So I came across this and I now have a new concept:

SKZ ships as enemies from the beginning of an enemies to lovers fanfic or AU.

First one up is Minchan. I had in mind a CEO Bang Chan who gets a hit put on him and the assassin is, drumroll please...

Minho!!

Okay so basically Minho is very good at his job, tracks Chan down and manages to corner him in no time, however, what he doesn’t expect is for Chan to always be one step ahead and so it’s a massive game of cat and mouse in which Minho continually gets more and more frustrated and as his frustration rises so does his determination to finally assassinate his target. However, something he doesn’t expect is that as they continue to see each other and he carries on getting closer and closer to killing Chan, Minho starts hesitating with the trigger. He doesn’t know why but he supposes he doesn’t want the chase to be over, no matter the frustration that Chan’s permanent elusiveness brings him.

Paired with some dubiously threatening flirting and sexy sexy knife point tension, their relationship starts to grow a bit more than just assassin-target and arguably starts morphing into a very peculiar acquaintanceship.

This is heavily inspired by “But you won’t” by Dulcetchan on ao3, their fanfictions are absolutely amazing and this one is no exception.
