So, how do you think our trio is gonna hold up as managers?

I think Adam is gonna be a super sweet and understanding boss, but not good with conflicts.

Ellie probably doesn’t care enouh to manage anything OR she's crazy competent and has a big incentive to earn more money, but then why wouldn’t she become manager and I doubt she will.

Alan is probably the best candidate cause he's reasonable, competent and tough enough I guess? SO I'm expecting him to surprisingly fail dramatically. XD
