I was the anon that wrote that and I didn’t notice it at the bottom lol but I’m also not convinced Harry’s team approved that part. Back to the SEO post another anon linked to… what if the Sun added that part in just to boost their own SEO ranking. Editors can change pieces so I bet the Sun added that in. PR doesn’t completely control what is written they just heavily persuade and guide the piece. (I work in PR)

Here’s a prime example what I meant tho. This is an example of something Harry’s team sent in:

Notice how it was posted in March of this year but no mention of Holivia just Olivia as director briefly? This publication posts super positively about Harry in general and has done a lot of articles detracting from Holivia. Everyone wants to hate on his team, but hear me out on this theory.

I think his team has been actually working really hard to keep Harry’s brand as disassociated from her as possible while the stunt continues. That’s part of all the winning of awards (not to say he didn’t earn them but a lot of awards are political, esp. Grammys) and why Liam and Ed keeping bringing him up, that’s why Lorde talked about him, and Joshua whoever Olivia Rodrigos ex, and why Jen Aniston wore the same suit as him for People, why Courtney Cox covered his song. Yes all these people get clout from his name but think about how many random people have been talking about him lately??? Why?? Image restoration. All of these people have done nothing but say amazing and positive things about him. PR people talk a lot and it’s not a stretch that they’d be involved somehow in all these random positive mentions. It’s their job to find these connections and positively promote their clients. Why do they care so much about his image?? HS3 baby!! Harry wants to be and his team wants to market him as one of the greats of his time (Grammys, high profile articles with RS and famous music journalists, placement on 500 best albums and 500 best songs?) More than anything Harry wants critical acclaim for his music. They do not want it cheapened by being tied to Olivia. The article today proved it to me. They laid out that he wrote it before her and they will continue to say that and steer album marketing as far from as they can strategically. Think about it. How much press has Olivia gotten not tied to Holivia and how much press has Harry gotten not tied to Holivia? Exactly!

Theory continued: I also think his team reads these blogs and they know that we all think it’s PR. I think maybe they are the ones leaving some of the “it’s PR” comments on the DM and other Holivia articles not the GP. (Go look up what they did for Eroda and all the fake Twitter accounts they made for that marketing push) If everyone thinks the relationship is fake even if stories say otherwise, this angle is better because he didn’t really break up a family/date her anyway. Olivia still gets name recognition and tabloids get clicks. That’s why I think we see Harry being so over it. At first his team wanted to sell the it’s real thing to water down the home wrecker narrative they’ve worked so hard to clear (why he wasn’t looking horribly miserable although still strange in the January photos) but they noticed we weren’t buying it. Now they’re purposely seeding doubt and straight up disconnecting him publicly from her as much as possible. They’re the ones that fed that Page 6 article about him singing about his ex in front of her. They’re trying to make her look bad guys! Why? It’s better for Harry that we’re thinking poor Harry caught up in this stunt with such an annoying person. It’s actually sort of hilarious. And real tea I think Jason’s team is doing the same thing so I doubt there’s any real bad blood between Jason and Harry bts or any of their shared friends. That’s why the subtle shade with the kids and Jason before the Emmys and the classic doodle line. Like damn. She’s probably on the phone so much talking to her PR team about how to salvage any of this and it sells her girlboss image. He’ll still make fun of the situation on SNL but I bet Olivia comes out looking the worst. The only confusing part is Jeff? Why would he hype Olivia on the teaser Instagram story hmm? Why not Harry? Well he’s not gonna tag them both in the post and honestly I think they’re trying to distance Harry from the movie some too bc it’s tainted by her and the stunt. I’ll stand by Harry’s core team who’ve been around being loyal to him. I think tommy is dancing with Olivia like that bc he knows fans will capture it and she’ll look stupid.

I know this is a lot and sounds sort of crazy. I’m not a Larry or any of that but literally this whole thing has been so strange and this is the only explanation I can’t come up with. This is the first relationship I feel is a stunt truly without love or at least some romance involved. I don’t know what happened between them but that weird dancing video and the yacht pics really cemented it as being off for me. I don’t think Harry’s innocent or any of that either. I know he has flaws but I can’t for the life of me wrap my head around why someone who was so horribly paraded through the press with 1D would find themselves in this position again when he hasn’t had anything like this in the press for like 5 years? I know there are some pieces still missing like why did this all start in the first place?? I don’t think Harry would willingly tarnish his image even for a movie role. I don’t believe they were even seeding Holivia back then. I think they had him photographed with Flo stating they were just friends and the article about him being single to get ahead of any costar romance narratives. This was supposed to be a serious project for him. Something else happened that sent us all careening down this path to Holivia hell and it probably involves betrayal of some sort which is why he made that weird statement “thanks to everyone who has my back” at the brits. I’m convinced that DWD was supposed to be a movie to show he has acting range and that’s why he took the role, but it’s become some weird death trap.

MY HUGE THEORY ON EL’S PLOTLINE IN S4

before you guys even start, YES I know that 99.9% of what I say is going to be wrong but this is literally just for fun.

its march 1986, middle of the school year and el HATES school

when we left her she was barely literate and had just started getting accostomed to speaking full sentences, NOWHERE NEAR a 9th grade level, so shes struggling in her classes to say the least

on top of that, she barely knows how to socialize with other people, so shes evidently getting picked on

with joyce and jonathan both working to keep the family afloat, will and el get left alone alot

but outside of the party, they socially have nothing in common

in fact, will is adapting to the new town a whole lot better than el. he fit right in with all the creative kids he met in class, but el didnt mesh with that crowd

anyway, our girl is sturggling

the only time she really has fun is when she visits hawkins, or when someone from the party visits them

which leads us to spring break

mike obviously comes to visit, and el doesnt want them to waste a single second so she begs mike and will to come explore the town with her

at this point joyce is already in her detective mode, hatching a rescue plan for hopper so she doesnt notice theyre gone

and jonathan is battling the heartbreak of nancy ghosting him when she was supposed to come visit

so the trio goes off on an adventure without anyone noticing.......... or so they think

because brenner is back, and he knows el is with the byers, but he cant go and snatch her because he doesnt have the resources all the way in california

in fact, he doesnt have the resources at all. his numbers experiment is seen as a catastrophic failure that lead to the deaths of hundreds of lab employees

the only way for him to redeem himself in the community, and gain his funding back is to present his peers with proof that the project can work, so he needs to get one of his numbers back

el is the only one he can track down, but he doesnt think he can do it himself. if she saw him, she could just kill him with her powers, he assumes because he doesnt know she lost them

so who does he employ to get el back to hawkins? lonnie byers

its almost too easy. it doesnt take much to bribe lonnie, and hey, its not like its his kid. so lonnie accepts the bribe, and goes all the way out to california to find el

he shows up at the byers house..... only to find it completely deserted. so he waits

and the trio finds him there after their day out (why are you here? what do you want? where are mom and jonathan?)

