TAG GAME TIME! thank you @wispstalk for the tag!
post your 9 favorite album covers. like, aesthetics, not necessarily favorite albums. (some happen to be favorite albums i won’t lie)
these aren’t in any particular order of preference and i’m providing genre descriptions (according to me) just because
1. fishing for fishies - king gizzard and the lizard wizard (psychedelic boogie folk rock and briefly electronic boogie stuff)
2. thornstar - lord of the lost (metal)
3. seven inches of satanic panic - ghost (psychedelic 60s pop)
4. age of aquarius - villagers of ioannina city (greek stoner folk rock and metal. they literally use like bagpipes and clarinet it’s incredible)
5. pentiment soundtrack - alkemi (medieval video game music lol)
6. weapon- skinny puppy (industrial electronic)
7. gothic nightmare - imperial night (prog rock. THESE DUDES ARE MY FRIENDS YALL SHOULD LISTEN TO THEM)
8. you thought we ran out of poop song ideas. you were wrong - the toilet bowl cleaners (poop music. literally so hard to pick a moternverse album cover because matt farley is a musical genius with hundreds of album covers to choose from)
9. tarot - aether realm (melodic death metal from north carolina and not finland)
@theoutli3r @tiptapricot @pokimoko @scuntallope @corduroysockz and anyone who sees this and wants to do it too! i haven’t opened tumblr in a hot minute so my memory of everyone’s urls is bad </3

FINN HAS A KID?!
4?!
Jake?! 👀
5?!
Finn's kid on the right looks a lot like the more human version of Huntress Wizard shown in the series trailer. 👀

How to choose the right course for your ward
We are in a season of admissions wherein Tenth Standard students want to decide which subjects they should take – whether MPCB ( Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or Pure Science group or Commerce or Accountancy or Computer Science. Similarly those who have chosen any of the groups and have cleared their Twelfth Standard are also […]

Starlo should be Clover's dad
Why? Because ↓
1) Both dress into cowboy-themed attire to feel braver/more important than they are
2) Clover, instead of a regular kid, wants to feel like a hero; Star, instead of a regular farmer, also wants to feel like a hero
In reality, Star is not the tough guy he pretends to be. His optimism, protectiveness and caring nature make him a hero though.
In reality, Clover started off as a scared kid who became more confident and skilled thanks to Flowey's resets. Their heroism comes from their forgiving and selfless nature and the hidden courage they got the chance to explore.
2) Both acted childish during a dangerous situation
Clover came down the mountain with a toy gun so that it would bring them comfort/they'd feel more in control of the situation (if you remember, Frisk refused to play with Asriel's toys in UT, saying how they're "too old," and I assume Frisk and Clover are the same age).
Starlo brought a fake gun before confronting Clover in genocide, just to feel cool.
3) Both not only value justice, but base it on compassion
Clover's entire mission was to bring justice (avenge the kids), but along the way changed that mindset (in pacifist). Star says how him and his posse aren't bandits, tests Clover's sense of justice and morality with the trolley problem, and wants to give Ceroba a second chance despite her actions.
4) Starlo's got protective fatherly instincts
5) fatherly pride
8) a lot of monsters associate Clover with the Dunes/Wild East
9) oh and... Starlo referred to the Wild East as Clover's.... home. Twice.
he could have easily said 'Wild East'
... get the adoption papers.

as cool as their design is im really starting to dislike the sonau in general, aside from their stuff suddendly being everywhere and everything being about them and how cool(tm) they are now with the mystery stone turning people into dragons and the similarities between the sonau and the three dragons (naydra, eldra, farodra) its actually not an impossibility that they used to be sonaus as alot of people have been theorizing about ..but ...... idk that would very much ruin their otherwordly yet ethereal mystery to me
i probably sound like some hater whos trying to find something more to dislike about totk all the time but i promise im not!!
the three dragons being some unexplained mystery, beings that are there yet few can see them, timeless, nigh untouchable, they dont act on anything, they dont talk, something about them has always made me look at them in awe; if it turned out they were just yet another cool(tm) sonau guy that ate a stone ... :/
not a fan of that one lads, but dont worry, i will keep my thoughts to myself from now on, i dont want to ruin other peoples fun nor seem like i just hate everything ... the three dragons are just really important to me so i had to say something

