Meet "Sugar Plum Fairy" the newest color way for our collection of hand dyed Fairy wrap skirts. All of the fabrics for this piece were ice dyed in our fiber studio. For thus one I used a selection of purples, most mottled with streaks of blue and teal. There are also some strands of bright teal interspersed throughout. The waist band was crocheted by me with a textured acrylic boucle yarn in deep purple with soecles of blue. This is a true wrap skirt . Summer Fling is here !! The newest fairy wrap skirt headed to the shop. Made of a mixture of hand dyed and commercial fabrics , it has summery shades of sky blue, spring green, coral pink, and sunny yellow. The waist band was crocheted by hand using an acrylic textured boucle yarn in color changing shades of warm pinks and oranges . As always the skirt it totally adjustable by way of two buttons, one on each end which slip through the stitches of the waistband securing the skirt in place. It opens out to a maximum of 36 inches but needs a few inches of overlap to look best. I would recommend this skirt for a fairy with a waist size of 32 inches or less. ~ $40. This is " Nightscape " a new hand dyed Fairy wrap skirt fresh out if out studio. This one is on the smaller side . I would say it us a ladies small or a youth large skirt. It will open out to a maximum of 33 inches but will look best with a few inches of overlap so I would recommend it for a fairy with a waist size of 26 inches or less. Made from a variety of cotton fabric all hand dyed in our studio the colors for this skirt are beautifully bold and striking in shades of forest green, Navy blue , and dark purple with streaks of orange and yellow interspersed throughout. The acrylic yarn from which the waist band was crocheted goes from forest green to black . The waistband has been crocheted from a chunky turquoise blue acrylic yarn and it closes by way of two buttons, one going up the other down which can be slipped through the stitches of the waistband wherever you may need. That makes it totally adjustable for the perfect fit each and every time no matter what you put underneath.
