Y'all, this book series is everything I ever wanted in a book series. I don't know why people tried to push it as a romance book 💀. It deals with generational trauma, racism, and demons, with just a tiny pinch of romance. Lowkey thinking about making a video about this but we’ll see.

When I ask when she began recording The Idler Wheel and when she knew it was ready, she has a complicated answer. "It must have started in 2008. Or 2009. I don't know! I have no idea. Its weird to think that there was 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011." her big blue eyes suddenly look to her right as she furrows her brow. "Where've I been? What was I doing? What was that year about?"

Gale: Should I wash my beard?
Astarion: I think you should wash it, yeah… And then shave it off, nail it to a frisbee and fling it over a rainbow.
Stupid little Gale / Astarion sketch based on this clip from Black Books (the scene just reminded me of these two haha).
