Top 10 Places of Mystery
Open your mind to new travel experiences by trading your usual fun-in-the sun vacation for 1 of these strange phenomena, unexplainable events or mysterious murder locations. Crystal Skulls Southern Mexico and Central America Search ancient Mayan ruins throughout the jungles of southern Mexico and Central America for magical skulls. The legend claims that 13 crystal skulls, thought to be containers of great wisdom and mankind's destiny, were left behind by Mayan elders to be discovered by future generations. Five of the skulls have already been found -- 1 in Belize's Lost City of Lubaantun. Nazca Lines Nazca, Peru https://www.tumblr.com/fahimfoysal21 Fly over enormous land figures -- including a dog, a monkey and a 900-foot bird -- along the southern coast of Peru. Although the lines are believed to have been created by the Nazca Indians some 2,000 years ago, no one is certain why or how they managed to produce such massive, complex forms. Some believe aliens created them as landing strips for their spacecraft. Bermuda Triangle Atlantic Ocean Visit the 3 apexes -- Miami, San Juan and Bermuda -- of the infamous Bermuda Triangle. The triangle earned its deadly reputation due to the unexplained disappearances of 80 aircraft and 60 boats since 1975. Intense electrical forces and a tunnel-like cloud have been reported, but other theories include rapidly changing weather patterns and alien abduction. Ark of the Covenant Ethiopia https://www.tumblr.com/fahimfoysal21 Join the greatest religious quest of our time. The search for the Ark of the Covenant, the golden container thought to hold the Ten Commandments, dates back to 586 B.C., when it vanished from King Solomon's temple. Some scholars have speculated that the ark was brought to Ethiopia, while others believe the ark could be located in the Judean desert. Oregon Vortex Gold Hill, Oregon Experience an unexplainable force field just off Interstate 5 in southern Oregon. Native Americans called it the The Forbidden Ground, and in the early 1900s, scientists speculated that the land contained crossed magnetic lines that produced a strange force field. It's been reported that the vortex can make things spin, create the illusion of a dramatic change in height, and other optical illusions. The Boston Strangler Boston, Massachusetts Investigate and catch the real Boston Strangler. Between 1962 and 1964, 11 women were found strangled to death in their Boston homes. Albert DeSalvo confessed to the killings, but discrepancies in his story and advances in DNA testing led authorities to re-open the case in 2001. The Loch Ness Monster Inverness, Scotland Spot Nessie in the Highlands of Scotland. After thousands of reported sightings and investigations, the Loch Ness Monster has been described as 15 - 40 feet long with 1 or several humps. Scientists speculate that it (if it truly exists) could be a prehistoric marine reptile with a long neck and flippers, while others believe it could be part of the eel family. Crop Circles Avebury, England Decipher gigantic, intricate patterns found in the wheat fields of a small farming community. Crop circles have appeared around the world, but over 100 have been reported in Avebury within the last 12 years. Explanations for these frequent formations include hoaxes, the wind, the military, lasers and the ever popular extraterrestrial messages. Easter Island Statues Easter Island Witness Polynesian giants 2,300 miles west of Chile and 2,500 miles southeast of Tahiti. When discovered in 1722, this 15-mile island was completely isolated and uninhabited except for 800 enormous statues. Their huge size and weight -- some standing 30 feet tall and weighing over 75 tons -- would have made them almost impossible to build and move. Jack the Ripper London, England Retrace the steps of the world's most notorious serial killer. More than a century after the butchering of 5 prostitutes, the identity of Jack the Ripper remains a mystery. Visitors to London's East End can still experience that autumn of terror on the original Jack the Ripper Walk.

【 Shining Nikki TW+CN 】 Pavilion
Qingjiang Festival x In Time Event
The fluffy white fur, coupled with the light apricot red, highlights the quirkiness of the little fox
As the interactive set, [Flame Fox] hides a lot of cute interactive Easter eggs
There are foxfires all around, fox ears and tails that wiggle, and...what else?
Come and follow the official blogger to poke and have a try.
Wen Jun came from afar and leaned against the water of the Qin River."
Lightly pinching the wine saucer, Loen met the Qinjiang River during the grand celebration in the maple red room in the Manyuan Garden.
There are weaving and embroidery, folk art, painting boats, covered bridges, the aroma of milk tea in the dense pedestrian street, the atmosphere of clouds smouldering between pen, ink, paper and inkstone, and the fireworks in the sky when night falls.
