Fear the Lord - Proverbs 3:7-8
Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil. Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones.

Daniel 5 KJV
Just instilled a fresh dose of FEAR
‭Hebrews 10:30-31 KJV‬
[30] For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. [31] It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Having the fear of the Lord within you does not mean to literally be afraid of him. Rather, it means to have a mature respect for God and his awesome might, and living accordingly.
Any good relationship is one where both parties respect, and love each other. You can’t love somebody without respecting them. God desires to be loved by us, and thus, respected by us as well.
Fearing the Lord is a call to be humble before him. It’s to live in awe of his great might, and acknowledging his we are unworthy to approach him in all his glory.
How can any us measure up to the one who holds the entire universe in the palm of his hand?
We simply can’t.
As such, we should always be knowledgeable of this fact. Don’t let your pride build you up to be bigger than the God of the universe (trust me, it’s not a good idea). God desires his subjects to be respectful, humble, loving, and always grateful for his abundant mercy. This will not happen if we don’t have a fear of God.
Jesus said, “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy soul and body in hell”.
Every well respecting child fears their parents punishing them, even if they love them dearly.
This is the kind of relationship that God desires to have with us.
We must be respectful to our Heavenly Father, and acknowledge our sinfulness before him. We must also praise him for his holiness and abundant mercy that he gives to us free of charge, thanks to Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross.
This is the Christian life: fearing and respecting God, and keeping his commandments. This is worship.
God bless, Jesus loves you ✝️❤️

The Blessing of Reading One Chapter of Proverbs Per Day
Years ago, I read that Billy Graham followed a simple yet profound Bible reading habit: he read one Psalm, one chapter of Proverbs, and a passage from both the Old and New Testaments every day. Inspired by his example, I began this habit myself, rising at 5 AM each morning to seek wisdom in God’s Word. One of the most transformative aspects of this discipline has been reading a chapter of…

Jesus: The Warrior King
Jesus is not merely nice—he is kind. And kindness is not weakness. It is strength, forged in fire, tempered by wisdom, and wielded with purpose.
youtube
He is a warrior, a man of action. He does not bow to evil, nor does he tolerate the corruption of truth. He overthrows tyrants, casts out demons, and stands unshaken in the face of darkness.
youtube
He is dangerous. Not because he seeks destruction, but because he carries the power to undo all falsehoods, to break the chains of oppression, and to lead his people without fear.
youtube
He is the Lion and the Lamb. The Redeemer and the Conqueror. The One who fights, not for himself, but for the souls entrusted to him.