and lonnie, being as crafty as he is, comes up with a good excuse on the fly (hes craftier than i am because i genuinely have no idea what he would say)

anyway, he gets them in his car and on their way back to hawkins

jonathan shows up after theyve already left, and is too stoned tired to think anything of the empty house

and joyce is already halfway to russia

will knows his father. he knows that his father doesnt give a shit about him, the family, or anything about hawkins. he knows that his father wouldnt get involved in anything unless he had something to gain. so hes wraking his brain

maybe.... lonnie pulls over to take a suspicious phone call? maybe will figures out an inconsistency in his story? either way, the gang is onto lonnie and figures that they gotta get away from him and get back to joyce and jonathan

they tuck and roll out of the car. idk. all that matters is that they get out of there

as theyre rolling out of the car, el bonks her head a little and has a quick flashback to her time in the lab

since her intuition is always spot on, she takes this as a cue the breener is back and lonnie is working for him

she tells the boys it isnt safe to go back to california or hawkins, so they come up w an alternative plan, somewhere neither brenner nor lonnie would think to look for them

and while theyre on the road, they stop at a diner to eat (dont ask me where they got the money) and we get will leaving an emotional voicemail home, probably sobbing to jonathan about how much he means to will, which gives el an idea

because who has the resources to help her, as well as a desire for vengeance on brenner? kali

el uses her superb hitchiking skills to get them to chicago

maybe she just has some hints of her powers left, but it isnt too hard for el to find kali

she explains everything thats happened, and lets kali know that if she want revenge, the opportunity is hers

unfortunately, lonnie was hot on their trail, and called for reinforcements

theyre ambushed by the few employees brenner has working for him. initially, everyone is hiding, assisted by kali’s powers

but el knows they arent leaving empty handed, and would rather get taken away then have kali’s freedom taken from her

so el reveals herself, followed by mike because he wont leave her, followed by will because he wont leave mike

all three get taken away, back to hawkins lab, but now kali is even more motivated to bring down the lab once and for all

so kali and her gang get to hawkins, almost simultaniously with jonathan, who has been looking for his family in a frenzy since the morning he woke up to find eveyone gone, without even a note or a phone call, as well as argyle, who came along for the ride

the video store is being used as home base this season, so thats the first place they go, where they find steve, shortstaffed and not knowing whats going on because the whole team ditched him

they catch him up to speed on how EVERYONES GONE and steve catches them up to speed on how EVERYONE IS GETTING MURDERED

meanwhile, brenner has three predicaments

1) no matter what he does to el, what kind of torture he inflicts, she isnt using her powers because she doesnt have them. she tells him this several times. he refuses to believe it

2) lonnie byers is demanding his payment, which he didnt recieve because the deal was that he bring el to them, and he couldnt even do that

3) he has to find a way to dispose of mike and will, who he had no intention of bringing into the lab but theyre here and they know everything

and this is the moment where mike screws up by letting them know that people know theyre in the lab and people know about all the experiments and any second now, someones gonna come banging that door down to save us. nancy, jonathan, steve, robin max, lucas, dustin, kali-

and the second mike says her name he knows he screwed up

brenner decides in that moment that all he can do is round up everyone involved and get rid of them. conveniently, the string of murders occurring will serve as a good cover for what happened to them

and this is the part where joyce, murray, and hopper get back to hawkins

this is also the part where nancy and robin and the gang get back to hawkins

so nancy and robin immediately go to the video store armed with all the new information they learned from victor creel

..... and are met with jonathan, argyle, kali, and steve in pandemonium

they close the store for the day, and get ready to storm the lab

they realize that they need something from the school, so they head there to pick it up

and soon after arriving, theyre met with the all to familiar hawkins lab vans

they make a hasty escape, taking out some of the goons but they need to find a way to get the rest off their trail

they head for the woods, hoping to hide out in the cabin

meanwhile, the russia crew has taken the mostly demolished cabin as their haven to recover from whatever injuries they sustained

theyre all running through the woods, but they realize the people from the lab are closing in on them

and then nancy and jonathan pass a very familiar tree

they use whatever weapon they have on them to break through the bark, and head into the upside down

the lab people keep going into the woods, eventually finding hopper’s cabin

epic showdown between the russia crew and the lab people, joyce, murray and hopper win, they realize the lab is back, immediately head there realizing theyre gonna have to rescue someone

nancy and robin use the info they learned from victor creel to keep the gang alive in the upside down, max, argyle and eddie are freaking out because omg we’re in another dimention, we get some big reveal about the truth about the upside down and the gang makes their way out and head to the lab

and while this is all happening,we get some super emotional monologue between brenner and el (ala-the last 10 minutes of the truman show) and brenner realizes that el isnt going to be the naieve superweapn she used to be, and decides the best thing he can do with el is give her the standard punishment, time in the closet

and being in the closet triggers all sorts of flashbacks and emotions (mbb’s opportunity to show off her acting chops for an emmy)

joyce and hopper bust into the lab like they did in season 1, but this time they dont get caught

they decide to split up to cover more ground, and hopper finds el in the closet

and around the same time joyce finds mike and will and gets them out of there

here comes the REAL emotional performance

hopper sees her, we get a teary eyed “el!” “dad!”, and then hopper gets pulled away from el by lab workers

exactly the same way terry did

we’re watching this happen from el’s perspective, with a heart-wrenching “noooooooooo” from el, accompanied by cuts to every time el has had to be separated from someone she cares about (terry, the s1 ending, billy dying, her leaving kali in s2, saying goodbye to everyone on moving day, her being separated from mike and will when they got to the lab) accompanied by some terribly sad 80s song, then back to the present moment, she reaches her hand out and boom, the guards go flying. her powers are back

except she doesnt have control of them the way she did before, and now shes bringing the whole building down

her and hopper race to the the first floor, and meet joyce and the boys, they get out of the building at the very last second, and the whole thing collapses.

eventually they find the other group, the whole team is now together, they go and take down the big bad from the upside down, joyce almost KILLS lonnie

nancy and robin drop a huge bombshell that has to do with hawkins/the upside down, specifically pertaining to el, which they pieced together after talking to victor creel

we get a massive cliffhanger, season 5 starts like 10 minutes after the ending of season 4

I know I keep harping on how bad the dialogue was in GOT particularly when D&D were scripting and it's true that considering the character assassination, pacing, and plotting issues it's probably the least of their S8 sins but... television is a dialogue-driven medium. That's what sets it apart from film, especially in this era where we arent really sure what tv even is anymore with the streaming services and binge-viewing. Film is image-driven and tv is dialogue-driven. That's the art form. That's how it works. There are exceptions but even those are at least aware of the medium they are in.

