Black and white challenge accepted

I just want to go on my PSA and challenge y’all to re-assess what it is y’all doing. But first a disclaimer: I am in no way demeaning women who have participated. You do you boo. And if that means posting a cute selfie than more power to you. For the record everyone looks great and I always complement my friends (regardless of gender) when I think they look or smell extra cute irl. 

1) What does posting a selfie of myself accomplish? I get that the origin was to give attention to femicides going on in Turkey and how their government hasn’t given justice to them. I’m not devaluing that at all. 

2) But why is it 2020 in the age of social media we haven’t heard shit from the Mexican government about the femicides in Juarez. I legit did a search on IG and found 4 posts. wtf? Can we also pressure the government there for justice while we’re at it?

3) I wish y’all would bring that same awareness to black and brown transwomen who are currently suffering from femicides or hate crimes. 

4) And why the fuck have we gotten little to no justice for Breonna Taylor in Kentucky?

That is all. Again, I’m not judging you for nominating me or taking your selfies and accepting the challenge but I just wanted to throw this out there for y’all to consider. Let’s all try to be all in for each other and not just Cis white women. K thanx bye.
