Let us meet again someday - A tribute (DnD)

Nax Skyscale, the Kobold Bard/Sorcerer, my first DnD character... has died with no hopes of resurrection. Long live Nax Skyscale. Miscalculations on both my and the DMs parts have resulted in Nax being killed by his mentor, who turned evil. And in a desperate attempt to pull through, he made a deal with an archdevil, but died again. Nax's soul is stuck in hell, and this little kobold dude's story is now over... for now, in this world at least. I am in deep emotional pain right now. So I just had to draw something to get these emotions at least a little out... They sure weren't lying when they said that losing your first character hurts the most, because damn, I cried drawing this... The little dude will now be immortalized as an NPC in my homebrew world... Rock on, little dude. Strike fast like lightning, and we'll see each other again across the vast multiverse. ;v;

on the topic of medic infodumping, i think if he discovers something neat (like. i dunno he's figured out how to genetically alter dna so that the person is now bioluminescent) he just instant tumbles out of his lab and pulls aside the closest approximation of a person for at minimum of three hours to infodump about it (complete with a full demonstration!!)

Fleshtearer Demon (DnD Hombrew Art)

Here, have this. I did a little something out of my usual comfort zone, and did try lineless painting. It's for a homebrew DnD monster Idea I had! I think it turned out quite well, but I definitely have some areas to improve on haha Either way, Fleshtearer Demons are demons created from the souls of legendary heroes, which have been stolen away to the Abyss by underhanded means, and corrupted beyond recognition, and turned into soul-and-flesh-eating monsters... though some sparks of redemption may still be hidden underneath.

I’M GLAD...bc i still believe his true face is unknowable,,,,except here's a better view i doodled of it to get it right

his eyes are meant to mimic the colors of a dawn sky and his flames are inspired by the fire produced by potassium (bc i...think it’s pretty)!! contrary to what i drew too, he never removes his helmet as his face is meant to only be seen by god (plus the light from it really IS too bright lol) i definitely wanted it to be classical angel (despite archangels being almost entirely human-looking) and a little hard to parse upon first seeing it bc 1) divine monsters good and 2) VERY funny to imagine this throwing those tantrums. big baby!!!!!
