i've been working retail since 2019 and ime people were mostly nice the first 2 years of the pandemic but once we hit 2022 it's like a flip switched and everyone started being rude and disrespectful as fuck. displaying behavior that just wasn't commonplace before. idk if it's gotten calmer these past couple months or if i just got used to a new normal but 2022 as a year truly sucked and my coworkers noticed the change too.
It's so alarming, I feel like the social contract just... broke.
Like between covid brain fog, "I'm gonna film crAAaAAAaaaaAAzy things in public for clout, fuck other people" attitudes from tiktok and the like, "fuck other people, I'll do what I want" rebellions that popped up for the like two weeks of lockdown... I feel like people have gotten so much worse.
And it's like... some of it is just annoying but a lot of it is outright dangerous. And idk how we go back. Like even BEFORE the weirdness increased tenfold, life in public wasn't great, but like... it's unbearable like even shopping feels more like a PvP zone.
A lot more people feel just like... wholly unequipped to deal with being around other people. Like covid pets that had their owners around 24/7 during lock down and then were sent to doggy daycare the second their owners got sent to th eoffice.
Except these are like... fully grown adults. Who weren't raised during covid.

How a guy from a small town changed thousands of students' careers magically: Free Course on Youtube
From failing 12th board to featuring in various top business magazines,
From being a middle-class lame to working with top international brands,
the hungry to win never stopped…
The hurdles were like a Mario game to this person.
But who am I talking about??
You may be heard or may not be heard, but he is,
A guy who is more passionate about learning and developing new things about entrepreneurship as well as not keeping the knowledge within himself but transferring them to the new minds who need it the most.
He is Alok Kumar badatia.
From being a high school dropout to changing his path to a diploma, he got rewarded as JEE state-rank of 105, which made him receive a letter from a well-known and prestigious college which would be a dream of any middle-class student.
But he realized that studying at a high-profile college demands a premium amount, and at that point, he got another hurdle. But as i said hurdle is like a Mario game for this guy.
He started his hunt for another way, then he found a new way which is digital marketing. But that’s not the end,
Though he knows what to do he doesn’t know how to do it the right way.
Another hurdle
he has to find someone who knows about digital marketing but he doesn’t know where to find him.
But luckily after six months when he was on the cliff of his second year, he got word from his professor who spill out the name of alumni who is an expert in the digital marketing field.
But there arises another hinder.
He doesn’t know how to contact him
Because in that period technology was never easy like now.
But he found the email id of that alumni via the college admin office, and sent him an email, after waiting for 3 months he got a message back that “A meeting was set”
He rushed himself to Vizag to meet his mentor, and that’s when his journey started.
It was a 10-hour journey to Vizag, he looped that journey for 16 weeks to learn digital marketing.
That journey is the life-upgrading journey of his career.
Rise of his career
After learning digital marketing he started blogging and freelancing, paid off his college fees himself, and gifted his father an apartment before his 23rd birthday.
Later bootstrapping 2 companies in 2012 and 2013, he got associated with top brands like Wipro, Vodafone, and LeTv. he is also offered a position in government service.
After his service for more than 10 years, he got to understand one thing, “Money is a temporary possession, whereas the people you earn by your side in the journey are your reward for eternity”
He started to teach many aspirants like him who are suffering for a healthy career. He has conducted many webinars, training, and workshop for free, and now he got a youtube channel called Alok Kumar badatia with more than 74k subscribers, providing free training in it
He always believes that “It’s not about the degree of knowledge one possesses, but rather about the impact one creates.”
His help is not only limited to the students but also to the nation,
Which is why he trained many bigshots like chief ministers & state secretariats.
Later he moved to Delhi to promote an IT ministry product “eoffice”.
This hunt for success never stops.
Conclusion
Since he knows the pain and cost of learning something new he has opened up a youtube channel named Alok Kumar badatia specifically to help people not to hang in between their careers. He is providing various authentic free training, information, strategy, and guidance on digital marketing which no one else is providing in the world.
Want your career leap? Then take a sneak - alok kumar badatia

SMEs to improve Productivity with Digitalization on eOffice
SMEs to improve Productivity with Digitalization on eOffice
The Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) constitute nearly 90% of all the enterprises in Pakistan; They employ 80% of the non-agricultural labor force; and their share in the annual GDP is approximately 40%. However, unlike large enterprises in the formal sector, a small and medium enterprise is constrained by financial and other resources. This inherent characteristic of an SME makes it…
