Bimbo Types, or Neapolitan Bimbo

(This is something I've previously gone over in my My Little Pony post but wanted to reiterate here.)

Bimbo can most easily be divided into three distinct archetypes. The Clown, The Innocent, and The Debutante. These archetypes are not absolute, they come in many variations and their traits can and will overlap.

The Clown, also known as The Free Spirit or The Wildcard, usually shows up as the comedic relief. They can be loud, showy, excessive, and obnoxious. Their sexuality is very self-assured, self-aware, and playful. The Clown's main concern (if any) is having or spreading fun, "fun" in this context being completely up to their individual style and personality. To give a very stereotypical example, a goth clown may have the most fun watching very violent horror movies or playing with spiders. Another clown could have the most fun (Incidentally) causing a ruckus or being mischievous, it's all about perspective, the possibilities are pretty much endless.

Examples of this archetype include but are not limited to: Jeannie (IDOJ), Pinkie Pie (MLP:FIM), Harley Quinn (BTAS), Synclaire James (Living Single), Jayne Mansfield (films and public persona), Elvira, Mistress of the Dark

The Innocent, also known as The Ingenue, is just as the name suggests. Not only helpless but often unaware and wholly out of her depth. Her inexperience and or meekness makes her prone to being taken advantage of. Despite this, she (usually) remains positive, kind, and happy to help. Unlike The Clown, The Innocent's sexuality is typically portrayed as natural, uncomplicated, and unintended.

Examples of this archetype include but are not limited to: Marilyn Monroe (films and public persona), Weena (The Time Machine), Lorelei Lee (in the novel), Elissa Megan Powers (Empowered)

The Debutante, who could also be called The Alpha Bitch, is probably the most popular in the modern era and who you're most likely to come across in real life or on social media. Her sexuality is mainly a means of control. She puts a lot of time, work, and effort into her appearance because beauty is both her business and capital. While she may, at times, enjoy and indulge in carnal pleasure it's far from her main concern. Being the most or unattainably desirable is how she knows she's better than others, how she's able to acquire and maintain control. The Debutante values social standing above all else, to her it's a matter of life or death, she would die without overwhelmingly positive attention.

Examples of this archetype include but are not limited to: Regina George (Mean Girls), Heather Chandler (Heathers), Courtney Shayne (Jawbreaker), Heather (Total Drama Island), Cleopatra Smith (Clone High), Jeannie II (IDOJ), Emma Frost (X-Men), Panty Anarchy (PSG), Ginger (Gilligan's Island), Holly Golightly (Breakfast at Tiffany's), Kim Kardashian, Rarity (MLP:FIM)

These archetypes are combined, remixed, and subverted so often it's hard to find pure examples (I tried my best, and even then this is just reducing them to their base archetypes and do not accurately describe every single one of these characters), but this is a good thing. It leads to nuance and diversity, and many of the most popular bimbo characters are mixed or subversions. Chrissy Snow (Three's Company) is a Clown and an Innocent. Elle Woods (Legally Blonde) arguably includes elements of all three. Romy and Michele's High School Reunion follows two clownish Innocents who realize they were bullied by debutantes. As far as I know, all bimbos exist somewhere along these lines (or perhaps on an axis) but we shouldn't view this as limiting, when you think about it the combinations are really seemingly endless, and I didn't even cover sub-archetypes! Many Debutantes are mean but they don't have to be. Innocents don't have to be completely pliable, you can do (or be) whatever you like, even moving from one archetype to another.

she had an intimate moment with elizabeth before she was turned (reference to her turn-on and memories of kissing a mystery sim).

they all live together in an underground secret level of a club where they're able to feed from it's visitors looking for "something special". she, like her sires, is able to cast an alluring visage. their basement is like a trap with no escape when they're hungry.

she is the most sympathetic to humans of them all. though she really likes being a vampire.

she claims to be the oldest vampire alive but no one believes her.

she is connected to dragons and speaks in riddles. most people don't understand what she means.

her vampire gene only passes to females. she turned demetrius troyer (you can tell that only from his eye color). and because of him this gene passed to samantha gratz from demetrius (her skin will become green after she is turned completely).

she doesn't need blood to survive and she wouldn't kill anyone.

btw she is a pretty cool lady and owns a bar. she is friends with elle devampiro and let a lot of vampire offsprings who don't want to feed from humans live in her place.

potentially an ally to vatore siblings cause she knows some secrets of vampirism other vampires don't know.

The dinner went well. Hana made them herb roasted beef with cherry parfait for dessert, Elvira had specifically requested the dishes and pulled the produce from her garden. (Author's note ... they took their plates to eat in separate rooms and Maren really wanted to spend the date working out)

They talked about the confusion and Luis' family setting them up. Maren was amused but curious why he hadn't asked her out earlier? Luis shared that he didn't think she was interested. They both had a good laugh over the invitations. The misunderstanding was squashed. They settled on a first date of taking a boat ride to the Light House and enjoying a picnic at the cliffs.

Luis thanked Maren for coming, he was looking forward to taking her out. He walked her to her horse and saw her off.