As much as they kept calling it an 8 hour movie (and we should have known that was a bad sign) Game of Thrones is television. And they couldnt be arsed to write dialogue in either quantity or quality, through either laziness or wrong-headedness or I dont know what. Thats part of what felt so bizarre about the last season, they had so little dialogue and tried to fill in the silence with music and cgi, but even the digital dragons show needs people to talk to each other. That's why it all felt so empty and weird. Nobody had anything to say and when they did, it was clumsy and stilted and any line could really have been said by any character interchangably. Whatever criticisms we could give about the early seasons, back when they still had GRRM's text to draw from they had piles and piles of memorable lines, things that have worked their way into pop culture like "you know nothing, Jon Snow" and "oh you sweet summer child". Was there a single memorable line of dialogue like that in Season 8? I sure didnt hear one.

Anyway, this is a long-winded way to say that the absolutely embarassing dialogue is absolutely central in the show falling apart at the end and also evidence that D&D had no business showrunning a television program when they cant get the extremely fundamental basic building block of the medium even passably executed. And thank goodness they did not win that writing emmy, but really they shouldnt have been nominated at all.

me and tolly discussed this a lot earlier (hi tolly this is your post LOL) and i have the same sort of feelings. BUT I'm going to try and be positive about it though because almost all of the ABC game shows have been successful (my mom loves them and i watch occasionally) and i take comfort in the fact that Anthony Anderson hosts To Tell the Truth and has a successful, emmy-nominated sitcom. with joel's humor, i feel like it wont be ultimate cringe.

also, he hosted The Soup for 11 years (v different tho lmao), and that hosting gig got him Community! so hopefully this will put him on people's radars. AND NOW IN CONCLUSION: he's a host, comedian and actor. and he's done comedies and dramas and everything in between. HE HAS THE RANGE! we gotta trust!!!!! okay sorry for the novel, just very passionate the man

Reminding me of the fact that it will be HIS game show with HIS humour made me feel a bit better. And you’re right, The Soup led to Community, so, who knows!

Tbh the first thought that came to mind and its a very harsh and insensitive thought was "oh wait til this gets canceled" i dont mean to be an asshole but i mean he really has not been "winning" lately shows wise. But hey game shows sometimes turn into institutions so hopefully his will as well. I just want him to be able to sustain both himself and his family whichever way possible. Sadly, i'll probably wont be watching cause i too hate game shows, they're the ultimate cringe.

LMAO, I literally call it the Joel Curse when I think about his shows being cancelled. I feel like you have to watch at least one episode though, even if it’s just to ogle him in a suit (he’s probably gonna wear one, right? Unless they make him a Casual Game Show Host).

EP 2 - In My Kerrigan Era - Joey

Even though I was eliminated by basically my entire tribe I don't blame then but I didn't like the way they carried it out. At the same time I'm not gonna sit on my ass and wallow. I'm taking these guys down and it's time they realize why I'm a winner

I formed a trio with Andry and Timmy, whether or not they’ll stick to it, that’s up to them, but right now in Round #2, I want to continue to reach out to Austin and Justin, ideally we go to zero team meetings before Monty turns on Wheeldecide.com and pings us with the “HEY BESTIESSSSSSSSSSS GET TO THE ARENA”(that, but in lowercase). Also, shoutout to Dennis for being amazing at what he does.

These players can throw anything they send at me. I'm not backing down and I'm going to fight for my position in the game.

OMG i forgot to do this ANYWAY. We started the game! Yay! So many twists! In game currency, redemption, Arena comps. Tea is I know like 8 people going into this game. Caitlin, Andry, Justin, Madison, Emmy, Adam, Mark, and Pat I all at least know. Some like Adam I have played with and have good blood between (Adam). Some i have bad blood between (Mark and Madison) and the rest i have either been hosted by, hosted with, or hosted myself but have never played with. YIKES. Lots of intertwined connections. I'm obvs most worried about Madison and Mark, even though Mark and I are cool outside of Venue, and Madison and I had a talk during Day 1 about working together and burying the hatchet from Odyssey, you truly never know. Mark might wanna get me out cause he thinks I'd want revenge from venue, and Madison might want her own revenge from me IDOLING HER OUT in Odyssey. Oy vey. I wanna use my connections to keep me safe in the game, even the rocky ones. But it can't be the only thing I rely on or else I'll end up with a MAJOR blindspot. So getting to know people on my team like Zach and Daisy is gonna be crucial to make sure i'm in with the most people possible. Gonna be interesting to see how this shakes out.

Ughhh it's been a long day personally so losing the arena comp just really sucked. I know I don't want to be seen as a comp threat, so losing is good. But this round has so many advantages and disadvantages tossed around that im kind of.......... ugh. I know I did everything I could and that's what sucks. I also think my team is the dry team.... literally loved talking to ppl at the arena but these folks are a snooze fest

I got a gold medal!!! Even if they wanna take me out, they can’t! Imagine if I could go on some winning streak and keep this bad boy until the merge. One can hope.

So happy 2 have won a medal. Wish I knew when I should be coming back to the blog....

Okay but maybe Jabari just completely big brained that entire moment. Getting voted out while getting a 10% Arena advantage, AND lying to everyone about what you have for the emoji hunt, and getting to stay? Power moves only here in Beijing. But honestly, this challenge is all about one thing: agency. As long as we can do the puzzles fast and absorb the disadvantages, we'll be fine. It seems like we'll be fine for this round as long as the winners dont win, we'll be good. Caitlin is a threat in challenges and can't go home if Dwen goes to council, which again would be ideal. Cicero I hate to see you go, you seemed nice, but read next time.

i didn't think i would lose the arena comp, so that was honestly such a shook to me (but i did say my comp skills aren't what they used to be). anyways, i hope my team doesn't hold it against me right now. there's so many disadvantages being thrown around this round that i think that will be the deciding factor in this comp tbh

I would like to just point out that I hate jigsaw puzzles, especially online ones cause i suck at them most of the timeeeee anyways, the vibes here at Dwen have been incredibly chill, I genuinely get along with everyone so if we ever have to go to a team meeting, it'd be a little stressful, but I feel like ive made good and strong enough connections to keep me here. I do feel though that my timezone may be a detriment to the team, but I just have to make sure I build on these connections and MAKE them want to keep me, rather than me begging to stay. For now, my trust rankings are as follows: Daisy > Caitlin > Zach > Max, but this could all change by the next team meeting so we'll just have to wait and see!

I'm happy that my old team won but it's very bittersweet and I'm sure I could have pulled through the comp a little more. In other news I didn't secure my second ring and now the next course is to prepare to take whoever was on Bing down.

