                  it’s been awhile since he’s stepped foot inside of the institute, long enough that he feels like a    COMPLETE   STRANGER   amongst its walls.   he used to hope that one day his parents would invite him back, not only into the institute but back into their lives as well. it was a     f o o l s   d r e a m  .. .    one that still hasn’t come true.  izzy was the one to ask him back today.  she wasn’t exactly clear about why, but he would do anything for his sister if she asked him to.  on the way to isabelle’s room, nate noticed that what used to be genevieve’s room was open. he wondered if she was still there, and just like that his question was answered as he peered in and saw her wearing one of his   OLD SHIRTS.  one that had gone missing.. .  well   now   he knew what happened to it.   he smiled at her response.  not sure what he had expected, but not that.    ❛    no,  no you can keep it.   i think you look better in green than i do anyways.   i’m just surprised to see that you’re the  CULPRIT  behind my missing shirt.   ❜

             as he walks through the halls of the institute, he can feel eyes on him with every  TURN  he takes. of course he should have expected this. it didn’t matter how long he had trained beside all of them or how many of their asses he saved, he was valentine’s son and that was enough to  CONDEMN HIM  no matter what he’s done in the past. finally, he finds someone who hasn’t shunned him since his return.  ��� I’m used to people staring at me, but not for this reason. “   the cocky remark still falls from his lips, even as he feels on edge.  “  i hope you’re still taking to me. “

@ofgoldenblood I’ve been following Min’s Jace for awhile now. And though we haven’t roleplayed or talked much ooc (we play tag by literally tagging each other in character development things) I still have mad respect for Min’s Jace. Not only is this Jace fully fleshed out but the drabbles my god they’re amazing and there’s a lot of detail, and thought and love and dedication that go into everything Min posts. It shows. I appreciate when someone’s writing is easy to read because it flows so well and beautifully and I get that from this blog. I know you’ve been getting hate recently for your ships (one in particular) and I commend you for speaking out against it and standing your ground. Listen, do you. Love what you love and fuck everybody else. It’s so easy to tear someone down for whatever reason and yet it’s so hard to lift them up and compliment them on all the things they do right. You have talent and heart and genuine, real devotion and understanding to your character/s. No one can ever take that away from you. It makes you a great, all around real human being. Those are hard to come by. Bless you for putting out incredible, quality content regardless of what others say, think, or throw your way. Please, don’t ever stop. 

@sacredwar It’s no secret how much I love Sarah. And I can admit I’m totally bias writing this one but even those closest to me could use the positive reinforcements and I couldn’t deny that to someone who I cherish and hold so dearly to my heart. There isn’t a character Sarah can’t write or make come to life. I’ve seen her try her hand at multiple muses and each one is articulate and carefully devoted to. Its definitely not easy juggling multiple muses but Sarah does this and does it so well. She’s such an amazing and understanding person ooc. And I have the honor of calling her a close friend. She knows how much I love her (because I tell her this frequently) but she deserves all the love and adoration I have. I respect her, I appreciate her, I cherish her. More than words could ever describe. Sarah, you are precious to me. And for as long as I’m here, I’ll continue to make sure you know it. Please stay safe out there in Florida. I need you, parabatai. Your heart, and spirit are both so radiant. Thanks for reaching out to me when you did. It’s been a fantastic ride with you so far and there’s no way I’ll let it come to an end if I can help it.

@faultyhalo Nessa is lovely and takes the cake on writing OCs that I’ve come to love and cherish as if they were my own. If it weren’t for you, I really doubt I’d still be here. I love that even when we don’t talk every day, you come back and it’s as if nothing has changed. You’re one of those people that can come and go (online) and I’ll still love you the same, if not more every time. My love and adoration for you never wanes. I love you and Gen like she was my daughter. You’ve always been 100% real, and upfront. You say what you mean and what you feel and you’re a great person ontop of that. It’s always so easy replying to you or talking to you and it’s because we click so well. You always keep my interest and there’s nothing you could do to ever lose it. Gen is canon to me. You’ve put so much work into her character and it shows. It’s not easy writing OCs but you make it look like it is. Bless Gen for being so multi dimensional and bless you for giving me a chance to write with her and enjoy her in all of her sassy, badassery glory.