"The world is beautiful, and I want it to be there forever."
Aeon has seen with his own eyes those passionate, pure and beautiful people in this world, and the beautiful coast full of hope and strength, with infinite possibilities.
And beautiful things always make people want to protect, don't they?
Celebrating fireworks, dreaming of the Milky Way.
On November 7th, the celebration of the ancient capital of the millennium, come together
Suit Display ::
Original :: Flame Fox (锦狐灼灼)
Recolor :: The Graceful Fox (锦狐韶华 )
Collection :: Feast in Cloud
Designer :: Loen (洛昂)
Rarity :: UR
Attribute :: Sweet
Date :: 07—16/11/2019
Type :: Pavilion
Design Concept ::
Why are you here?
Where are you going?
In the world where the cherry blossom petals were flying silently, the huge fox asked Luo An with his golden eyes.
For a moment, there seemed to be many voices circling in Loen’s mind.
I want to reclaim everything related to the power of the sea of memory, close all possible rifts, and I want to... protect the Apple Federation and those small beauty and happiness.
I want to protect the world, just to protect the things I care about.
It turned out to be so.
When he finally realized that someone would take over and guard this land, the fox's wish ended, the phantom dissipated with the wind, and went where it should go.
The design inspiration of "Flame Fox" originated fromLoen’s's experience in pursuit of the legend of the fox god in Qinjiang. Every place has the unique charm of Qinjiang
The skirt adopts the unique brocade of Qinjiang, the hand-woven embroidery is exquisite and three-dimensional, and the cicada-wing yarn made of gold thread brushes over the dress, which is dazzling.
The most striking thing about [Xingxing] is the furry fox ears and fox tail, which are made of the newly developed eco-friendly fleece. They are cute and agile, passing by like a flame.

   It’s time, folks!! My Okami SI finally talked about.... Let’s do this.
One of the kami! A shapeshifter! Yet you’ll typically never find them on the Celestial Plain, even after Amaterasu and Waka’s work there.
Typically takes the form of a mask-wearing, three-tailed cat with brown fur. Darker brown spots are on the tips of the ears, a bit over the face, on all four paws (socks), and the tips of their tails.
Turquoise-lavender beads sit around their neck. The biggest bead in front has the kanji for autumn on it; 秋.
The mask is white with green markings. For reference, regard this image:
Tumblr media
Yes! There is an in-between form. Not often used, but convenient, on occasion. (Don’t @ me on the colors; I’m not exactly...knowing of fashion. Also, this was made back in 2016, so double yeowch.)
Also has a tendancy to
For those with no belief in gods, they appear as a brown cat with a singular tail. Will also be this way if they lose their power, much like Ammy does.
Is commonly found in the forests of either Agata or Yoshpet. Their godly nature keeps them from getting lost or hurt too badly in Kamui’s often-lethal forest.
So to what does this one claim dominion over? Artworks! Specifically, murals or art on what you could consider “permanent” surfaces. (I.E. not papers or canvases.) Because of this, they adore the child in Sei-An City who charcoal draws all over the place and guards their creativity dutifully.
Is also quite fond of puns, but that’s more to their own enjoyment than where their strength lies.
With their autumn connection, however, the feeling they inspire is the wonder of art, the joy of the final piece...but the knowledge that it will not last forever, as autumn, too, is a temporary season.
One of the younger kami of the group, however. Amaterasu being oldest and often parenting them because of this, letting the two have a sort of familial bond.
During the events of Okami, you’d only be able to find Aki in Agata Forest in the Orochi Arc. They enjoy the peace there once Amaterasu has restored it. During the day, they are in cat form on the upper branches. During the night, they stand near the water by Madame Fawn’s cave entrance, watching the waters.
After the Ninetails Arc, they’ll either be there or at Sei-An City, randomly generated. Cat form during the day, hiding nearby and watching the little girl draw with obvious pride. At night, back to their humanoid form to admire the artworks around town the little girl has done.
For the events of OkamiDen, however, Aki is rarely seen. It’s more like an easter egg hunt than anything! Found only in cat form and either at Sei-An City or Agata Forest at night. They will tell Chibi and his pals stories from his mother’s time, all changing depending on who’s with Chibi at the time.
Kuni will have them speak of Amaterasu’s early day struggles.