Welp...we're going to a team meeting and that sucks ass. Had a call with joey and andry and we're set on voting Austin. It's bittersweet since Austin is my friend and personally I would rather have Justin out but like I'm fine either way. Apparently Justin is telling Austin that because Austin didn't give him a name yet (keep in mind it's currently less than 3 hours after results) that it's probably him (Justin) getting votes or that people are just scared to say names. I think that's because he is more of an older org player where people really did used to talk about the votes and plan stuff shortly after results when nowadays it's a lot of last minute plans. Although now we have already made a plan but like that is certainly not the norm. I am having a lot of fun already this season and I am looking forward to what is going to happen next round.

okay so last night I called with Timmy and Joey. Originally when we got on the call they said they were debating between voting either Austin or Justin, with a preference for Justin to go. We called for about an hour, and throughout the call I just kind of kept on bringing up the fact that we know where Justin’s head is at right now as he’s messaging us telling us how he thinks, Austin is not doing that. And by the end of the call Joey said OK well I think I want to vote for Austin. And then Timmy said yeah I think that’s the smarter play, and I went with it as well. I think I could’ve been a little bit smoother and trying to make sure Justin stayed, but ultimately I wasn’t gonna let Justin go and I think that voting off Austin was the easier move, then going against Joey and Timmy in this round. They could be playing me, and choosing to vote for me in this round. Obviously with the first round you never know how things are going to go. I hope things work out in my favour tonight, but I will not be surprised if they try to pull a fast one on me.

So I'm very happy that we're safe, but I don't know how we still almost lost. I realize that my time in the challenge wasn't incredible, but still. Lord help us the next time we don't have disadvantages to give to the other teams. I also feel bad tacking all those disadvantages onto Andry and Austin. I really like them both and wanna work with them. But I was worried that I was being seen too much as a leader on a four person tribe. So I said we should save the Rhon team since they're already at four like us. But what I really wanted was for Dwen to get the disadvantages. Caitlin and Keaton are my #1 targets at this point. And Caitlin has a gold medal and is safe at the first team meeting she goes to. So my hope was to wipe that out. Because I don't want to end up in a situation where someone else having a gold medal puts me in a situation where I'm in trouble. I mean I've got a gold medal now too, but ya know. The only problem with that would have been a 50/50 shot of Daisy and David going home, but high risk, high reward. I let Mark decide who we were giving them to because basically everything we've done up to that point was my decision, so I'm trying to take a step back moving forward. I just hope we can pull out the next challenge too.

Honestly there isn’t too much to say here. My trust was correct, we won a challenge, I’ve dipped for a bit. We chilling and I happy thank you for coming to my Ted talk

The vote will happen in about 45 minutes, and like always I am super paranoid with the first vote in a new group people. I think this is really where trust is built, so it’s important that that people stick with the plan. Everyone’s been a little quiet, which isn’t super on brand for this group. With that being said, can’t help but feel nervous when it is like that.

I thought I did way BETTER at the immunity two wow… And so that’s on tea. Not me getting 14 minutes and having the AUDACITY TO SAY “was i the fastest?” bye

not much to say been a chill round. Dwen hasnt had to vote anyone out so that's good. I like these folks so i hope we can stay away from TMs but if i do have to go then i have a plan. not sure if it'll fly but i think i can make my case at least on why it should happen. We'll see!

Chapter Twenty-Four : T as in TRANSGENDER

Let’s run down our Queer alphabet. I did the G for sure because patriarchy. I did the L. The L was an interesting journey. Obviously, I did the B, I may have overdid it at times. Okay, are we done ? What do you mean, no ? T ? Uh ?

WHAT’S THE T ?

Transgender : denoting or relating to a person whose of sense of personal identity and gender does not correspond with their birth sex.

We previously talked about gender identity and how sometimes, it may differ from the sex you were assigned at birth. Well, still true but that’s just the basic info everyone is supposed to know about. The word transgender, coined by Psychiatrist John F. Oliven in his 1965 book Sexual Hygiene and Pathology, is actually as much an proper identity as it is an umbrella term to many variables in the Trans community. We’ll get to that in a minute.

4500 YEARS IN THE PAST (or the Unexpected Virtue of Ambitious Storytelling in a Amateurish Article)

In broad terms, the History of transgender people begins in ancient Sumerian and Akkadian civilizations, as texts from over 4500 years ago mention transgender priests and prostitutes (remember, oldest job in the world). Some reports suggest that the idea of a third gender came from prehistoric times. They were known Trans priests in Ancient Greece, Phrygia and Rome while an Roman Emperor called Elagabalus preferred the use of “lady” instead of “lord” when addressed to. Variables from the trans community umbrella comes from the fact that there is shared History between transgender people, intersex people and even Second Spirit individuals from the Navajo community. Hijras (India), Kathoeys (Thailand) and Khanith (Arabia) have importance and recognized identities when it comes to the question of gender around the world. They are reports of transitions from male to female and female to male as early as the 1800s, with musicians (Billy Tipton), soldiers (Albert Cashier) and painters (Lili Elbe) coming to terms with their identity reassignment.

Lili, in fact, is famous for becoming one of the first woman to go through vaginoplasty in 1931. She went to Germany to undergo four different operations over a period of two years. Her immune system rejected the final operation (construction of a vagina and implementation of a uterus), and her body developed an infection. She died on September 13, 1931. Her life was immortalized in 2000’s The Danish Girl written by David Ebershoff, followed by a movie adaption from Tom Hooper (2015).

To be honest, the History of Transgender people in the world is so vast and varied, I’m getting overwhelmed. The Tale of Two Brothers from Ancient Egypt. Tribes from West Africa who did not assigned gender to their children until the age of five (In Central Africa, one can be genderless until puberty). The great tradition of dan roles in China since at least the Mind and Qing dynasties. The story of Esther Brandeau/Jacques La Fargue from 18th century Canada. Frances Thompson, a formerly enslaved black trans woman, one of five to testify in front of a U.S. congressional committee in 1866. Zuni Ihamana We’wha who became a cultural ambassador of her/his people in 1896. Danica Roem… Oh Danica Roem. Remind me to talk about Danica Roem later.

And now, it sounds like we’re not defining Trans identity properly as I’ve just mentioned Intersex and Cross-Dressing performers. Well, History is messy. Although they officially differ from one another now, they were more obscure concepts back then (and before “then” was a “then”).

DO NOT CONFUSE (PRESENT EDITION)

The first notion that a ignorant could have, based on lack of informations and overbearing sense of historic confusion, is that Transsexual and Transgender are synonyms. In fact, yes, Transsexual is a term that was used for a long ass time to define transgender people. It has since been rejected by a big part of the trans community. For now, transsexual is a subset of the umbrella that is Transgender. For a transgender person, the notion that “sexual” is used at to refer to their gender identity is extremely reductive. If you are still confused and one day you meet a openly out trans man or woman, don’t put your fist in your mouth flipping a coin to figure out what term suits them best. Just ask. Politely. A Transgender individual is also not to be confused with Transvestites. Transvestite : Someone who derives pleasure from dressing in clothes primarily associated with the opposite sex. First of all, transvestite is kind of an outdated term that was used in such a negative way I almost find it insulting (although it shouldn’t). Know that transvestism has nothing to do with gender identity. It’s the pleasure to put on clothes that do not belong to your gender category. A transvestite gay man stays a gay man. In some cases (but not all), the act of transvestism is developed as a fetish and provokes sexual arousal.

