The pork knuckle didn’t slice as easy as the manga bc of the bones, and since it’s fatty I tossed it in the air fryer for a few minutes, BUT. I think it turned out pretty good!

They both did regret it, although in Lings defense for entirely different reasons then Ed claimed he would. After five plates of kartoffelknödel, two plates of rouladen, six soft pretzels, and a massive plate of eisbein with sauerkraut the restaurant officially tired of the two of them and kicked them both to the curb.