Nanami will get stories of the Dragonians, King Wada, and Queen Oto.
Kagu prompts stories of the many creatures and people Amaterasu had met.
Kurow will prompt talk of Waka and the Lunarian Tribe.
Manpuku...gets no lines, as he’s a character from the past.
On that note, Aki never met Shiranui, but knew of his existence and the return of Amaterasu’s spirit. Why they never returned remains a mystery.
Due to being a kami, they have the potential to go to Ponc’tan and be assigned a Poncle for their envoy. However, they also have not done this, making their power....not that great.
However, they get along well with Issun. Not shy to bat him around when he gets perverted, allows him to ride on their fur sometimes, and even encourages his art later on.
Was friends of sorts with Waka...? Nobody really knows what they had- least of all Aki- but they were certainly close enough to share jokes, be given prophecies by Waka, and generally tease each other over whatever the topic of the day is.
Gets along well with Karude, who treats them like an ordinary cat and often gives Aki cooked fish for snacks.
Knew both Rao and Queen Himiko, the latter through knowing Waka. They were all rather close, Aki often helping Rao with caring for Ankoku Temple and providing an ear for Himiko to speak with more casually. However Sei-An later falling victim to Blight and Ryoshima Coast entirely falling to Ninetails would mean that they all got disconnected...and things fell apart from there.
Is incredibly fond of the Oina. Everyone is their favorite, even grumpy ol’ Samickle. Loves racing with Kai and playing with Lika. Sometimes even keeps Tuskle company when nobody else is visiting her.
It’s no secret that Aki’s had affections for the moon deity, Amaterasu’s brother Tsukuyomi. Since the revival, Amaterasu’s been trying to get Aki back to the Plains so they could meet up, but the cat is stubborn and wise...and refuses politely every time.
There was also rumors of them having a crush on Waka for a time, but those were never proven and eventually forgotten.
These days, they hang around their fave hangouts, Ryoshima Coast...and sneak back home to the Plains on occasion. Whenever Ammy isn’t home, usually. (The wolf kami tends to slip back to the mortal plain, on occasion; that’s when Aki slinks back home for a bit.)
So. What of their weapon? A rosary, of course! Specifically, the beaded necklace around their neck.
Much like the rosaries Amaterasu wields, Aki’s also floats around their neck in a necklace-like fashion, only to be used as a ranged whip with power behind it!
Is about a Tier 3-4, gold dusted for a boost.
Called the “Flower-Storm Beads” [花の嵐のビーズ], referencing the origins of the colors. (Lavender and turquoise were my go-to colors when drawing flowers when I was a kid. I thought they looked lovely together and it became my “thing”; my signature, in a way.)
A final note to end on: The artwork above shows their more feminine form. Like kami of mythology- more notably, Inari- Aki has no set gender and will shift to whatever form suits them best, whether it be male or female, elderly or a child.
As with my Okami Amaterasu headcanons, Aki’s “true form” is a vaguely humanoid spirit in a myriad of colors. Greens, purples, yellows, and tints of blue are the more dominant colors, with flecks of others that arise.

ALAND Excited to Announce Inaugural NRLW Eels Partnership
Tumblr media
2022 sees ALAND enter its sixth year as proud major sponsors of the Parramatta Eels, after extending the agreement for a further 3 years in 2021.
As one of the most recognisable partnerships in the NRL, this season is set to further strengthen the relationship between the two organisations.
This year is a particularly important one, as it marks the 75th anniversary of the Parramatta Eels Club’s first official game on 12 April 1947. The match took place as part of what was then the NSWRL Premiership at Cumberland Oval against Newtown, with the anniversary of this historic event coinciding with this year’s annual Eels Vs Tigers Easter Monday clash.
The NRL season kicks off on March 10, with the Eels taking on the Gold Coast Titans Sunday March 13 at CommBank Stadium.
Additionally, ALAND is excited to announce signing on as the major sponsor of the inaugural Parramatta Eels NRLW squad. Proudly supporting the expansion of the women’s division, ALAND recognises the importance of this not only for rugby league, but women’s sport as a whole.
“The Eels NRLW team is an important step towards growing the game for young girls and we’re extremely proud to be the Major Partner of the Parramatta Eels; both the NRLW side, and the NRL side,” Andrew Hrsto, found of ALAND, said.
