I know I’m poking the bear with this one but I’m not going to lie, it makes me exceedingly uncomfortable when I see JC portrayed as a “good uncle” to LSZ of all people. The kid whose family was actively murdered by the guy. The kid whose death the guy actively called for even after knowing that A-Yuan was an innocent toddler. I don’t hate JC, and if you do like this fanon relationship then more power to you, but it’s genuinely something that makes me cringe to see.

I found my relatives who are estranged because they left the cult (among other, much more complicated things)… and through their friends list I found my creepy uncle who I saw exactly once in person, walking through a foyer at a funeral.

Now, I bear a striking resemblance to my late grandmother so I could theoretically scare the living bejeezus out of him… 👀 but I’m not going to do that or talk to any of them right now in any way; because I don’t want to open that can of wormssssssss

#I guess it’s in that side of the family’s DNA to scheme and be evil and covertly cause as much mayhem as possible #I’ve inherited a double dose of whatever that is because I’ve been dying to cause widespread mayhem in disguise #hungering for it even— THIRSTING AS IF MY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT #But there are no healthy or morally correct ways to Do That right now; so I guess I’ll suffer until I find an opportunity #I have no problems with my relatives. I like my relatives and would love to speak to them #However uh… the uncle #And of course the man’s profile picture is with him holding a toddler… fucking yikes #I mean maybe he’s reformed #He’d better be #Otherwise I will put on my rain boots #pack my bag with granola bars #and with a compass in my hand walk eighty miles north to beat his skinny ass into a seething pulp #[Caligula voice] “Get a dog who’ll eat a dog.” I am that dog. some people binge-drink after a loss. i have played over 30 hours of the sims 4 in less than a week (while working full-time) because whenever i stop i remember all my problems instead of focusing on this adorable family of four whose virtual dreams and relationships i care about so deeply and who i have watched blossom. we all cope in different ways.

#i’m so fond of the two kids especially #having an infant and toddler at the same time was a struggle (like real life!)#but now that the older one is a child they get along super well #she actively wants to play dolls with her little sister 🥺#also she’s learning to play the violin (she’s a creative sim) and i forgot i gave one of her moms the ‘hates violins’ trait #she’s practicing in her room and the mom was white-knuckling it while taking care of the toddler #on the other side of the house #it was so fucking funny #(decided to have her practice when that mom is at work. or possibly move her to the piano instead.)#i could talk about this little family for hours #because i don’t want to think about my own 🙃#my posts #grief cw #the sims #i should take screenshots and show off my virtual children

hate how like. actually giving a fuck about animals has consistently made people mad at me for ruining their "fun". i'll tell someone their Haha Funny video of someone petting a fucking WILD MOUNTAIN LION isnt cute because its actively fucking endangering the animal and the person filming and then they will get mad at me and ask why i always ruin things. can people please care about wild animals in a way that does not involve humans. do not pet them do Not feed them. Leave Them Alone.

#also telling people (Especially family) to fucking leave foxes and racoons alone and to not feed them is a fucking sisyphean task. they do #not need your help in getting food. they have survived this long perfectly fine without your help. you are actively #harming them by feeding them and petting them. they are a wild animal. do not treat them like a fucking domestic cat.#no you cannot 'rescue' that fox orphan you are treating it like it is a cat and letting it around you toddler. it will not survive on its #own because you have doomed it by not letting it be a wild animal. please understand this. Big day for the Sims 2

#WPVG #WPTS2 #The Sims #The Sims 2 #Things accomplished: Made ZEX and DAX and had them fall in love <3 #Then moved in the Captain :3c For shenanigans #He looks like pirate fic!Captain lol #Made a set of I BELIEVE classic green alien boxers (lol)#And upgraded the Vargases' church so there is now a place to pee #And also the confessional booths are prettier - curtains! - and there's a little play area for kids and toddlers #I was gonna add a balcony but the windows got in the way :( Next time - in the real town when I actually move them in #I've also been working on the Vargases' clothes in the background - I am actively choosing to be very extra about Scriabin's coat lol #Does it even count if it doesn't have the wrist and waist ties tho - I think no #Which means hopefully! Soon!! I will actually have the correct clothes to move them into my actual real town!!#I went ahead and put their lots down hehe #Also planning on doing a Whole Thing with Squee - I've heard there's a way of setting up specific adoptions by timing CPS visits?#I haven't tried it myself and I'll make sure to save a version of him separately just in case but like #I think if I have his parents neglect him and he gets seized and then I have the Vargases call to adopt him he'll be like - queued first?#I think that's how that works... #no you don't get it that's her SISTER #team rwby was SO much more of a family to weiss than her actual family #like she grew up in a mansion where. her father was abusive. her brother always took his side and helped him to stay out of trouble himself #her mother shut down and was entirely absent from her life due to her father's behaviour.#and her sister was hardly ever home bc of her military career and she counted each of her visits as a blessing #she idolized the shit out of winter but she was still never there. weiss grew up almost entirely alone. klein was her only present family.#and then she joined team rwby and she suddenly had 3 sisters she got to spend everyday with and she loved them all so much #and she even fucking says as much when she confronts jacques and says '[these aren't] friends. [they're] family.'#god everyone in team rwby has family trauma #yang grew up with no active parent for a long time since tai shutdown after summer's death and qrow was an alcoholic #(like yeah both of them loved her but neither was a good parent)#(if she can at 5 years old disappear into the woods for several hours with a toddler in a wagon behind her without any supervision #while said woods are filled with monsters then im sorry the parents aren't parenting)#and after the loss of her mother ruby was raised by yang who was literally only two years older than her #blake got the best deal but she got fucking groomed into hating and abandoning her parents by That Fucker #and we know how much his actions fucked her up for nearly her whole life #team rwby is a family and i would die on this hill i am crying as i write this #(the best deal parent-wise her parents are amazing. not saying she got a better deal overall)

Growing food, such as planting seeds teaches children about nature, nutrition, responsibility for caring for something, and about where their food originated. It could even help picky eaters develop more of an interest.

One of the best things coming out of season four is the collective agreement that despite them barely interacting Jonathan is fucking pissed at Mike right now, but Mike is just too oblivious to notice.

#he’s like. standing behind Mike sending the worst fucking vibes his way #which fair. I would too #and it totally fits w J’s character and his role in Will’s life as an older brother/confidant #and now J is just in the Mike Wheeler Hate Group along w Hopper and maybe Max #(anyway brain saying ‘wow this is a kid J’s known since he was little. a practical toddler.#he knows Mike really well has had him over for dinner any number of times #he’s seen Mike grow up alongside Will #and now he’s ready to give him the cold shoulder or rip him a new one if Will just says the word’#which is really sweet if you think about it that J is so willing to put Mike in his place for Will #that J prioritizes Will’s well being over the relationship with a family friend #but it’s also sad bc that willingness to go toe to toe with Mike? it didn’t come out of nowhere #it’s most certainly the result of months or years of seeing Will pine and struggle and especially the last few years #how his and Mike’s relationship have deteriorated #and then it’s not funny anymore J wanting to throw down with Mike it’s a very reasonable response for a sibling so close to his brother #for seeing Will’s pain and being so confused and frustrated that Mike - his best friend - can’t see it #and wanting to do anything to protect Will to make him feel better to fix things #yeah so 2 hands: funny that J has beef w someone he’s barely interacted w onscreen and is too oblivious to notice #and B it actually makes a lot of sense that J is actively pissed at Mike it didn’t spring out of nowhere this is a result of years of #being in Will’s immediate circle and witnessing the relationship fall apart #so. my two cents #stranger things #jonathan byers #Mike wheeler #my post