One synonym of the term would be cross-dressing, which was coined after some members of the post-Stonewall Riots group Street Transvestite ActionRevolutionaries, founded by Sylvia Rivera (1971) complained about the use of the term Transvestite. One newly-named long-lost cousin derivative of this is the term Genderfuck (or GenderBender), in which an individual will dress regardless of the binary concepts of fashion and clothing.

Do not confuse Transgender with the Art of Drag. Yes, you’re straight but hyped, you kiki in front of RuPaul’s Drag Race from time to time because they’re so funny and flamboyant. Yes. Yes. Being a Drag Queen is basically being a Cross-Dresser, except that this is a vocation, a paid job if you are lucky. Drag Queens are performers, pretty damn good ones at that, and their gender and sexual identities have nothing to do with how they pay the rent. If you read the June 11th article on RuPaul, you’ll see the details on the scandal Ru created about transgender people. Know that some Drag Queens are transgender and they can keep on being fabulous Drag Queens. Oh, and Drag Kings are a thing too. They just don’t have an Emmy Award-winning show to popularize them.

I will talk about Intersex people and their ancestry and connections to the Trans community, but not today.

PROCCESS

As a Transgender person, you usually feel a disconnection at a very young age between who you are in your head and what body was given to you by a non-existent God Almighty. When a person starts to go into transition (Process of changing one’s gender presentation and/or sex characteristics to accord with one’s internal sense of gender identity — the “and/or” is crucially important) he/she/they makes a conscious personal decision. Careful, you cannot confuse Transitioning with Sex Reassignment Surgery (or SRS), which is only an option. Transitioning is a holistic process and includes many physical, psychological, social and emotional changes.

On the social side, the first step would be to come out. A gay man or woman does not simply go from one gender to another, he/she/they has to redo the entire terrible dance of announcing your gender identity. Through that process, a new name might be chosen by the individual, with the proper set of pronouns. Since it’s a process that can be years in the making, the person transitioning might start to wear different clothing and accessories, style their hair differently, ease themselves into his/her/their real self.

Whether of not he/she/they go through with SRS is totally up to the individual. In the times of Lili Elbe, you could not consider yourself a transgender person unless SRS was performed. You would have been a transvestite. Today, as the laws progressed (very slowly and very recently), only the decision and the social and psychological changes are factors into transitioning legally.

Also, if you ever wonder in a transperson went through surgery, just dont. IT’S NONE OF YOUR FUCKING BUSINESS, YOU DOUCHEFUCK.

On the medical side, the use of hormone therapy to create feminine or masculine characteristics is a major step into the transition (again, not an obligation). For trans women, surgeries can include breast implants, orchiectomy, laser hair removal, tracheal shave, facial feminization and penile inversion vaginoplasty. For trans men, male chest reconstruction, hysterectomy, phalloplasty and metoidioplasty are options to explore.

You also need a trustworthy doctor by your side to help you through your transition. Using hormones without medical guidance is dangerous and you may risk serious complications.

The point is, not all transgender people transition “completely” or even at all. The ways of some are not those of others. It may be a personal choice or a financial one, as those surgeries are very expansive and not always part of your insurance package (in the States, for example). Nevertheless, a person’s gender identity should always be respected no matter how they decide to transition socially or medically.

TRANS UNDER THE LAW

They are still a lot of places in the world where Transgender people are not protected under the law, where they cannot access the public bathroom of their gender based of bigotry ideas and religious fanaticism. There’s also discrimination in work places, many other public services, in health care.

In the United States, where you can be recognized as Trans, an Employment Non-Discrimination Act was stalled and failed several times over the last two decades. Each state now have choices of legislation in the matter. Mr. Orange is quickly taking back what was giving over the years to Trans people, such as the right to serve in the United States Armed Forces. Furthermore, Trans black women are still the most in danger population on record. As recently at early, the body of 26 year-old Chynal Lindsey was found. It’s the second unsolved murder of a trans black woman in the spam of a few weeks, fourth in three years in Dallas alone.

Did you know that until January of 2018, France was asking their transgender citizens to go through obligatory sterilization, a direct violation of human rights (decision made the European Court of Human Rights in April 2017) ? 20 countries in Europe were implementing that rule, while 36 still require mental health diagnosis in order to get legal gender recognition. Back to France. Laws to protect trans people started to be talked about as early as the late 70s. Twice, in 1981 and 1982, a law failed to pass. Meanwhile, transpeople were still considered psychiatric cases when in need of hospital care, and that until 2010. Since the 2016 case of a young trans woman who didn’t want to go through any surgery and still change her legal name, shit have moved around in the right direction. With the non-obligation to be sterilized came the possibility to change one’s name more easily, not based on any invasive medical procedures. You need to prove that that name represents your real identity, that’s it’s been used that others for quite some time and the change would harm your psychological well-being. New rules about minors who want to transition have also been add up to the law. They can change their names at age 12. The birth certificate can be modified at age 16. Transphobia is punishable through many updated laws when it comes to slurs, defamation, sexual harassment and discrimination.

And yet, trans people don’t feel safe. I wonder why.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY NOTHING

2017 and 2018 were the deadliest years for Transgender Americans, with over 50 deaths in 24 months. Cases of Transgender people being arrested for crimes that were not crimes are basically limitless at this point. The Transgender community is still the most rejected of them all. Have you ever wondered how you would react if Pierre was suddenly in the process of becoming Vanessa, her real self ? The answer is not relevant. Vanessa would not have the support of her family, her uneducated friends would try to ditch her faster than you can say vaginoplasty and her boss would find a way to make her feel unwelcome. People have not been properly educated. They get easily confused with pronouns, so to understand the difficult process of gender dysphoria ?

Gender Dysphoria : the distress a person feels due to their birth-assigned sex and gender not matching their gender identity. My mama once told me that the fact that I was gay took time for her to process but she never stopped loving me. When I asked her “what if I was transgender ?” she replied “Oh no Alex. Not that. I don’t think I would accept that”. My mama’s no bigot. She is just so uninformed that she automatically rejects any foreign ideas. That’s why representation is so fucking important, so.

WE CAN BE HEROES

Long gone are the days where the only trans people on television were played by cisgender actors and were called “transvestite hooker #2”. It started with a bang with Hilary Swank in Boys Don’t Cry (1999), it slowly went to more recognition with Felicity Huffman in Transamerica (2005) to continue through Jared Leto in Dallas Buyers Club (2013). All fine performances by three cisgender folks. I’m not even gonna mention prior appearances of trans characters, they are just so offensive.

The real revolution started in July of 2013, when the character of Sofia, played by Laverne Cox, was introduced to the world by Netflix. A transgender character played by a transgender actress. She went on to be nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Guest Actress. Twice. The consecration came a year later when Cox made the cover of Time magazine. It was called a “transgender tipping point”.

