go my april fools hack + chance hcs:

i think that the 3 behind the april fools hack of 2012 (ellernate, itrapped, caleb244) were all pretty close but they were also friends with chance. they met him in the limited trading scene and got along decently. but i think chance thought he was way closer with him than he actually was. like the 3 were absurdly close knit and chance was just kind of a fourth friend but he thought he was like.. In With Them. imagine his shock and horror when his 3 close friends end up -- without even giving him the smallest of hints -- end up committing one of the biggest hacks to date together and go straight to banlands. and you just Dont hear from them again. (and then eventually youre forsaken or whatever) like hooly shit. what does that do to a guy's sense of trust and relationships i wonder. i wonder how this affects and paints how he interacts with the other survivors... smiles

the ink anon is here to bring you freshly baked itrapped chance lore for april foolsies :)

The two met at a Roblox forum for trading. Both recognized the limiteds they were wearing and instantly started yapping about collecting and trading stories and all that. iTrapped was more of the listener. When he learned that Chance was rich, his coldness spiked up a bit. He wanted to use Chance’s wealth to his advantage. Chance only thought of iTrapped as a fellow limited collector, probably also having a bit of a crush on him.

iTrapped and Chance’s interactions were very yapper-listener, Chance being the yapper and iTrapped being the listener. Neither of them minded, because Chance loves to talk to his friends and iTrapped had time to come up with his evil plans. iTrapped also often rejected touch, but he let Chance hug him or pat his shoulder or even hold his hand. (GAYS. GAYS. HOMOSEXUALS. /pos). Also, iTrapped did often extort Chance, but Chance didn’t really notice because his eyes are on the PRIZE.

Eventually, Chance started catching on that iTrapped and his friends were hackers. But he didn’t want to think of them as bad people… Everyone can change, right? But then Fools 2012 happened… and Chance didn’t want to be associated with the now infamous group. He felt heartbroken by iTrapped’s actions.

iTrapped started realizing that Chance was distancing himself more and more over time, up until they barely talked. Why was the chatty and go-lucky guy leaving him all of a sudden? Then iTrapped finally realized how he felt about Chance. He felt bad for not being a very good friend, while Chance was one of the best friends he could’ve asked for. And Ellernate was gone. Is it too late to apologize? How would he even do it? One day iTrapped finally summoned enough courage to meet up with Chance, but then he learned that Chance had gone missing. Now he had to live with that regret… Only what I deserve, he thought.
