Hugh and Bryan about Alana/Hannibal sex scene and how they had to edit in a way that didn't suggest sex:

Bryan: she could just be on top of him to grab a book from a high shelf!

listening to the black books dvd commentaries and oh my god i need this for literally every other sitcom in existence!!! its just the 3 of them doing bits and taking the piss out of each other 💀 (and occasionally mentioning something about the episode). Dylan practically just sits there and points out the jokes they wrote that he thinks were shit 😭😭😭 its absolutely perfect. 10/10 no notes

Some behind the scenes tidbits I feel normal about (classic who edition):

- apparently every story Matthew Waterhouse's hairstylist would say they were going to trim his hair and never did, resulting in all the variations from crusader triangle to fuck ass bob to shaggy mullet

-Peter Davison was unaware he was many people's sexual awakening in his dressing gown in black orchid

-Colin baker was mistaken for a runner by another actor in arc of infinity and asked to go fetch a coffee (which he did)

-he would also walk around making chicken noises on the set of arc of infinity (until he was told to stop)

-Matthew didn't know adric died in part four of earthshock until he read Peter's script whilst shooting, and was apparently more upset over the fact he was being killed off rather than just leaving

-a lot of the doctor who movie was filmed in the same building as the X-files

-Janet Fielding was told she was good casting for doctor who because she "looked slightly alien"

-Deborah Watling and Frazer Hines used to joke that she left the show because she got pregnant, as she left almost nine months after arriving

-Sylvester Mccoy once couldn't find a filming location until after the doctor who fans, who had been waiting there for an hour

-Paul Mcgann thought all the doctors companions were their kids

-Peter and Sarah Sutton had to stop Janet from accidentally prostituting herself in the red light district

-Sylvester once played the spoons on a guy that tried to menace him

-Paul had to wear a wig because he was casted with the long hair you see in the movie but cut it all off for another role a couple months before they started filming

-Janet called Matthew "matte-finish" and "boom-boom waterhouse" whilst filming earthshock

-the cast bought a prop gun for arc of infinity from a sex shop in amsterdam

(Just to stress I obviously don't know the validity of these I just sourced them from interviews and commentaries!! Please don't come for me if these aren't accurate! These are just some funny things I've heard and if anyone else knows any random facts or stories feel free to reblog/share!!)

RWRB Bloopers, a fucking list of favourite moments because I'm going insane

I'm going fucking insane over the bloopers, I have been playing it on repeat for the last hour, but I also really need to sleep or else I'm dead in class tomorrow morning so here's a list of my favourite bits of the bloopers:

Nick feeding Taylor cake

Taylor kicking Nick's ass and Nick shoving him

Nick's soft "Don't Start" when Taylor fucks up the line

Taylor biting his own finger while repeating "climate conference"

Then Taylor turning around and going back to annoyed Alex in a split second

"So, seriously, what other famous boys have you had sex with?"

Nick's adorable expression to Taylor then looking like a baby deer in headlights (no wonder one of his nicknames is Bambi) when he realizes he's in frame

THE ENTIRE FUCKING SCENE ON THE BED???HELLO???? WHAT THE FUCK??? DO YOU WANT ME TO DIE????

(but in detail) Nick's face immediately scrunching up adorably the second Taylor starts blowing raspberries

Taylor shaking and burying his head into Nick's neck like a freaking puppy

Nick hitting him and cute little "Go back to America" BABYGIRL

The panic in both of their eyes when they realize they're falling over the couch

Then immediately laughing so loud and brightly

Nick pulling Taylor up from the couch

"get in bitches we're going shopping!" *distant WOOOOO

Taylor: "Squirrel!!!" Rachel: "????"

"Remember that time we found wild...marijuana growing" Nick losing it and Taylor staying in character and going "yes. YES!" (I'm guessing the entire conversation on the car was improvised)

Nick singing the fucking "You're insecure" meme

Nick's cute tongue thing after they called cut after "I'm definitely not doing karaoke"

The flashes of everyone's derpy faces

how the fuck did Taylor rip his sleeve

everyone else continuing the scene but Nick and Taylor going "NOOOOOOO"

Also honestly a couple of these moments wouldn't be out of character for Henry and Alex and that's how you know the casting is fucking perfect

Highlights of The Teen Wolf DVD Cast Commentary (Ep. 1)

Dylan pretending to be Crystal Reed (who couldn't make it that day).

The cast constantly talking about boobs, balls, butts, and pointing out Dylan's penis outline (which they refer to as his "mammal toe").

Their stunt guy is named Spider.

Dylan talking about how inexperienced, nervous, unattractive (apparently he sometimes breaks out into "mouth herpes" when he's nervous), and awful he is and everyone immediately telling him how amazing he is, Hoechlin even saying he was born an amazing actor and Holland saying she absolutely loves seeing his cheeks all pink and blotchy because it means he's throwing himself 100% into a scene.

Hoechlin was the only one to point out that Posey's pre-transformation looked too premature ejaculatey and recommended they try to shoot the sequence more centered around the head. He didn't say anything until the very last minute, though, because he kept expecting Jeff or any other numerous coordinators or higher ups to notice, before shyly piping up about it.

Sooooooo many jokes flying left and right in complete deadpan, it's sometimes impossible to know what's an actual fact or a joke.

They used KY Jelly as werewolf drool. So Posey's first transformation scene had him with a mouthful of lube.

The teacher-extra couldn't talk and write on the whiteboard at the same time, so they had to CGI him writing the correct word on the board.

Dylan was sooooo excited to film that intro scene of Stiles hanging from the roof because it was technically a stunt and it involved hanging by a crane, but the first time he did it, he blacked out.

Holland originally did the voice of Mrs. Argent on the phone talking to Allison, but it was cut.

Itty-Bitty, first-time-baby-actor-Dylan blatantly looking down at the ground to stand correctly on his mark.

Posey did 17 takes of swiping at a chair to make it land correctly only for them to cut it anyway.

Posey, Hoechlin, Dylan, Holland, and Colton are all cuddled on the same couch in each other's arms as they commentate.

Hoechlin: "Here I'm just standing around." "Oh! Another great shot of me standing around, staring quietly!" "Look, look, look! I'm just standing there, staring!"

people talk about how they could have so easily made troy and abed the typical nerd x jock relationship dynamic friend duo and they didn’t, which made it better. which is all true but I think we forget that they didn’t start with really any dynamic in mind for them at all. troy and abed weren’t even originally supposed to be especially close. they built the characters, seperately, then as the show came together they realized how much chemistry the two had (troy and abed AND danny and donald.) their dynamic wrote itself, with almost no pretense or planning, and that’s what makes it so special and unique. that’s why there’s not really any other duo quite like them in any other sitcom, or even any other show/movie. it’s a really strange realization but some of the best things we create are completely unplanned

Neil: Also, I love them arriving as a Nanny and as a glorious cartoon Gardener.

Douglas: And what was lovely in this scene is that Michael Sheen got to do it without any make up or extra teeth [both laughing] That's what he looks like. That's why he doesn't get recognized in the street. This is what he looks like in everyday life. Fantastic.