The NRLW Eels played their first match against the Newcastle Knights on Sunday 27th February, beating them 13-12 in a nail biting finish that saw Maddie Studdon secure the win with a historic field goal in the final minute.
With the ALAND name proudly emblazoned the jerseys of both the NRL and NRLW Parramatta Eels teams, the company is thrilled to be so closely connected with the Parramatta community.
The Parramatta precinct is rapidly evolving and ALAND’s flagship local development, Paramount on Parkes, will be a proud addition to the residential landscape of Sydney’s second CBD.

Romantic Dinner Party-Style Wedding Set in a Historic Barn
Opting to plan a wedding on the opposite end of the country, Mary and Patrick brought their East Coast style to central California for a day they’ll never forget. Danae Grace Events turned the historic barn at Santa Margarita Ranch into an ultra-romantic dinner party with loose, organic florals by Noonan’s Wine Country Designs to accent the space. Ashley Ludaescher worked her magic behind the camera and the gallery is one perfect moment after the next.
Share this gorgeous gallery on
  From the Bride, Mary… When Patrick and I got engaged, the first big hurdle we faced was deciding where to get married — my family is in San Francisco and his is in Fairfield, Connecticut. Eventually, we settled on central California, where my mom grew up. Dreaming up a West Coast wedding while based in Boston wasn’t easy, but we were lucky to have an incredible wedding planner. Danae Pearce’s style is so elegant and dreamy, and she made it work perfectly with our rustic setting. I gave Danae a pretty bare-bones sense of how I pictured the day, and I was thrilled with her vision. She understood exactly what I wanted and I trusted her completely. She put together an all-star team of vendors for a truly perfect day.
The color scheme for the wedding was delicate — blush, creams, touches of gold, etc. — which is exactly what I’m always drawn to. Patrick’s personal style, on the other hand, is quintessential preppy New England (I call his aesthetic “Easter brunch”). We met in the middle by giving the groomsmen bright ties and socks, and Patrick wore a nautical pocket square. Our ceremony was right in the center of San Luis Obispo at the Old Mission, which is where my parents got married. From there, we went to Santa Margarita Ranch, one of the oldest ranches in the state. Our reception was in their barn, which was decked out with lush foliage, flowers, chandeliers, and lounge areas. We arranged for the ranch’s historic train to take guests around the gorgeous property during cocktail hour. It was a huge hit, especially with our precious ring bearer, who probably rode it at least three times!
There were so many great moments from our wedding day, from getting ready at my mom’s house to breaking out Irish coffees at the end of the night. Because there was so much going on, the day felt like a blur to me. I am so grateful that the fabulous Ashley Ludaescher and her team (her husband, Andreas) were there to capture those moments so we can relive the day through her photos. Her eye is truly one-of-a-kind, and she felt like one of my friends by the end of the day. Patrick and I are overjoyed at how everything turned out and would recommend all of our vendors in a heartbeat!

Seaweed, DMCA & Transformers
Professor and DJ are back to talk about billion-year-old seaweed found in China. This seaweed is older than the combined ages of all our listeners, but doesn't complain when you say "OK Boomer". It also has no thoughts on how you should live your life. Not many thoughts on anything, really, it's extinct. Professor summarises the development of life to DJ, but since DJ is a robot, he just doesn't get it.
Activision are trying some legal tactics to close some leaks while ignoring their own incompetence revealing the new Warzone game mode to the world without the efforts of a leaker. Are they just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic: Modern Zombies Ops 8?
This week it's DJ's turn to rant about a missing voice actor. #NOTMYOPTIMUS. A new Transformers series without Michael Bay is in the works from the same people who made the recent Godzilla anime trilogy. Who joins the ranks of the NA wall of wasted cast?
Of course, the Nerds talk about games and have some remembrances for some big names this week, Katherine Johnson and Kazuhisa Hashimoto.
Stay healthy, and we'll be back next week.

