You ever sneeze so hard you redesign yourself?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Anywho,
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT TIME:
Stormy is no longer a Star Wars character! He’s still called Stormy the *Stormtrooper*— I legitimately don’t think I can call him anything else— but he’s no longer associated with Star Wars whatsoever.
Tumblr media
Really, this has been a long time coming. I’ve never really thought of Stormy as a Star Wars OC, y’know?
With everything I want to do with the series and the character, I figured it would make the most sense to divorce him from Star Wars entirely, and let Stormy be Stormy.
Like I said, he’s still going to be called a Stormtrooper, for lore reasons that will be explained at a later date (likely, whenever I release the new version of Book 1!). Just know he’s NOT a Star Wars Stormtrooper anymore.
For now, I figured I’d go ahead and drop his redesign, since this is something I’ve spent a lot of time and effort remaking! Cheers!

{Fremen Profiles}
I really missed Harah in the Denis Villeneuve´s Dune version so I decided to redesign her. In the books she was the widow of Jamis and the wife of Stilgar. Argh I would've loved to see her as an ass-kicking Fremen warrior just like Chani!

I forgot to post some of my attempts at recreating the Rain World artsyle that I did when I was "dead", drew these before the artmonth. Also a tiny bit of info about the slugcats.
Tumblr media
Dune/The Veteran
He got a redesign along with lore + some overall changes.
And now that i got it more sorted out i can say in my story - that would be Dune's campain if it was a mod. it won't be a mod because i can't code, and i dont have the time for something like this.
it(his campain, and the story) takes place slightly before Artificer, So he's in-between Spearmaster and Artificer Timeline wise.
We are mainly following him in the story.
Tumblr media
Raptor/The Scout
Raptor my girl! She's gonna be in the story and she's pretty important. I don't believe I showed her here before. so here we go, my beloved tiny Armadillo Slugcat that I like to put into situations.
Her campain would happen the earliest, way before Spearmster in the Timeline.
Tumblr media
Crusader/The Runner
He's not gonna be in the story since he happens after Dune. I don't have his whole lore sorted out because I made him not that long ago to fill in a lore gap that had in the story. I still like the lil dude tho, he's silly and I like how he turned out.
Timeline wise he happens at the same time as Gourmand.
I made the drawings in the order of :
Crusader
Raptor
Dune.
So i drew them backwards lol.

Galactic Guardians, reporting for duty!
This wallpaper will start off Wave 3, but due to IRL work and whatnot, there will be sparse wallpaper drops this time around and a significantly short amount of such.
Atomic Betty was one of the shows I didn't get into until after FusionFall, the game that started all my CNU madness. One of my  earliest discoveries of the community was the fanart of Betty made by the great @edorazzi/@yourgalacticgirl, as seen here. And sure enough that got me into the show proper!
These guys won't be appearing in the fanfic for a while, but it was a joy to redesign their retro-space outfits and make them look practical without losing their charm. Credit for Betty's art goes to NicDraws, who executed the artwork based on my design. I had made Sparky, X-5, and DeGill.
Some notes:
The colors of their ear communicators and their correspondent uniform indicate their rank, but Betty's uniform in particular is meant to be an older rendition, since she inherited the suit from her grandma. They have scarfs that tie into another corner of the CNU, and their poofy shoulderpads have been reimagined as pylon harnesses that maintain their jetpacks and searchlights. Their suits also have shields that were inspired by Dune but executed in a Spider-Verse style
Admiral DeGill's uniform, faintly seen in Betty's holowatch, is based off the Admiral uniforms from TOS-film-era Star Trek
That is not the final design of the Beatrixo, their ship seen at the edge of the supernova. I just quickly threw it together.
Credit for the space background wallpaper goes to...oh shit, goes to ME! Believe it or not this is my first time ever making a space wallpaper, specifically doing my own take on Jack Kirby's style space backgrounds.
As always, you can find the first story in CNU Earth One right here: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/11418172/1/Cartoon-Network-Universe-Earth-One-FusionFall
Previously on Cartoon Network...   Coming up on Cartoon Network...

