These days I’ve become so argumentative 😔 it’s not fun I don’t like it I always feel horrible after arguing

Idk recently not being understood is so triggering for me lol and I feel like I need to explain everything so ppl can understand me but also it becomes very argumentative cuz I get so defensive 😭😭

and then I feel so bad because tbh everyone in my family is going thru some different kind of 💩 rn and they’re also acting the way they are because of valid reasons as well 😔

But you know I guess that’s what life is… as part of a family it’s normal for everyone to have their own moments of stress and take turns being upset and having emotional outbursts lol but I guess we have to complement each other that way. When you have an outburst it’s the other person’s turn to be understanding and take care of them, and when it’s their turn to have an outburst it’s your turn to take care of them.

And the reason you can even have an emotional outburst in front of them is only because you trust them to that extent, the same for them to you 😔 because I guess deep inside we understand that we don’t have real malicious intentions toward each other at the end of the day, so we feel safe and can continue to love each other despite arguments
