It's meme time! Does everyone remember the strange but loud picture with Arnold in the company of funny stuffed animals? I remember. I think Warinkles is sitting chilling somewhere in Kaldheim, thinking he's an alpha predator, with some of the world's famous animals around him. While this one is enjoying himself, Elish Norn probably thinks that he is fulfilling lofty goals. Here, he doesn't seem evil or dangerous, as for me, they generally made him more cute, unlike the previous design. minus the VIZARDS! In this art, I wanted to make it more friendly, so everything around sparkles, as if in a fairy tale. squirrels, deer, COMA! 😅👌🏻 I think he even turned out to be somehow contented and kind, which is not typical for this praetor, as I believe.

If I cast a rite of replication on an Elish norn and my opponent has a four base 4 toughness creature, do I chose the order of SBA so that their creatures die before I sac my EN to the legend rule??

As I explained in my last answer about state-based actions, they're all processed and applied at once with none happening before any others.

This means that your spare Cenobite is put into the graveyard at the same time as any of your opponents creatures that would die from the -4/-4 debuff.

Elish norn: Umbrask, why are we here?

Umbrask: slivers are creatures with synergy built in sooooo if we copy some of their tactics then conquering in the name of phyrexia will be easier.

Vorinclax: but what about that urza? How is “slivers” going to beat a plainswalker?

Elish norn awoke on a lush plain. “What part of Mirrodin is this?” An elf over heard the grand cenobites mumbles. “Are you lost? Also this is zendikar, not Mirrodin.” Elish the replys with “what’s your name? And yes, I do believe I’m lost.” “I am Nissa Ravain. And you?” “Elish Norn.”. As if on cue a mage dressed in a blue cloak says that a creature called Ulmog is at the sea gate. “Elish, can you help us with this? If you don’t we underst-“ “I’ll help you if you help me find where Mirrodin is. I can’t stand the thought of Jin-Gitaxias taking my part of phyrexia.” As Elish Norn finished her sentence the mage said to Elish “hello I am Jace Belerane” but he said it without opening his mouth. On their way to the sea gate, they are attacked by the desolation twins. One of Ulmogs things. Without to much thought Elish determined that this was a threat and it will bend down to the grand cenobite. Elish Norn proceeded to create javalins if porcelain out of thin air. Hundreds of porcelain javalins were launched at the Eldrazi and she proceeded to kill it just as Nissa and Jace realize they have made a powerful ally who can put up quite a fight against the creatures. They meet up with two other people who introduced themselves to Elish as Chandra Naalar and Gideon Jura. They include Elish Norn into the plan as one of the main offense players because she can do a lot of damage. Then they all start the plan. Lure ulmog to the gate entrance then drop down the hedron network. Sound easy.............Until Ob nixilus. He saw an opening to restore his spark and he did. Flash forward to the cavern Chandra fails to beat him then Ob nixilus feels a sharp jab in his arm he inspects it to see a porcelain spear and turns to see a Elish Norn smiling smug with hundreds of porcelain javalins around her. “What do you want?” Ob nixilus says, willing to bargain. “What I want is obvious I believe.” She replys. “Fine”. In that moment Jace,Chandra,Gideon, and Nissa a released. “Now leave.” Ob nixilus plainswalks somewhere not known at the moment but the javalins fade and shatter. Elish then tells the now formed gatewatch about an idea to pull what of ulmog and kozilek that isn’t shown then torch them. Every thing goes according to plan and Ulmog and Kozilek took the bait! Nissa then pulled with the force of life forced kozilek and ulmog to fully appear and channeled zendikar’s mana into Chandra which allowed her to burn the Eldrazi titans to ash.

When Sheoldred gets fed up with Elish

Elish norn: I might as well check on Gin and Umbrask.

Gin:*mindlessly recites the same thing as Elish laughs*

Umbrask: Elish norn, grand cenobite, this is beyond sadistic! We are to work together not laugh at your siblings misery!

