4 çay bardağı toz şeker

200 gram margarin veya tereyağ

3 adet yumurta

4 çay bardağı un

1,5 tatlı kaşığı kabartma tozu

İçi için

4,5 çay bardağı dolusu yer fıstığı

Karamel sosu için:

1 çay bardaği şurup

1 çay bardagi sıvı krema

1/2 çay bardagi şeker

2 tatlı kaşığı vanilya

2 yemek kaşığı kakao

Üzeri için:

200 gram bitter çikolata

Tarif

İlk önce çırpma kabında şeker ile yağı mikserle iyice çırpın krema haline gelene kadar.

Daha sonra tek tek yumurtalar eklenip, her yumurta arasında 2-3 dakika çırpın.

Ardından elenmiş un ve kabartma tozunu karışıma ekleyin ve el çırpıcı ile karıştırın.

Yagli kagit serilmis tepsiye 25 x 35 cm ebatlarında dökün ve üzerine fıstıklar hamuru örtecek şekilde yerleştirin.

Önceden ısıtılmış 200 derecede firinda 20-25 dakika pisirilir.

Diğer tarafta karamel sosunu hazırlayalım. Bir tencerenin icine bütün malzemeler eklenip kaynamaya birakilir. Kaynamaya baslayan sos karistirilarak 8 dakika daha pisirilir.

Not: Ben surup olarak hazir alinmis kullandim ama bulamiyanlar icin evde yapmabilmeleri mümkün (su ve seker koyu kivama gelene kadar ocakta pisirilir.)

Kek ve karamel sos hafif ılıdıktan sonra, sosu kekin üzerine dökün.

Daha sonra kek tamamen soğuduktan sonra, üzerine eritilmiş cikolata sürülür ve katılaşmaya bırakılir. Soguyan kek istenilen büyüklükte dilimleyerek servis edin.

im nb but fem-leaning so idk if this is what ur looking 4 but when it comes to oc/canon ships (like sosu x danse) i start by saying 'im gonna romance x' and then i pick from my ocs to see who i think would work for them. in my original stuff (oc/oc) i sometimes think about who would work for who, but usually things just happen as im writing. i do enjoy writing m/m- i don't want to sound too clinical about this. but i don't think i like it any more or less than f/m or f/f if the pairing works