Crasea Valane Possible Redesign / Practice
Tumblr media
I'm starting to draw art using color pencils, after I had to do it when I forgot my mechanical pencil. And I loved how I did the first drawing that I started to try it more in private.
And I decided to practice coloring and damn...
I'm falling in Love with this way to draw my art.
Also, this is a possible redesign for one of my oldest OCs, that I made during my Walfas phase.
Crasea Valane, a character for Alternative Sorcery. And she's a hermit that carries a giant nail that, when touching the ground, it generates earthquakes.
I tried to make a quick idea for her since, she used a kimono and her color palette was simple yellow dune. And I implemented brown due to both colors being associated with earth.
For now, this is a good step for her redesign.
(Plus. My 10th Anniversary making content is upcoming so...)
Hope you like it _Elec

Why does he look so god damn majestic?
This is fireaxe’s redesign and I also renamed him :3
Age is now around 25
Height: 6’7
lore is under here ⬇️ (if you wanna read it your choice).
Extra stuff:
Glaive was a exiled fotia demon, when he was 1 year old he was exiled from his homeland, as his parents loved him but couldn’t do anything since they had to take care of his other siblings. He couldn’t blame them.
Glaive was exiled from the kingdom of kiuko, and surviving the wilderness alone at a young age. When he was surviving he was found by a elderly lava demon, who took him in and raised him in the countryside where the lava demon had left the volcanos most lava demons lived in, to live a peaceful quiet life.
As glaive grew older his guardian grew weaker and older. His guardian died in his sleep peacefully.
Glaive hasn’t talked to anyone else except for his guardian for most of his life, so he’s pretty shy with other demons. But he usually liked to read scrolls or take care little jops.
He also did fly a bit, making his wings getting used to long flights. But he usually studied in his hut.
He would hide in trees to watch the great fire race so he wouldn’t get caught.
The three accessories on him are the three things that keep his fire hidden, so he can hug others and such without hurting them. (He was pretty scared of hurting someone else)
He got the accessories from the same pharmakon demon, Krey went too.
He usually mistaken as a royal fotia demon because of his clothing and accessories whenever he goes out to the markets in the broken dunes faction.
He’s afraid to face his problems and doesn’t have the courage to solve them, so he runs away to keep himself safe. So he has escapism
Glaive was taught how to fly by his guardian, and how to do other stuff but rarely fight, since his guardian thought glaive wouldn’t go anywhere else but stay here and not cause trouble.
He’s a complete sweetheart
Glaive also has a nickname which is kohl but he prefers glaive.

I was going to write a post about alternatives to 40k, but the best thing about this is that Games Workshop basically stole everything.
In roughly chronological order:
LOTR: The Eldar are literally what Tolkien called his Elves. It means Children of the Stars in his constructed Elven language, Sindarin, which was the source of everything else in the story. Tolkien forged our conceptions of Squats Dwarves, and was the first one to use Orcs in a consistent way.
Starship Troopers: Most of Heinlein's pieces were not moral treatise, instead they were thought experiments to get you to question your deeply help beliefs. Starship Troopers is a moral treatise, and gave the world the idea of powered armour. This has gone onto be used so often that people often forget where it came from. Even worse, people forget that the Mobile Infantry in Starship Troopers are 10x more powerful than the super super super special elite Space Marines of 40k. Their jump jets let them move at 60mph, and carry sub-critical mass "peewee" nukes. The Tyranids and Megarachnids are based off the Bugs. The Megarachnids are closer, while the Tyranids are the Bugs combined with a complete misunderstanding of evolution. 40k's Eldar is also partially based off the Skinnies.
Elric: They copied Chaos wholesale. Pretty much everything about Chaos in Warhammer Fantasy was copied from Elric. And 40k was just Warhammer Fantasy IN SPACE.
Dune: The God-Emperor, great crusade, galactic empire with great houses, and space melee were all copied from Dune.
Judge Dredd: The Adeptus Arbites are quite obviously stolen from Judge Dredd.
Star Wars: Space Magic. Super space monks. Hard, military science fiction.
Gundam: The Tau are basically Gundams with redesigned heas. Gundam's Mobile Suits are based off of Starship Troopers, (which Sunrise apparently did an anime for).
BattleTech: All of the Titans and Knights were copied wholesale form BattleTech.

Realm Redesign: Isle of Dawn
Isle of Dawn feels the most “blah” of the realms. We only go there for winged light or the trials once we stop being moths. There’s not a ton of candles. And I’ve been watching videos of what it looked like in light awaits… it was really pretty - image below I mean LOOK AT THAT
Tumblr media
so I did some sketches on possible changes that could be made to the Isle
Tumblr media
Ignore that my quick sketch done with zero reference looks kind of funky, but I would make the entrance look a lot more like the photo above (including the color scheme), just with less green cause modern isle is much more of a desert. The winged light at the top has an arch and a space to chat and admire the view
once you get to the main sand dunes, the lighting is a lot more dawn-like, sort of a purple-orange. There’s more tattered fabric flapping in the wind, especially around cave/building ruins like Pointing Candlemaker’s cave - it looks more like it was inhabited once.
going to the cave of Prophecies, when you do the thing that makes the King appear on the murals, there’s an actual story along with it, similar to the beginning murals that start you on your journey. These murals would confirm the existence of the King and a lot more lore because I need confirmed lore. Now for the Temple
Tumblr media
Again, more of a Light Awaits vibe. You’ve got murals showing you the path up representing the migration to the Light, and the Rejecting Voyager’s cave is more of a temple basement. The clouds are a purple-orange color that switches to white as you fly out of the Isle - you see a lot more light creatures on this journey too, including a whale (which was there for light awaits)
Isle Elder also talks to you during their cutscene (the other elders would do this as well), hinting at what lies ahead and a bit of lore. There’s a lot of Eden imagery here
this is all I have so far - I might do another realm, I might not. Comments are appreciated!

