#emdr tappers broke and I cannot afford to replace them and I gotta live with the anxiety of my sister coming home and screaming more#because -looks at notes- I didn't wake her up when she wanted me to#first think she did today was throw a box at me#which in terms of physical aggression like it's not the worst she's ever done#but now I am shaking and my plans for the day (actually doing something) are ruined#and. my migraine is back#sorry to be a bummer#nic talks#edit: should clarify that my sister left my not busted ones at a friends six months ago and hasn't done anything to get them back#even tho they're 150 fucking dollars#she did not ask me to wake her up#I'm so tired of her treating me worse than a dog