In 2014, Transparent debuted its first season on Amazon. Let’s not forget the Tambor scandal, yes, but it would be a shame to not celebrate the work of non-binary individual Jill Soloway, who gave trans people a platform — as except for Tambor and Whitford characters, all the trans characters were played by transgender people. in 2015, Caitlyn Jenner made the cover of Vanity Fair, officially announcing her transition. She’s a terrible person. I won’t say otherwise because she’s a trans women. A terrible person is a terrible person. In 2017, A Fantastic Woman won Best Foreign Film at the Academy Awards. First, it’s an incredible movie. Second, it served as a response from the government trying to erase the trans community from existence in the military. An incredibly realistic portrayal of a trans character in Shameless (played by the gorgeous Elliot Fletcher) in also to be noted.

In 2018, Pose premiered its first episode. I’ve already talked about Pose so much. I’m not getting into too much detail again. It’s major.

I’ll just say this : I went back to work on Friday. I work at an english bookstore, you see. In the press department. And There she was. Indya Moore. On the cover of Elle US. My jaw dropped on the floor. A trans woman on the cover of one of the most popular fashion magazine in the world. I’m sorry but MILESTONE.

Scarlett Johansson having to quit a movie where she was gonna play a transgender person because of the outpour of rage that followed ? PRICELESS MILESTONE. Janet Mock becoming the first transgender person to direct an episode of television ? MILESTONE TO INFINITY. Supergirl just introduced the TV’s first transgender superhero, played by Nicole Maines. I’ve said it before. Get the kids on board and then, jackpot. In France, activist-turned-actor Adrian de La Vega and actor Océan (who documentary feature is available for streaming right now!) are making incredible waves for the french trans community.

My god… DANICA ROEM ! This american journalist was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 2017, becoming the first transgender person to both be elected and serve in any U.S. state legislature. She famously answered to a chance to attack her republican counterpart in the race (Bob Marshall, nicknamed the commonwealth’s “chief homophobe”) by these simple words : “I don’t attack my constituents. Bob is my constituent now.”

GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT… WELL, TRANSGHT

Queer people, here’s my daily message on repeat : GIVE MORE TO THE TRANS COMMUNITY. Stop looking at yourselves in the gym mirrors and focus : Trans people be should OUR top priority. We are letting our siblings in the mud while we parade with pride. Enough. Each new Pride should be first of foremost about trans rights and how we can protect them. AS FAST AS WE CAN. Here we have brave men and women having the courage to live as their true selves, we are one of the same. No dancing on Robyn’s music until the entire crowd starts screaming “TRANS RIGHTS NOW ! TRANS RIGHTS NOW !” I’m not hearing you. LOUDER.

sleepover || micktana

TAGGING → MICKEY MCCARTHY & SANTANA LOPEZ LOCATION → the mccarthy house. TIME FRAME → 5/4/17, late night. NOTES → Santana sleeps in Mickey’s room and she tells her about the family meeting, they discuss their relationship (kind of).

Mickey flopped onto the bed after she let Santana in - both of her siblings were gone to their respective significant others, and while she was okay, she was just tired and needed to know that there was someone who wasn't upset with her, "The look on Mads' face...it's like, she's so sad that I lied to her, you know?" She told her, sighing as she looked up at San, her blue-green eyes tired and sad. "And Mason...I knew that I had to be careful with Mason, but...I really upset him," she sighed.

Santana didn't really know what to say, she could tell Mickey was upset about their family talk they had. But she didn't want to make things any worst for her, she wanted her to know that she was on her side. She always would be. "It's my fault, you lied because of me. I'm sorry" She told her, and climbed onto the bed with her. "How did you upset Mason? Were they even understanding of why you had to lie to them?"

Mickey shook her head, "Stop, no, not your fault at all." Mickey tucked a piece of hair behind Santana's ear, "They were understanding of that, but it just...I think it made them feel bad anyway, you know? Sometimes you can understand something, but still not feel good about it...it's kind of why we broke up," she sighed. "I said something kinda insensitive and made Mason kinda retreat into himself - he does that sometimes when he gets nervous."

Santana still felt like it was her fault, her coming out seemed to cause a lot of tense lately. She didn't really care for it. Sighing as Mickey tucked a piece of hair behind her ear, she nodded. "I mean, I guess I get that. I hope they like..get over that part of you lying to them though. It wasn't because you wanted too, I just wasn't comfortable with them knowing yet. So I hope they realize that." she told her. "Is he going to be okay? Tensions were probably just high, and I am sure everything will be fine soon. I hope so anyways." Santana laid back on the bed and looked up at the ceiling before looking back over at Mickey beside her. "I thought it would feel better to have everyone know. But it just seems to be causing problems, for me..for you." she trailed off.

Mickey nodded, "I think he'll be fine," she decided after thinking for a moment. "And so will I - this isn't about me, Tana, this is about you. This is your journey," she said honestly, taking her hands and kissing them gently. "They know why I didn't tell them, and...I don't even think they're mad at you, really - or mad at me, just...confused. It'll be okay though." Mickey thought about the prospect of Santana going back into the closet, and the thought of it worried her beyond belief. "Don't go back in the closet because of how anyone else feels - I want you to be out if you're comfortable, and I want you to know that coming out will make things better in the long run, even if they're hard at first, I promise."

Santana smiled softly "Okay good. Masons a pretty cool dude, so it sucks that he's upset." Mickey always had a way of calming Santana down, merely by just being there with her. Shaking her head she laughed a bit "I am not going back in the closet, my family knows now. Theres no way I cant go back now." she assured her. "But I am only comfortable with a few people knowing right now. I told Emmy the other night when I stayed over. And Quinn knows now too. I guess that's a start, right?" she asked and gently bit down on her lip before looking over at the girl beside her, lacing their fingers together. "I'm glad you're here though, it helps."

Mickey nodded, "That's definitely a start," she said. "Of course I'm here, of course," she said, pulling her in and wrapping her tiny body around her. "You're so brave for letting anyone know, really - not everyone needs to know at once, believe me. My parents probably wouldn't even know if I hadn't told them the last time they decided to actually stick around for more than a day."

Santana "I know not everyone needs to know right now, but I wanted to tell them at least. They are my best friends, they deserve to know that at least." Santana cuddled into Mickey, relaxing a bit in her arms. "How did your parents take it when you told them? I told my mom about you though, she asked if you made me happy. It's really just Abuela I have to worry about and I don't want to go home anytime soon, is that terrible?"

Mickey nodded, "Yeah, that's what I meant," she said. "This information is for people you're comfortable with only for now, that circle will only get bigger," she promised. She thought back to sitting her parents down, both of them on their phones, not caring all that much. The only time they cared about anything was if it was going to embarrass them directly. "They didn't care much, but that's them with everything that doesn't involve them. They're narcissists, I gave up on them when me and the stunt doubles were about ten," she noted. "Also...it's not terrible, it's your way of healing."

