In your personal opinion/universe, what so you think qualifies as a vampire? (If they have fangs, burn in sunlight, etc.)

oh hello! i would say the MAIN requirement of a vampire is that they need to consume blood for sustenance. after that probably being undead (so not just a random living person drinking blood).

anything else is just a bonus but generally i consider vampires to have fangs, burn in sunlight, be warded away by crosses/crucifixes, be unable to enter places without being invited in, look sort of dead/dull in the skin, and have red eyes

Look I am all for making creepy Monster High fanarts I love those but am I the only one kind of thinking people miss the point with drawing blood on Draculaura? Like her whole thing is that not only is she a vegetarian but even the slight smear of blood makes her faint and feel weak

And idk sometimes it feels like people literally forget that part despite it being one of the best parts as it makes Draculaura stand out from your everyday vampire character

My Favorite Monster High Characters ♡ Draculaura

I'm not exactly your typical vampire. I love gossip, freaky-fab fashion and fanging out with my friends, especially my boyfriend Clawd Wolf, who happens to be the brother of my beast ghoulfriend Clawdeen Wolf. I'm also a strict vegetarian who faints at the sight of blood.

How does sam and **fenton** get along with draculaura and frankie? Like Im thinking they get along but What kinda get along? Espacially if its when dannys in his Human form.

I know you highlighted Danny in this ask but my brain really narrowed in on Sam instead lol

At first I think Sam would be REAL hyped, cuz duh drac's a fuckin Vampire, that's sick as hell. But then Sam would be disappointed by how pink and frilly and girly Draculaura. And then she'd round back out to deciding Draculaura's pretty okay actually because she's vegetarian. Draculaura meanwhile would've entirely missed this arc

Generally I think Sam would find the more dark and grim aspects of Monsterkind to be very enchanting, so meeting Frankie, who's literally made out of dead bodies is just kinda exciting.

On Danny's side, Frankie is no thoughts head empty and is just generally friendly, any other monster in their shoes probably would've been a bit more suspicious of him. Draculaura is a bit more scrutinizing at first, but easily shifts into matchmaking mode cuz she likes being nosy.

there were so many things I wanted to write about them but I couldn’t (im still working on it, text and pics may be edited later, there may also be mistypes)

FRANKIE!!!⚡️

even though frankie is basically the result of her father’s experiment, she doesn’t like being referred as an object and tries living her life as a normal ghoul. frankie was made to be a perfect humanoid student. though she actually isn’t perfect and constantly struggles with social adaptation issues and some of her studies (such as swimming and other disciplines that require contact with liquids), frankie also sometimes confronts other students who demonstrate their disrespect to her for being “too good” and beloved by many teachers so that she wouldn’t give others a chance to shine bright (even though that’s not 100% true). oh, and for being “just a rag doll”. however, that doesn’t stop fran from being herself. she eventually learned to ignore the bullies and even managed to become friends with a bunch of meanies thanks to her lack of social adaptation evolving into pure ghoul simplicity and kindness. as well as that, frankie sometimes shows signs of overprotection not realizing that it potentially may cause problems or may be simply annoying. loves stem subjects, handicraft, helping others sincerely and obscure media no one talks about

note: frankie herself rarely uses they/them pronouns, they’re mostly used in reports of frankenstein and his wife and official documents. frankie is ok with it unless she’s referred as “it”. that’s just how she feels

DRACULAURA!!!🦇

a little bat crybaby aristocrat who sometimes faces disrespect from others for being a human-born vampire. it’s not like a sin or something, just teens being assholes to each other. she’s mostly seen with frankie and clawdeen or clawd wolf, drac’s boyfriend. draculaura becomes very anxious when she’s not with her friends. she and clawdeen founded a club for “hermit” or “rejected” monsters (they haven’t decided on the name yet) but they were the only permanent members until they met frankie who not only became a part of the club herself but also helped to bring new monsters and even friends, which is quite ironic. draculaura is a vegetarian and her current eating habits presumably developed from the illness which almost killed her before turning into a vampire. well, more like they were caused not by the illness itself but by the cause of this disease. kinda theatre kid. loves romantic stuff, gothic lolita fashion, sweets and writing her own novels which she rarely shows to others

note: later I remembered vampires don’t tolerate crosses but I really love it how they turned out so maybe there would be unholy unconsecrated crosses which do not affect them?? they’re not demonic, they just can be used as accessories by vampires. yeah that’s it. im yet to figure it all out

CLAWDEEN!!!🌖

a sassy werewolf who appreciates fashion, art and also designs her own clothes. clawdeen is a fashionista who dreams of becoming a popular model and designer. but she’s not a typical high school hyperfeminine diva girl, she really loves sports and she may act like a tomboy. clawdeen’s biggest flaw that makes her different from other werewolves is her inability to fully transform into a wolf at her age which is seen as some kind of rare disability. clawdeen doesn’t like talking about it and rarely hangs out with other werewolves except her siblings. as an extremely loyal ghoul, she also seems to have some traumatic experience in romance. that may explain why she tends to avoid romantic interactions and looks seemingly anxious when she witnesses them or when someone flirts with her. clawdeen is secretly envy for some of her friends and elder brother being happy in relationships but she can’t do anything about it. who knows, maybe she’ll find her happiness one someday. loves fashion, art, grunge music and true crime documentaries

No one asked but here’s concepts for a Monster High fighting game

The starting roster consists of Frankie, Draculaura, Clawdeen, Lagoona, Cleo, Deuce, Ghoulia, and Jackson/Holt. From there, you can unlock Abby, Spectra, Clawd, Heath, Opperetta, and Toralei. However, similarly to Multiverus, updates with new characters are semi frequent.

Frankie’s electric powers are a lot more noticeable like in Gen3

Jackson/Holt are a two in one fighter like Pyra/Mthra. Holt attacks with his hot beats and Jackson uses math or something idk

Draculaura’s moveset doesn’t have any bite-y moves to reflect her status as a vegetarian, she mostly just hits people with her umbrella. Elizabat, however, does bite people

Clawdeen and all other werewolves’ final smash is them entering a superpowered wolf form that they become for about 20 seconds

Cleo is a mage type fighter who uses her idols to curse others. Also when she’s added Nefera is literally just her fucking echo fighter.

There’s a Haunted High stage that’s very low gravity. However, Principal Reverant is a stage hazard, and she’ll try to hit you with detention chains, which will heavily weight you down if they hit you. Unlike in canon, they affect everyone for fairness reasons, but they are worse on ghost characters.

Kiyomi is a Kirby-esc character, being able to mimic the faces of her opponents, as a reference to actual Noppera-bō lore

Vandala has one of those “alt costume that is literally just another character” skins, said character being Dayna

Toralei does too, with Meowlody and Purrsephone

In at least one of her moves Skelita throws bones at you. They aren’t her bones. We don’t know who’s bones they are.

Oppretta’s final smash is her screaming really loud

Astranova’s is hitting the stage with a comet

The lore as to why they’re in a fighting game is that Ghoulia thought it would be fun to make a fighting game with people she knows in real life and they let her do that. That is literally the lore.