I think bpd is a bullshit stigmatizing label thrown at women to pathologize what is very obviously a response to prolonged childhood trauma and would be better labeled as C-PTSD. that being said my god I am bpd as fuck

At first they return as softness, whispers in the wind, barely making their presence known The nostalgia is just the beginning, until the memories of you start aching in my bones They always come but are never welcome, intrusive, manipulative, controlling everything you always were, so discreetly So much so, I tried to tell my […]

generic fantasy concepts are kind of like instant ramen in that if you just kind of drag and drop the most boilerplate version of something into your story it's going to be boring as shit and devoid of nutritional value. and this goes doubly so for big setpiece monsters like dragons.
you gotta like, either come up with a unique thing or make enough additions and substitutions to the stock thing that it meaningfully has its own identity or it's going to suck

Belgrade or Bust!
We lolly-gagged this morning, as we had such a short day ahead. Coffee at a cafe, a stop at a pastry shop for some unknown but delicious delights, and a grocery store stop for emergency food (Snickers Bars) in case things went sour during the what we assumed would be 15ish miles into Belgrade. The […]

wait okay i think we're missing an opportunity with arthur post-coma; pressure-induced alopecia!!!
he's been in a hospital bed, in one position, for a long time. with pressure centered in one place on the scalp like that, hair loss often presents in patients post-surgery/patients on bed rest/etc
and another thing of interest - trauma can, more or less, change the texture of your hair. illness/injury, stress, malnutrition etc can alter your hair follicles, and cause hair to regrow "opposite" of your original texture
so - arthur who always had needle-straight hair, now with random patches of curls once his hair grows back in (or vice-versa). he has no idea why it happened but john tells him that he likes "the new look" even though arthur knows he must look incredibly awkward and mismatched now lol

Is there a reason ur drawings kinda look like someone stretched them in some direction. Not in a mean way. It's very silly imo /pos
Thank you, I’m glad you like it. I take inspiration from artists like @tostyart (twt) @robert_valley (insta) jasonlupas (twt) and several other artists, who do the same thing. I think it looks great. There’s no deeper reason sadly… just think it looks cool.

For all my hipster pretensions, I do love Hunter. I also love the hyperspecific intricate, intense, and often erotic relationships everybody’s agent OCs have with him. It got me thinking about him and my own agent, and honestly?
He disappointed her. Deeply, and personally.
Like, okay, despite her misplaced fealty to the Empire, this is a woman who's had almost exclusively bad interactions with Force users in both camps. Her Sith grandfather belittled and tormented her for the crime of being born without her sister's powers. Her mother, his apprentice, only risked enough interference to keep her alive. When the same sister she was always compared to abandoned her and escaped to the Jedi (who then never let them contact each other again), Lyde only narrowly avoided being sent to Korriban in her place.
And then when she made it to Intelligence, Darth Jadus maimed her, compromised the missions of her employers, and critically endangered the Empire. One of her first missions as a faux-turncoat to the Republic was tracking down and incapacitating a fallen Jedi. The protégé she gained on Hoth? Another semi-Force sensitive, hiding from the Sith. Sith meddling dissolved Imperial Intelligence; Sith infighting ate up resources and cost Imperial lives on Corellia.
And, of course, the Dark Council called for her brainwashing, and a former Jedi abused it.
Sure, like Hunter said, the Star Cabal was never recruiting. There was no incentive for him to care about gaining Lyde's allegiance when he already had the remote to her shock collar, so to speak. But, holy shit, he had no clue how many concessions, how much sympathy to his cause he could have wrung out of the woman designated Cipher Nine, if he hadn't made her his whipping girl. If things had gone juuust a little bit differently, Hunter might've turned over the Black Codex, implored her to take care of it with his dying breath - and she might have fucking done it. Nobody, not the SIS, not Sith Intelligence, not even her former ImpInt superiors would have ever seen that data ever again.
But Hunter wasn't that sort of guy. What sort of guy he was learned Cipher Nine's codeword and used it every chance he got. He didn't have to pretend to play nice with her like with his other colleagues, so he made a point of whisking her brain like cake batter, and acted like it was the funniest thing in the world.
When the Dark Council pushed for Lyde's brainwashing, and when Ardun Kothe used it to control her, she was furious - but she wasn't offended. They're trained and powerful Force-sensitives, and as far as she's concerned it's in their nature to sting.
Hunter, though?
Hunter was a fellow frog.
