara Palvin was spotted all over NYFW with boyfriend, Dylan Sprouse.  I think it’s safe to say that they are quite the fashionable couple. They made their red carpet debut at the Harper’s BAZAAR ‘ICONS’ event and ended NYFW at the Vanity Fair’s Best-Dressed 2018 party.
xoxo,
Adele

I HATE Nisha Grewal!!!!!! argggggggg It was a great moment for Rose but her look is being very criticized and Rose is part of the "the worst dressed" lists at the Olivier Awards.
You have obviously the right to dislike this look but this is actually a very popular dress worn by many others, such as Nina Dobrev (x), Bella Hadid (x) and Dianna Agron (x), so Nisha’s choice isn’t random here, it’s actually what is “fashionable” these days whether we like it or not. (By the way, Rose’s dress is by far my favorite among all of these). Also it seems that there are some people and sites thinking that she put random Dior underwears and a dress, so I feel the need to say that one minute of research would have shown that these underwears are actually part of the dress, like many other looks from Dior’s Spring 2017 collection… Anyway.
I personnally don’t give a damn about “fashion” lists especially because you can find everything and its opposite - for instance you might have seen her in some worst dressed lists but I only came across good stuff about her look - and there are worst thing to happen to an actor. She’s not a model and these silly lists won’t affect her career in the slightest, so I’m glad if she had a good time and wore a dress that she liked. We all have different tastes so we will never all like and dislike the same looks anyway :)

Who wore it better? Celebrities that’ve stepped out in the same outfit
You know that feeling when you turn up to a bar in your brand new Zara dress and spot someone else wearing exactly the same outfit? Of course you do, it’s happened to the best of us. But it’s not just us mere mortals who are subjected to this type of style shame - it happens to celebs too.
Clearly, there just aren’t enough outfits in the world.
12 times the Duchess of Cambridge has channelled Princess Diana
30 of the most memorable Victoria's Secret Fashion Show looks

Donna Air and Eleanor Tomlinson
Donna Air, James Middleton’s girlfriend, and Eleanor Tomlinson, of ‘Poldark’ fame, wore the same Three Floor dress on the same day. Donna wore the white, lace number to the V&A Summer Party while Eleanor debuted her dress on day two of Royal Ascot 2017. Both ladies looked lovely in the frock - which can be yours for £410. Lupita Nyong’o and Beyonce
Naturally, both stars slayed in this plunging Gucci number. Lupita wore the dress first, to Cannes Film Festival in 2015, and Beyonce in March 2017 - to the premiere of ‘Beauty and the Beast’. [Photo: PA/Beyonce.com]

Naomi Campbell and Sofia Vergara
Sofia Vergara attended the Vanity Fair 2017 Oscars party in a metallic crocodile print Michael Kors Collection dress. The look was classic Vergara and matched the theme of the night in shimmering Oscars silver and gold, with just one caveat: Fans saw it on Naomi Campbell three years ago. Campbell chose the same Michael Kors bodycon number to present at the 2014 National Television Awards. She polished the look with minimal jewelry — one simple gold ring and another in chunky gold — while Vergara went with statement Lorraine Schwartz diamonds. [Photo: PA]

Taraji P. Henson and Naya Rivera
This revealing sheer Steven Khalil couture skirt is clearly hit in celebville. Just six months after Taraji teamed the high-waisted number with a strapless body for the BET Awards, ‘Glee’ star Naya Rivera stepped out in the exact same skirt. [Photo: Getty]

Katie Holmes and Blake Lively
Nine months after Blake Lively slayed in this nude Michael Kors dress at the designer’s AW16 New York Fashion Week show, Katie Holmes stepped out in the exact same ensemble. A great pick for both ladies, don’t you agree? [Photo: Getty]

Paris Hilton and the Duchess of Cambridge

Paris Hilton and Kendall Jenner
For her 21st birthday in early November, Kendall Jenner slipped into exactly the same (very revealing) dress that socialite Paris Hilton wore for her 21st birthday bash in London. Boasting a backless design, a plunging bodice and a very short hemline, it certainly was a risk to wear on a potentially drunken night out! [Photo: Rex/Instagram]

Victoria Beckham likes to try out all of her designs so spotting celebs in the same outfits as her isn’t all that unusual. Claire wore her wrap dress during an appearance on ‘The Late Show’. [Photo: Rex]