How many times did Grogu have to explain to Ahsoka Tano that “size matters not”? Hadn’t Master Yoda said that to her enough? Grogu suspected that some lessons were harder to learn than others. This must be one of them.
Well, if some one wanted to learn what lurked in his mind, he wasn’t going to disappoint. Would you?
Grogu had learned that no matter how many stormtroopers fired a weapon, the chances of them hitting what they were aiming at was as close to zero as you could get while still leaving them a chance. A teeny, tiny, itty, bitty chance.
Grogu had learned that you could never tell who was going to hurt you and who was going to help you. Some folks had seemed so nice, but they had gladly turned him over to the Imps, while other folks who had no reason to trust him, protected him from those same Imps.
When you lose the people you love the loss doesn’t go away, but the pain subsides over time. That is, until someone comes along to check on you and puts their big thumb right into the middle of that wound to check and see if you still say ouch. Say ouch really loud. Not to demonstrate how you feel, but as a warning to not go sticking your body parts into other people’s pain.
If someone offers you food, take it as long as it doesn’t smell bad. No matter what it is. Even if its veggies. (Yup, even veggies.) Because the people who offered it were being kind and it’s not kind on your part to look at it and gag and claim the stuff is poison, no matter how many veggies it’s made from.
Helping people is always a good thing to do, but ask if they need help first. Grogu had learned the hard way that some people don’t want help because they want to do the thing no matter how hard it is and how time consuming and how silly, because you could heal them really quickly and it was a good thing to get moving. Eventually, the Mandalorian gave Grogu permission to always heal him, deal with fire, and interact with critters, large and small.
Flying a starship is a lot of fun and all starships should be redesigned to be more accessible for small people like Grogu and Kuiil and the Frog Lady, and Peli. Just because they aren’t huge and tall, like Mandalorians, doesn’t mean they don’t find starships really cool.
Speaking of starships… if you are going to eat a lot of something, you probably don’t want to fly loop-d-loops because, well… it’s better not to say. It just gets messy and anyone raised at the Jedi Temple knows that messy in not a light side behavior (except Ian).
Grogu thought about Ian and his other friends as he was considering this whole list of things he learned since he left the Jedi Temple. He supposed that most important thing of all was that you could always have more friends and even people who don’t start out as your friends may become your friend over time.
Greef Karga hadn’t been Grogu’s friend when they first met. Nope, not at all. He was just a bounty to be returned to the Client. But eventually, the high magistrate came around and he was one of Grogu’s best friends now. Same thing for Cara Dune. On the other hand, Peli Motto was a great friend right away and Grogu had been grateful for that as well as for the pit droids. They were also great.
Finally, Grogu had also learned that people had a lot of different beliefs and it was best to let them believe them as long as they didn’t hurt you or anyone else. If they hurt other people, like Sith or Imps, you really had to take a hard look at that belief and then ask the Armorer why she thought it was remotely reasonable that Din Djarin continue to wear that stupid helmet and not show Grogu his face! After all, Din was his dad and they both had brown eyes and he thought that everyone should notice the familial resemblance. Just saying.
He supposed that Ahsoka might have been thinking of other things, but those were the important ones, in no particular order.

Redesigned the Kings of Farasi and actually got all 4 done. I think I only showed Aldebrand and Faraji on here before.
Hadithi is the overall ruler, the Celestia if you will. Very gentle giant, and a great father, though still a very strong leader. Brave and loyal, he protects his kingdom and does whatever he can to keep it forever prosperous and safe under the sun's golden light.
Aldebrand is his second in command. King of the Abada's and ruler of the flames and the dunes. He's got a bit of a temper but tries to settle his flame as much as he can for the good of his kingdom.
Bogwater is a jovial ruler, full of life and energy. He is king of the kelpies and ruler of the seas. He protects the Isles waters and manages the weather cycles, keeping Farasi's soil hydrated for farms and wildlife.
Faraji is Haditi's little brother. Ruler of the mountains and the Luna to Hadithi's Celestia. He dances around the nightskies painting arrays of gorgeous colors for ponies to fall asleep. Though not the strongest in magic, he is the one with the largest heart.
