Eternithaus - a cc-free lot for Oasis Springs

When I was working on Baumgarten Estates I looked into other buildings the architect Paul Baumgarten did and found this gem (2), which I accidentally stumbled across during my visit to Berlin last October. Of course, I had to recreate it in the Sims and I am so happy with the result. It certainly looks different from the original, but it's a gorgeous mid-century house that fits quite perfectly into Oasis Springs.

Eternithaus is a 30x20 unfurnished lot placed in the Mirage Canyon neighbourhood of Oasis Springs, specifically on the Futures Past museum lot. It is designed as a residential rental lot, but I've uploaded it as a normal residential building to the gallery, in case you're not actively playing with the For Rent pack/gameplay yet.

It has a total of 4 rental units, which are all on the smaller side, perfect for a couple without children or a single sim.

Uses items from the following packs: For Rent, High School Years, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get To Work, Werewolves, Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, Dine Out, Spa Day, Tiny Living & Desert Luxe.

Should I be allowed to include Sims 2 Store/preorder/exchange content in Calcinidae Bay

There are several reasons why I'm keeping Calcinidae Bay CC-free but first and foremost it's to see "how far can I get with only TS2 Maxis content?" and so there's always this nagging voice in the back of my head saying "but this is TS2 Maxis content".

Lots that I share will remain CC-free, and I'm not including Stories conversions. Only things made by EA, for TS2.

Introducing the Doo Doo Save File - Version One!

This save is still very much a work in progress. While most things appear to be complete (such as builds), there's still a lot to be done. So, keep that in mind. Also, I tried my best to playtest everything, but this is a HUGE save. So, it's possible I missed things. If I did, feel free to let me know!

If you want the townies’ relationships to stay intact, I HIGHLY recommend downloading MCCC. If not, you shouldn’t have any issues playing the save, but some relationships will eventually be deleted due to the culling system. Instructions here!

I did use one piece of CC, but it is absolutely not required in order to download this save. It's the Modern Family Portrait by RAVASHEEN! Download only if you want some cute portraits of the families.

For this save, I grouped some of the worlds together. You don't have to play this way, it's just a note to consider:

Build size is around 1,65 gb, it's pretty big yes. There are some cc that couldn't work unless I include the whole set. While the sims size is around 382 mb. If you are pleased by my work, you can download it with heart.

Please note that I'm an amateur at making things, but I love decorating. This house can be said to be a decorative house. Because I myself am a maximalist. I combined southern gothic, european-vintage, morute, shabby, and religious themes in this home. You can call it yourself whatever. If you are happy, you can use it.

There are some problems while I tried to upload the file on Patreon, so Alt. Download is via Google Drive. You can access it on Gdrive while Patreon still does't work. I wrote the "Alt. Link" on the post. Look it up. I will fix Patreon issue later.

Think of this sim download as my Sim Dump 02 (Sim Dump 01 here), as my initial idea was to create a building with sims living in it in the background. The story is that the mother contracted mental illness after her husband died. She often takes out her crazy feelings on her children. However, his older sister always tried her best to protect her younger brother. The dogs bite and lick the hands who feed them.
