I love how the gender fandom will see a picture of someone who has an outfit/aesthetic that they like (usually a gnc person but not always!) and be like "this is so gender" or "I want his gender" like it's peak comedy to me. nothing exemplifies the shallow & consumerist mindset these people have better than that. I can't even fathom the lack of self awareness required to say these things then try to pretend your "identity" is some Super Special spiritual experience that us cissies couldn't possibly understand. you enforce gender stereotypes every bit as much as trads do but pat yourself on the back for breaking boundaries just bc you change labels every time you change clothes.