@magnusofbane​ Tbh when I reblogged the meme for this, I had you in mind as one of the ones I wanted to definitely write about. Cassidy, your Magnus was the first I ever wrote with. And I’ve told you this before but every time I get a reply from you I fangirl because you sound so much like Magnus that it blows my freaking mind. And it makes it so easy for me to reply or respond because I can hear Magnus’s voice in your writing and that awakens my inner Alec even more. You inspire my muse, you incite him. Idk if you realize this but to me that’s just so incredible?? Especially to be on this side of it and feel it happening. You really get him and I can see the dedication and love you have for Magnus in everything you put out. Ontop of being an amazing writer though, you’re an even more amazing person ooc. I love how every time you sign on, you spread love and positivity to everyone on the dash. Your cute adorable puns never cease to make me laugh or smile. You always tell people that they deserve love and to be happy and so do you honestly. And what’s the greatest part about it all is that you GENUINELY mean it.                   though the fight against thor’s brother and his alien army had been won, the fight was far from being    O  V  E  R  .   they would have to quickly move past victory and prepare for the next war and the next  and the next ..  part of steve did want peace.  peace for those who couldn’t live in a world under a constant battle, but he also  CRAVED  the fighting.  his mind and body would never be at peace, always wanting to go.   for a time now he had been living in the past, still finds himself stuck there from time to time, but it has been getting better.            at least    little by little.    

                  steve had been talking to natasha, speaking to her about bringing in new recruits due to some of their teammates leaving back to their worlds or being  otherwise occupied. it never hurt to have   MORE NUMBERS  in the ranks either.  it was the first day of their new recruitment strategy.  not only looking for those with special abilities, but also the will to  protect   and do what was right for the world.  as he had learned with his own experiences, a good heart was just as important, if not more, than a strong body.   

                   approaching the front of the room, his eyes discreetly scan each of the recruits standing at attention. some of them hand picked by s.h.i.e.l.d themselves and others by natasha herself. the movement of his eyes almost pause as he spots someone he briefly knows among the crowd. had she known natasha when they met?  or was she on s.h.i.e.l.d’s radar and he didn’t even know it? recovering, he steps beside natasha in the front of the room to deliver a short and focused speech.  

               ❛    each and everyone of you was picked for a reason.  whether it’s to join the avengers or the operatives at s.h.i.e.l.d will depend on what you show me and agent romanoff today.  we’re not looking for the physically strongest, but those with strong will and mind.  ❜  placing his hands behind his back, he stands with straight posture and motions towards natasha.   ❛     agent romanoff will explain the tasks you’ll undergo today.  good luck.  ❜      she took over from him, explaining that there will be physical tasks as well as mental one’s.

                 the first would be mental. each person would be given several scenarios and will have to think of the best and most creative strategy to  solve it.  after she finished speaking, steve took off in the opposite direction as her.  consequently, towards the woman he had believed he knew. stopping in front of her, he gives a small friendly smile before continuing.   ❛   are you ready for the first scenario?    ❜

          How was it that he always managed to end up in these damn situations? It wasn’t that Derek specifically looked for them. Hell the truth was he tried to avoid them. Especially since leaving Beacon Hills confrontation was something that Derek had tried to let slip past him. Yet here he was in the middle of another shit storm that this time thankfully wasn’t his. Not that it made a damn difference at this particular moment. 

           Growling low in his chest Derek wasn’t sure if he was more irritated or just downright angry to be in the wrong place wrong time. (at least that’s what he hoped was the case) 

           ❝ Look-- I don’t know who you are but, believe me you don’t really want me stuck in the middle of this.❞ 

           Although Derek wasn’t completely convinced that he wasn’t supposed to be. His past in New York wasn’t exactly squeaky clean and if it did catch up with him well, he could have a situation or two on his hands. This he kinda hoped wasn’t one of those possible situations.

         E motions  were  nothing  but  a  distraction.   |  A  weakness.  |   Alec  could  tell  something  was  off  with  Genevieve.  She  lost  her  focus,  and  as  a  result  paid  the  price.  Which  never  happened.   “That’s  what  happens  when  you  take  your  eye  off  the  prize.”    Showing  sympathy  didn’t  come  naturally  to  Alec.  However  that,  didn’t  mean  he  was  immune  to  feeling it. 

           Extending  a  hand  out  to  her,  Alec  helps  Genevieve  back  onto  her  feet.  “We  have  to  go.  The  demon  knows  we’re  here.  Can  you  walk ? ”
