I drew this to celebrate ten years of running Star Trek related fangroup in social media that @iskelan once started and I’m mostly taking care of.

Man I get this is well intentioned and on some level I do appreciate it but like
This feels kind of similar to leaving a comment like "Oh I hate this ship, but you drew it so beautifully!" Like in some ways it's a genuine compliment and I'm glad that my art can sometimes strike a chord with people who even aren't Rezo fans but it's still kind of awkward to me to be sitting here like, wearing a Rezo t-shirt and having someone come up to me and go "Oh, hey it's Rezo! He's such a terrible character lol"
like buddy do you think i am metaphorically wearing this shirt ironically. that i am ironically putting a great deal of effort into my many many drawings ft. rezo. that my shoujo filter edits of rezo were done from a place of hatred. what part is signalling to you that This Person Definitely Wants To Hear About Your Dislike Of Rezo, because this has happened multiple times from various different people.

I found some things on Twitter that I missed.
First, there are logos for the upcoming projects. I've seen the ones for Melody and Tales of Feryon (now Fairyon), of course, but the other two are new! I like them
And also there are some character concepts for Fairyon!
Little Red looks badass, but I'm not sure who Thom Boy is supposed to be or why he looks like a sphere?? (And I totally read as "Mom Boy" the first time 😭) The only boys that are gonna be on the team are Aladdin and Jack 🤔

brainworms flavor is still murderhobo baby boy, Mogram, thinking bout what would be his "canon" ending even tho I have not even GOTTEN to the ending lol
right now I'm not sure whether Ascended or Spawn Astarion is Mogram's canon ending. the fact that I know so much more about how he would act with Ascended Astarion tempts me to think that it's the canon one, or at the very least his default one, if no outside factors work on him or Astarion.
Mogram is from the Underdark. loyalty is almost non-existent, at least at his social level. the fact that Astarion has treated him kindly, gently, as a partner is completely foreign to him, and the feelings that come from that are frightening. he has no precedent for it.
he's inclined to encourage Astarion to take over the Ascension ritual, because revenge and power are things he understands. they're things he wants for himself, but he doesn't think he will ever be able to achieve. he feels these strange emotions towards Astarion; he wants to give Astarion the things he cannot have for himself.
so when Astarion ascends, he assumes his role is done. but then, Astarion wants to keep him?
well. that makes sense, Mogram guesses. he's been useful. and he'd be lying if he said he didn't want to stay at Astarion's side, for as long as he could. the confidence and attention has been addictive, despite the fear. that's absolutely all it really is, right?
and then he's bitten and transformed.
and he realizes just how deeply, how completely he loves Astarion. his Master. his true Master. that anyone else thought they could claim him is a joke; he belongs here, at Astarion's hand.
and it is not enough to be Master's favorite. Mogram must be Master's only.
he kills any other spawn Astarion tries to introduce. subtly at first, just accidents while hunting. then the new spawn turn up torn to pieces on the grounds, blood clings to Mogram's fangs.
eventually, if left unchecked, Mogram's obsession would culminate in him aiding a group of adventurers to defeat his Master-- just long enough for Mogram to get a drink of his blood.
and then the new vampire Mogram tears his pawns to shreds, presents their still-warm hearts to his Master.
he has to be the strongest he can be. he has to be the most useful he can be. his Master deserves no less.
how things go from there is really anyone's guess. I have thoughts of them trying to make it work, but it involves long periods of time spent far apart so that their vampiric instincts don't have the chance to tell them to kill each other.
Astarion would still have the edge over a full-blooded Mogram, being an Ascendent, but. there's no telling how deep Mogram's obsession would go, or if it would reroute itself entirely.
