#digimon: cyber sleuth

In order to add newly encountered Digimon to your team in Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, players will have to meet that particular Digimon multiple times, with each fresh meeting adding to it’s Scan Rate. Once the player has reached 100% (or up to 200%) for a particular Digimon, they can automatically DigiConvert it and gain access to it for their team from there. This approach ensures that players are extremely familiar with a given Digimon before they are able to use it themselves (at least when creating it with DigiConvert), especially when it comes to higher evolution Digimon, which add to the Scan Rate more slowly.

Stream incoming! We did indeed finish Pokemon Legends: Arceus last time and are returning to Digimon: Cyber Sleuth, which we've been trying to finish for...nevermind. We want to finish it. We keep putting it on pause for Pokemon games as they come out. Ultimately the issue is that we read off the dialogue and do silly voices and then occasionally go off on a tangent about some completely unrelated thing. It's a text-heavy game but we play it in podcast mode.

Speaking of tangents, we went through the entire original 5 Planet of the Apes movies over the last week, so there's a high chance I'll start talking about that. This is your chance to jump in if you want to voice your opinions on gorilla fursuits. I'm in favor of them!

It's interesting that the Digimon Cyber Sleuth fem!MC went from "accidentally lesbian because we wrote for a male MC in mind" to kinda becoming the face of Cyber Sleuth
