finally establishing a dynamic that i like between quill and viewer that is a bit more than just "two guys stuck in a space together having to deal with the other". now its a "you have something i want and i can't kill you until i can somehow get you to fork it over" type of thing going on which is, imo, a lot more of a satisfying and befitting conclusion to come to for whatever the fuck they have going on. at least much more in character than before. conclusive stalemate preventing death