Shout Outs
24  February 2020 – Katherine Johnson passes away - https://edition.cnn.com/2020/02/24/us/katherine-johnson-death-scn-trnd/index.html
Katherine Johnson, an American mathematician whose calculations of orbital mechanics as a NASA employee were critical to the success of the first and subsequent U.S. crewed spaceflights. During her 35-year career at NASA and its predecessor, she earned a reputation for mastering complex manual calculations and helped pioneer the use of computers to perform the tasks. The space agency noted her "historical role as one of the first African-American women to work as a NASA scientist." Johnson's work included calculating trajectories, launch windows and emergency return paths for Project Mercury spaceflights, including those for astronauts Alan Shepard, the first American in space, and John Glenn, the first American in orbit, and rendezvous paths for the ApolloLunar Module and command module on flights to the Moon. Her calculations were also essential to the beginning of the Space Shuttle program, and she worked on plans for a mission to Mars. In 2015, President Barack Obama awarded Johnson the Presidential Medal of Freedom. She was portrayed by Taraji P. Henson as a lead character in the 2016 film Hidden Figures. In 2019, Johnson was awarded the Congressional Gold Medal. Johnson died at a retirement home in Newport News, at age 101. Following her death, Jim Bridenstine, NASA's administrator, described her as "an American hero" and stated that "her pioneering legacy will never be forgotten."
25 February 2020 – Kazuhisa Hashimoto, Japanese video game developer, best known for having created the Konami Code passed away – https://edition.cnn.com/2020/02/26/tech/kazuhisa-hashimoto-konami-code-dead/index.html
Hashimoto is best known for inventing the ↑ ↑ ↓ ↓ ← → ← → B A hack found in multiple video games that has become a geek touchstone in the gaming community. The cheat code gives you different perks, depending on the game. Hashimoto had inadvertently created it while bringing the arcade version of Gradius to the NES in 1986. Hashimoto knew the arcade version of the game was hard and he would likely not finish it, so he added a sequence of button presses that he could easily remember that gave the ship he controlled in the game the full range of power-ups so that he could easily complete the game for in-house testing purposes. He had intended to remove the programming code for that sequence before the game was shipped, but the game had shipped with the code included. Since then, the Konami code is not only used across other video games from other developers and publishers in similar manners, but as Easter eggs in other forms of media. His death reported by both Konami and by Hashimoto's friend Yuji Takenouchi , a composer and video game sound designer, who tweeted that the code creator died.
22 February 2020 – 81 year old man became the oldest man to sail around the world - https://mobile.abc.net.au/news/2020-02-22/bill-hatfield-oldest-person-to-sail-solo-around-the-world/11991436?fbclid=IwAR0r50t6ZI5eHnBuMxqkmgfPTlUiarwhHzVFFPZo5OrKRR4aI95ezGw6Ll0
After four attempts, Bill Hatfield has become the oldest person to sail solo, non-stop and unassisted around the world. The 81-year-old completed his eight-month journey on Saturday morning, sailing into The Spit on the Gold Coast in his 38-foot yacht L'Eau Commotion. The former fisherman from Bundaberg said he'd been dreaming of this achievement since he was seven years old. Mr Hatfield said he lived on strict rations while at sea. "For fresh water I had a desalinator that pumps through a membrane, and my daily diet was a third of a tin of beans, a tin of tuna, 100 grams of rice and flour and oats, and 150 grams of milk powder." The achievement is all the more impressive considering he sailed west, battling against the prevailing winds and currents.
22 February 2020 – Michael Hughes popularly known as "Mad" Mike Hughes passed away - https://mobile.abc.net.au/news/2020-02-22/bill-hatfield-oldest-person-to-sail-solo-around-the-world/11991436?fbclid=IwAR0r50t6ZI5eHnBuMxqkmgfPTlUiarwhHzVFFPZo5OrKRR4aI95ezGw6Ll0
Hughes, a self-styled daredevil, flat-Earth theorist and limousine-jumping stuntman, died Saturday when his crudely built contraption propelled him on a column of steam, spiraled through the air and cratered into the sagebrush. The rocket’s green parachute tore away moments after takeoff, sending the crowd of 50 or so people into a panic. In March 2018, Mr Hughes propelled himself almost 600m into the air before a hard landing in the Mojave Desert. After professing his belief in a flat Earth later that year, Hughes gained support within the flat-Earth community. His post-flat-Earth fundraising campaign made its $7,875 goal. He had said he intended to make multiple rocket journeys, culminating in a flight to outer space, where he believed he would be able to take a picture of the entire Earth as a flat disc. He died in Barstow, California at the age of 64.

Members operate several businesses, though boycotts of known Aleph-related businesses, in addition to searches, confiscations of possible evidence and picketing by protest groups, have resulted in closures.