Santana shrugged a little bit, smiling softly. "I know it will, eventually. And I am sure a lot of people will not be shocked by the news, I'm not really that subtle when you are around." Listening as Mickey talked about her parents, she felt kind of bad they didn't seem to care at all. "I'm sorry your parents suck so much sometimes." she told her, pushing the stray hair that fell in her face out of the way. "Hey, at least Danny approves of you." she teased, giggling a bit. " I'm sure Alex does too, but she doesn't care too much about a lot of things"

Mickey smiled, "Danny is the cutest - I honestly don't know Alex that well, but I mean, I like to pride myself on being able to win over pretty much anyone. I'm a McCarthy, after all," she winked. "It's cool - they suck all the time, honestly, but it's whatever...me and the sibs take care of each other. It's just always what we've done," she said with a shrug, "I've never really known another way." She blushed at what Santana said, "You do tend to make googly eyes at me, but it's fine, 'cause I can't help it either."

Santana "Don't tell him, but he's my favorite sibling. It would just go to his head if he knew that" she teased before shaking her head. "Honestly, if I am happy, than Alex doesn't care that much. Sometimes I wish I could have the attitude she has towards our abuela, but I love her to much. Even if she isn't that accepting of me." she admitted before letting out a sigh. "Well I think you guys are handling it pretty well for having sucky parents." Santana let out a laugh and playfully rolled her eyes, "I do not make googly eyes..I have no idea what you are talking about"

Mickey snorted and nudged Santana, "Sure you don't," she teased, pulling her in to kiss her gently. "See? I'm just irresistable, you can't deal with it," she said, her blush reddening her cheeks majorly.

Santana laughed when Mickey snorted, shaking her head. "No way, I dont. You have no proof of my googly eyes" she said, before their lips met jn a kiss. Santana gently kissing her back. "You are pretty itresistable, i'll give you that." She said softly as they pulled away from the kiss, noticing the way she blushed. She had always liked when she blush, she thought she looked cuter than normal. If that was wven possible. Santana leaned back in, pressing her lips against hers again in another kiss.

Mickey kissed her a little harder, tugging on her bottom lip with her teeth gently as she wrapped her arms around her. Mickey still wasn't entirely used to this -- sure, a few months ago they'd been all over each other, but she'd gone so long without her that she felt like a blushy little kid anytime they were together.

Santana smiled against her lips, gently moving her fingers though her hair as they kissed. It had been awhile since they had kissed like this, and it felt amazing. She had really missed Mickey, and she just wanted to stay in this moment forever. Pulling back a little bit, she let out a breath "I missed kissing you like that"

Mickey twirled a piece of Santana's hair around her finger, "I missed it too," she said. "I didn't think i'd get to again," she bit her bottom lip, swallowing hard.

Santana "You can kiss me as much as you want too. I don't want this to be a secret anymore, I won't let it be." Santana leaned in and kissed the tip of her nose before kissing her lips again. She couldn't stop, she didn't want too. "Well you do get to again" she smiled, her cheeks turning a bright pink.

Mickey touched her cheek, "I'm not about to do anything you're not ready for," she said. "Like...I won't kiss you at parties if that's not something you want," she said quietly, looking away for a moment, this whole thing feeling dangerously deja-vu.

Santana bit down on her lip for a moment before she answered her. "We will get there, eventually. Hopefully it won't take me forever to feel comfortable with all that, I do want you to kiss me at parties." she told her, here eyes meeting hers once she finally looked back at her. "I want to be able to show you off one day, and make sure everyone knows that you are mine. I'm getting there, just be patient with me." Santana was quiet for a moment, not really sure what else to say to her. It felt like she was reliving the past all over again, and she didn't want it to end the same way.

Mickey bit her lip, "I trust you if you trust me," she said honestly. "And for now...just hold me. Life's hard enough without overthinking, yeah?"

Santana "of course I trust you, I do." Santana kissed her forehead as she pulled her in closer to her body. Even though she was practically on top her, she somehow wanted to get closer to her. Like this wasn't enough for her."I'll hold you all night, I am not going anywhere. I'll stay and hold you as long as you want babe."

Mickey beamed at her, "Mm, thank you," she said, burying her face in the other girl's neck, tangling their legs together and enjoying the intimacy they'd created there.

@nevr those were just the first two incidents i could think of. while i was looking up some readings for this somebody else pointed out sheldon cooper from the big bang theory. and heres an article where cbs’ elementary handled sherlocks sexuality similarly to the bbc show. the fact is that you have at least three major, emmy-winning television shows that are doing this. its not an isolated incident, and its one that a lot of people are exposed to.

also im confused, are you suggesting that sherlock is queerbaiting gay fans too? because it definitely does. and im not sure why you think your so qualified to discuss it when you’ve never seen it before?

benedict cumberbatch has called sherlock asexual. steven moffat however has called asexuality “boring” and said “It’s the choice of a monk, not the choice of an asexual. If he was asexual, there would be no tension in that, no fun in that – it’s someone who abstains who’s interesting.” when asked whether or not sherlock is ace. so on one hand you have one person p instrumental to the characters development confirming it, while the main writer denies it and refuses to make it canon.

as to what qualifies as baiting ace viewers, i think this has a very good explanation. and here’s another one.

and are you trying to say that queerbaiting is a way to get around censors? because that requires the author to actually intending for there characters to be interpreted as being some sort of lgbt+ identity. which is the exact opposite of what queerbaiting is.

“plus as far as i know sherlock iscalled a sociopath regularly in that show so i don't understabd why you'd want him as "representation"?” im going to link to this post again because it has a good explanation. in addition, as somebody who is autistic, i can relate to his character a lot (bc he is also autistic-coded. not like moffat would ever address that anyways.). believe it or not there are people with intersectional identities and we do like to see representation (admittedly, there are definitely better ways to write an autistic a-spec character, but this is all we have right now and having somebody try to take it away from us is not good). and to quote asexualadvice, “So they don’t get people complaining about queer/ace characters being in the show, and they don’t have to take a stand for anything, but they still get to use the character’s orientation (or hints thereof) for cheap laughs or thrills. And that’s without even getting into how problematic it is that a character’s orientation is even THERE to be used as cheap laughs/thrills instead of a real, valid part of them as a person.”

like i said im sure that these discussions do exist, but they are far rarer and usually only had by people who belong to that specific identity (similarly to discussions of ace queerbaiting). however, a lot of the discussions centered around queerbaiting people who are attracted to someone of the same gender are held not only in their communities, but in the lgbt+ community at large. for example, i am not sapphic but i often read and reblog posts concerning media where a sapphic relationship is the subject of the queerbaiting.

Episode #6: “"NOT ANYMOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE" - Big Z

Even though I misplayed my idol, I cannot believe that my incessant need for wanting Toby gone actually fucking worked. Like. I will be taking the credit for this one because I just fed it to my peoples and had Loris know about it and just controlled his emotional vulnerability. I would have been good without having the idol either... so wig- I fucked up on that end but WOWZA it feels good to actually lead a vote, see the vote go the way you want, and have my target argue with someone who HE thinks started this revolution. Hehehehhehee

bruh im getting major Byzantium teas right now... where my og tribe gets decimated and only two of us actually make it to the merge. right now theres only 3 of us left and just like then if only 2 of us make merge we're gonna start off as swing votes, then everyone will target us. please don't let that happen Byzantium wasn't my greatest org experience

In the middle of the challenge, so this confessional will have to be brief. I can definitely WIN this challenge, but I do question if that's the best for my game. The other tribe had a unanimous 6-1 vote, so now it's an even 3-3 split over there.

