The door knocking. Who was out? Other than Chance and Elliot. But they never knocked, they walked in. The guest was suddenly on high guard. Tiptoeing towards the door, looking out the window to see a person he doesn’t recognize.

He saw a broken share of glass on the floor and picked it up and sung the door open rapidly and grabbed the person by their shirt, aiming the glass towards their neck.

“Who are you and what do you want?”

My favorite story about Elissa Slotkin (current Senator from Michigan, former CIA analyst) is that time when she memorized the names of an opposing campaign staffer's pets just to scare the living shit out of him.

There's a role on campaigns called a "tracker" whose whole job is to follow an opposing candidate around, film them, and try to get them to talk about stuff that they don't want to talk about. It's very common for campaigns to run background checks on these guys and to grow familiar with their constant presence (you can even see Slotkin's staffer playfully teasing the tracker at 1:00-1:10 of this video). But it's some real CIA shit to memorize details from their file and then taunt them with it. You can take the woman out of Langley, but you can't take Langley out of the woman

"You okay there?" -> He lowers his arm, his GUI screen thinning out before vanishing into thin air so he could focus on the other man. "Clock?"