After Maren headed home, Cas made Luis a drink and they talked about the dinner. Luis was over the moon to be taking Maren out. Cas tempered his excitement, "this is a date, have fun but remember not all dates become relationships", Cas was still happy for him. The last time Luis was this excited was that lady from Forgotten Hollow.

Maggie was soon to join them in the parlor. She was relieved things went well.

Cas waited in the Parlor until Elvira was home from Dr. Mettler's. He thanked her for interfering. She was excited for Luis and Maren. She wanted nothing more than for them to be happy.

They ended up talking about Elvira's day. She had helped Mrs. Smith deliver her baby, a healthy baby girl.

Luis received a congratulatory message from Elle

Dear Diary,

This back to school period make me nostalgic of my high school. Academie royale was fabulous, one of the most beautiful place I've seen. 

I then did not knew the aesthetic, but it was  "Dark academia" before it existed. Dark, mysterious, full of corners, 300 years old...

I won't forget its library, that smelt dust and old paper.

Teachers were mostly nuns, and the junior high school all girls. Back then, we wore those oh so stylish uniforms. 

The high school was co educated, and clothing of our choice but everyone was dressed preppy style. All students belonged to high society, mostly with a tile (as for me, I still thought I was only a  Lady).

Speaking of students: I've met on the first day (and they were in my  class until my senior year), Perle, Alice, Elvira, Rosalie, and Christel.

Perle is my best friend, my twin shadow. Flaming redhead, she thinks like  I do, and is Disnerd too . She well named (pearl) as she is a rare gem. She loved princesses stories, and always acted as such.       

 Elvira is dark, mysterious, fascinating. She dyed her hair black, and would relook her uniform Goth style. In high school she seemed  "haute Goth". It was with  Perle and me the most interested in witchcraft.  

Alice is  blonde, tall, very pretty. And talented, especially in horse riding and ballet.

Rosalie is of African origin , and very romantic. She loved fairies stories and is a skilled musician.

Christel is of Asian origin, very talented in sciences and astronomy.  And in history, just like me.

Cette période de rentrée scolaire me rend nostalgique de mon école secondaire. L'académie royale était fabuleuse, l'un des plus beaux endroits que j'ai connu.

 Je ne connaissais pas le mot à l'époque, mais elle était "Dark academia" avant l'heure. Sombre, mystérieuse, pleine de recoins, vieille de 300 ans...

Je ne suis pas prête d'oublier sa bibliothèque, qui sentait la poussière et le vieux papier. 

Les professeurs étaient des religieuses pour la plupart, et le collège réservé au filles.

 A l'époque, nous portions ces uniformes si stylés.

 Le lycée était en revanche mixte et les vêtements de type libre mais tout le monde s'habillait preppy. Les élèves appartenaient il est vrai tous à l bonne société, la plupart avec un titre (pour ma part, je ne me croyais encore que Lady).

En parlant des élèves: j'ai rencontré dès le premier jour (et eu dans ma classe jusqu'à la terminale), Perle, Alice, Elvira, Rosalie, et Christel.

Perle est ma meilleure amie, ma jumelle de main. Rousse flamboyante, elle pense comme moi et est Disnerd aussi . Elle porte bien son nom, c'est la perle rare. Elle adorait les histoires de princesses,  et s'est toujours conduite comme telle.

Elvira est sombre, mystérieuse, captivante. Elle se teignait en noir, et relookait son uniforme en version gothique. Au lycée, elle semblait "haute goth". C'était avec Perle et moi la plus fascinée par la sorcellerie.

Alice est blonde, immense, très belle. Et douée, notamment à cheval et en danse classique.

Rosalie est d'origine africaine, et très romantique. Elle raffolait des récits féériques et est musicienne émérite.

Christel est d'origine asiatique, très forte en sciences et astronomie.  Mais aussi en histoire, comme moi.

Joseph Smith Polygamy: List of Joseph Smith's Wives

Joseph Smith, the founder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church), was married to at least 33 women, some of them simultaneously. This practice of plural marriage, also known as polygamy, was controversial during Smith's lifetime and remains so today.

There is no one definitive list of Joseph Smith polygamy and wives, as some of the marriages were never publicly acknowledged and there is discussion about the validity of some of the marriages. However, the following is a list of the women who are generally accepted to have been Smith's wives:

The practice of polygamy was first introduced to the LDS Church by Smith in 1843. He claimed to have received a revelation from God commanding him to practice this form of marriage. However, the practice was controversial from the beginning, and it was not until 1852 that it was officially announced to the church membership.

Polygamy was a major factor in the persecution of the LDS Church in the 19th century. The practice was illegal in the United States, and the church was forced to flee from state to state in order to escape prosecution. Polygamy was finally abandoned by the LDS Church in 1890, under pressure from the federal government.

Joseph Smith polygamy continues to be a topic of contention in modern times. Certain individuals argue that it was a valid custom misconstrued by critics of the church. Conversely, others view it as a type of mistreatment that should have never taken place. The verdict on whether to accept or reject the notion that Joseph Smith engaged in polygamy ultimately rests on personal beliefs, as concrete evidence is lacking, and compelling points can be presented from both perspectives.