Gin:*keeps reciting*

Elish: it’s funny though.

Sheoldred: I hate to admit it but Umbrask is right. We have to work together in the name of phyrexia UNFORTUNATELY

Vorinclax: wow I was thinking I’d never see the day were Umbrask and Sheoldred both stand on the opposite side of Elish Norn

Gin:*just passes out*

*Umbrask and Sheoldred look at each other and nod in agreement*

Sheoldred: Elish Norn. You are the grand cenobite and you must now take over rookie duty as responsibly(seeing as Gin is out cold) by condemmemt of me and Umbrask.

Elish: fair enough

Vorinclax: wait you won’t defend your self?

Elish: as Sheoldred said I am the grand cenobite and now I must uphold responsibility of rookie duty.

Elish norn still thought plainswalking as an alien concept

Upon traveling to a new plain call “Innistrad” she noted quickly that the mana landlines were out of wack and were directed somewhere.

She explored this matter and mused herself with the idea that she can know thing Jin-Gitaxias won’t understand.....yet.

She came upona small village and noticed something. Angels. Cathedrals. Many concepts of religion. She knows religion. The idea of faith and not trusting anything against it. She silently agreed to herself not to spread phyrexian ideals and to her annoyance an angel confronted her. It identified themselves as Bruna. “Are you lost? Hurt?” The angel said. With a reluctant polite smile Elish said “No I am not lost nor hurt. I’m just wandering and collecting myself from previous events. I appreciate your concern miss Bruna.”. The angel then said “Why wander around the forests? They are very dangerous with vampires and werewolves.” “I will be fine. Where I am from. Vampires, werewolves, and all if that are the least of our worries.” Elish norn said “Oh excuse my manners, I am Elish Norn”. The angel then replied quickly with “ Miss Elish Norn, I think it would be best to rest at Alabaster. Or at least speak with Avacyn”. “Avacyn?” Elish norn asked. “ Are you not awere of her? Anyone from innis-“ she abruptly stopped and put two and two together. “Your not from Innistrad are you”. Just as that happened two more angels came. “Bruna, Avacyn needs you” said the one in golden hair and green garments. The other one in red clothing and red hair addressed Elish with a visible face of confusion and surprise at a being never seen by the angel. “Bruna, who is this?” Asked the gold hair one. “I am Elish Norn. And you two are?” Elish Norn said. “I am Gisela.” She said. “And I am sigarda. Also I would say it is best we talk with Avacyn.” Bruna quickly whispered to the two angels and they looked over at the grand cenobite with shock. Gisela then spoke up saying “we should really talk to Avacyn.” “I’m assuming this isn’t optional?”. Sigarda then said “Sorry but no. You are alien to us and we aren’t sure of your intentions.”. They walked for roughly 3 minutes and then they arrived at the biggest cathedral and walked in. Elish saw an abundance of angels. The sight reminded here of some place specific and then she was guided to one of the angels. She had stark white hair with black streaks. Pale white eyes and black attire. She said to the angels to leave and for Bruna, Sigarda, and Gesila to stay. Bruna told Avacyn about the fact Elish Norn isn’t from here. Elish Norn was amused with the fact that the angel was even more confused then the three of the others.

“No offense but what are you?” Asked Avacyn. “None taken. I am the Phyrexian Praetor of the white faction and my name is Elish norn” she replied. “Phyrexian?” Bruna asked. “Yes, inhabitants of the glorious empire of New Phyrexia. The place I’m trying to get back to.” Elish answered as that happened Avacyn put her fingers to her head. A headache obviously. Elish has had headaches before and has seen both Rephybith and Sheoldred have headaches. “Is something wrong” Sigarda Asked, notably concerned.”it is fine. Please go check the west forest please.” Avacyn said in response.

Elish Norn was befuddled but played along. It didn’t take long for her to realize the plains mana was fixed to focus. She left the chapel and eventually ran into Ravnicas guild pack, Jace Beleran
