I died once.

It was beautifully tragic. I was left alone in the silent of the night and the glow of the moonlight to drift away. Nobody came. Nobody interfered. I left them distraught. I left traces of me everywhere; I kissed their lips in beautiful places so they’d visit still with my taste in their mouth. I ruined life for them because I took them to beautiful places and did beautiful things so they could never look at things the same way again. I respected them and let them into- what they thought- was my life. In every nook and cranny they learnt something new about me and slowly I discovered their secrets and I ruined them. I became the thing they could learn to love in a world full of hatred and I left them before they realised I was gone.
