okay, i played the demo of dq treasures (i swear i’ll get to the rest of the game at some point)

OK SO. I have only played a little bit, enough to know the two dragons that make up Draconia were two golden dragons, and their names sound an awful lot like “Ma” and “Pa”.

And Erik and Mia are orphans.

And in DQXI Mia’s Spectral Sentinel appearance is a golden dragon.

I just realised Erik and Mia’s base is Eggshell Island. Making them the dragon’s babies.

Did the dragons/daggers pick these orphans bc they’re still grieving the loss of their parents?? Are they actually the spirits of their parents watching OVER them in an alternate universe??
