My farmer Elisiah (nicknamed Elise) became friends with Seb earlier than everyone else cause she kept running into him outside of the mines and when she spoke to Robin about the house. She was REALLY busy year 1 so didn't get to meet a lot of people (AKA I was fuckin farming and forgot to talk to people my first playthrough lmfao)

Anyway Seb is a fucking nerd and Elise doesn't play games at all, so I needed a reason she got a horse named Epona.

The Mad King:

"You would betray me after all I have done for you? After I have lavished you in fine silks and rare jewels?"

"Good girl. Now, tell me, did someone come to the house today, while I was gone?"

"...yes"

"Did ya talk to them?"

"....."

"......They needed directions and they weren't leaving unless I told them, they saw me through the window, I tried to hide promise!"

"It's okay pumpkin, I'm proud you told me the truth. But we have these rules for a reason, what if they tried to take you away from me huh? We don't want another junior deputy situation on our hands...do we?"

My Dragon’s Lair.

Made this for Sebastian and the farmer for all those DnD campaigns on the weekends.

Sam and Abi are a given, they usually show up with food ever since they found out the Farmer made her own brew. Their flower mead’s especially popular. Abi always fascinated with the farmer’s recounting of the caves with Seb occasionally chiming in when he’s joined Farmer on quests.

Elliot and Leah are a welcome addition to the DnD campaigns. Eli once overheard the group talking about a new story they were working on and wanted to observe. Leah was there for the vibes but pretty soon got into it as their resident chaotic blacksmith.

Emily, the Farmer’s bestie, dragged Shane over once with the promise of good mead. Em likes going and the group loves having her there because of her eccentric ideas and plot twists. Shane becomes their resident voice of reason often saving the group from demise and also surprisingly lucky with his Nat20s. Haley sometimes comes, warming up to the group, they discover she has a real knack for changing voices and giving her characters life.

The group was most surprised though when the Farmer managed to drag Marlon into one campaign and all his very (scarily) realistic battle strategies.

September 3-9: Sweater Weather

As the leaves change to a beautiful rainbow of colors, it’s time for Stiles and Derek to break out the sweaters and savor some cozy autumn days. Do they explore harvest farms and drink seasonal cups of pumpkin spice latte? Or maybe they take a hike through the woods or visit a corn maze? The possibilities are endless as they embrace the season and all the flavors of fall.

September 10-16:  Baking

It’s that time of year when cool weather brings out everyone’s love for baking! Tarts, pies, pumpkin butter, cookies, cheesecake bars, and cobblers are on the menu. Is Stiles in a baking mood with the change of the weather, getting ready for the upcoming holidays? Is Derek making his mother’s from-scratch apple pie? Maybe there’s a local bake-off for a harvest festival, where Stiles or Derek is the undefeated champion, and the other has come to challenge them to an on-the-spot bake-off. May the best baker win!

September 17-23: Bonfire

The air is crisp and autumn’s arrival is the absolute perfect time of the year to take advantage of the cool nights and starry skies and to make memories around the fire pit with friends, pack, and family. Roasting marshmallows for s'mores and getting cozy with your mate is one of the many things Sterek can enjoy this Fall around the bonfire.  Are they having a pack get-together at the rebuilt Hale house where Derek is hosting a bonfire party for the pack? Or perhaps they’re at the beach building up a bonfire to fight off the salty chilly air? Wherever you take Sterek this Fall, they’ll be snuggly and warm, enjoying the starry night together.

September 24-30: Pumpkin Patch

It’s that time of the year when everyone loves to visit a pumpkin patch! It’s one of the most Fall things you can do. Are Derek and Stiles getting ready for October, which is just around the corner? Are they picking out pumpkins so they can roast the seeds and use the rest for tasty recipes? Or maybe they’re taking their family to visit the games, including hayrides at their local pumpkin patch to support local farms and their seasonal farmers market? Perhaps the pack shows up for family photo ops for Eli’s first pumpkin patch visit! The possibilities are abundant, along with those cute adorable pumpkins we can only enjoy during the Fall season.

October 1-7: Haunted House

Phantoms and demons and ghosts, oh my! With Halloween around the corner, Stiles and Derek would certainly be brave enough to visit a haunted house or two, racing each other to see who would make it out first. Or maybe they work in one, chasing screaming patrons through the attraction. Either way, their wild energy and fearlessness would make for some thrilling entertainment.

A Mini Analysis On The Stardew Love Interests

I like to group the Stardew love interests (and love interests in the media in general) into two groups. External Love Interests (ELI) and Internal Love Interests (ILI).

ELI's grow closer to the Farmer through the Farmer solving an external problem of theirs. The Love Interest does not change when the problem is solved, though public opinion of them may change. A good example of ELI's is Sam. His problem is his band. By solving the problem, he grows closer to Farmer. He doesn't change at all. What you see is what you get. He's still a lovable idiot. Another example of an ELI is Leah.

ILI's grow closer to the Farmer through the Farmer helping them solve an internal (emotional) problem of theirs. They usually change their personality. Shane is the poster child of ILI's. Farmer helps his depression and they grow closer. His personality changes dramatically throughout your relationship. Another example of an ILI is Alex

Now, of course this is not an end all be all. Not every love interest will fall into a perfect mold. Most of them fall into both groups in one way or another. Some don't even have a problem. This is just a trend I found that I put way too much time into.

Coral Island has reignited my deep love for farming sims, and this account was originally created when I was deep in my Harvest Moon: Animal Parade phase when I was 13, so I figured introducing myself here would be perfect! I'm hoping to make a lot of Coral Island content in the future ~