If we win, it's possible that either they'll go to rocks, or one of the Revati's will flip to save themselves? (Because it's unlikely the Auva are dumb enough to flip on one-another since that'd give us majority in the merge.)

However our tribe is currently a 3-2-2 split, and while I don't THINK the two sets of two are working together, I can't eliminate the possibility that they'd gang up on us to eliminate one of us and evening the numbers for the merge.

It's difficult to say where this whole tribe will end up shaking down, but I'm hoping to avoid Tribal if I can help it. The less Tribal Councils I go to, the more options I have going into merge because I won't have necessarily hurt any feelings by voting a particular way.

Well, I crushed the challenge, scoring all 5 points on my tribe, everyone was talking about how I carried them... which already has me worried given my history of being labelled a challenge beast after only having one good challenge.

But at the very least no tribal, I'm curious if we'll be merging at 12 or if it'll be some other number. Guess I'll know soon enough, but it's nice to have a break for a bit, and I think I'm doing pretty well on bonding with others so as to better my position.

Dylan still never talks to me. So ideally he'll be gone soonish, either by us losing the next challenge or him serving as an early merge boot. But even if he sticks around I doubt it'll be a major problem.

MY HOPE, for the other tribe is to send home Drew or Roxy (preferably Drew since I know Roxy and can work with that I think), to split up that Power-Pair as Drew was a fool for spoiling that. I don't really care who goes so long as the Revati's stay, and if we DO lose

Now if I could just find a damn idol... or SOMETHING.

Sometimes I get confused about which day we’re on, so hopefully it’s day 14 lmao. The other tribe snatched Toby & I’m not surprised. Auva didn’t just make a mistake that will hinder themselves, but it will also affect what’s left of og Zosma. The Auvacados could’ve worked with Toby to start taking down Revati, but it would seem that they’re still out for vengeance. Toby was setup to be in a swing position, of course he’s gonna feel out both sides before choosing one. Now Auva is split with 3 on each side & I don’t see any of them flipping, unless og Auva is gullible again. Drew T. didn’t trust Revati either because he wasted an idol on himself even though Toby voted in favor of him. Flops.

Kori is legitimately a godsend. He c a r r i e d Revati in the challenge by scoring all 5 points that we needed to win. He says that he focused hard & waited for the messages to pop up which mind you were separated by intervals of several minutes in the span of 4 hours. Kori is a very humble dude & tries to downplay his capabilities, but he’s the GOAT. Maybe even the shield I needed. :O

I’m not too worried about Dani at this point in time. If Revati happens to lose then she would probably be the easiest to turn people against. Everyone participated in the music video challenge while she was the only one that did not, and she has a habit of sitting out. Sam told me that she hasn’t talked to him since the day we blindsided Louise & I’ve gotten the same treatment. Since I’m “dead to her”, I think that making a move against Dani pre-merge would benefit me in the long run. This would also change everyone’s perception of Sam and I to being non-threatening come merge as we don’t have the number

tea time sisters! toby was a king but was a threat and I have to see the benefits in him going. this tribal is going to be eventful I think... because I think I’m getting votes because roxy seems to really want me gone??? but i have a plan that I think will work :))))) I tell John to vote out drew t or roxy and I say that I know he doesn’t really want to vote out drew h so I’ll settle and sacrifice for drew t. if he’s fine with voting roxy then I tell him that I think I can get drew t to vote her too, and then we can vote him out next, when in reality we’ll vote out drew h next. if he wants to vote drew t now then I tell him me and z will do it too when hopefully z will vote out roxy with me and drew t instead because roxy is trying to get one of us out. ezpz . In fact we could even vote drew h. it’s all tea. I really hope z and John are loyal to me, I think z will be, and I think I can just play with me saying I trust you to John over and over. cute!!!! I stay winning... I can’t believe that I .. actually have a plan... that’s t it’s so easy idk why I couldn’t do this before my mind is just so powerful now? also auva idol is GONE and that’s fantastic and also I got legacy bitches!!!! only 7 more bitches need to go then I can use it :)

Soooooo half of this tribe is just completely inactive during the most important hours of this game prior to tribal. It’s SO FRUSTRATING because even if I want to make some sort of strategy with them it’ll take them at least 2-3 hours to reply to me. I cannot do this for too long. The other issue is that people are sooooo hesitant to throw names out, and when you do throw a name out literally EVERYONE hears that you started it and it gets turned on you. That happened to me when I said John’s name once to Roxy last tribal. I worry it’s about to happen to Loris suggesting Roxy too. We’ll see how it plays out, if I end up dying I’ll at least go on an active note rather than an inactive one.

I hope we merge soon. My goal is to make it to merge without going to tribal. Idk how my tribe would pan out, we got a few inactive asf people. I dont have an idol but I really want one . tbh I'm so glad I took my break bc I'm not focused on winning im just focused on enjoying myself and my game while it lasts and I feel like its significantly improved my game.

Okay so Loris isn't talking to me but he's talking to other people so I'm being TOLD they're going for Roxy but I don't really believe it, I think if an idol is played, I'm dying courtesy of him and Z. Just gotta keep the faith in my people tbh

Honestly I am happy Toby went. HE WAS A BITCH! He wanted me out the the first round. Now to get Sam and Ciere out next. Expect Tea motherfuckers. Anyways, literally I have not talked a lot. I have gotten to know Kori. He is a shady fuck, I know that from past experience but I need him. I talked to Emma or Emmy or whatever the fuck her name is too. She seems really sweet.

ok so I think me and Ci'ere are bonding, which wow I never imagined that I would have a social game. I still haven't messaged Dani or Kori which is something I should do. The fact that they haven't messaged me, coupled with the fact that I'm alone on this tribe cements the fact that I am the obvious vote. Brb let me try to make connections.

SO we lost again, and my broken phone prevented me from participating in the challenge. Looking at this based on the challenge I should be leaving, buuuut I am going to be voting big Z out tonight, and because the auvas don't want rocks, they are going to do what I want. I have wanted this guy out from a game standpoint from the very beginning, but once you throw my name out there it's very hard to get back on my good side. Loris is going to be annoyed with me I am sure, he was trying to manipulate the situation between us but I could see right through the whole thing. I had a call with Roxy and she made an alliance with us and the two drews. She seemed to be worried that I would want to stick with loris and Z but I knew immediately what I wanted to do. I am really hoping that a merge will happen next, and that this move will not deeply affect me right away.

Big Z is voted out 4-2.
