Asagao fife and mads being sneaky dorks around their friends- got any headcanons?

im made of headcanons bby ~

* both being exchange students, they end up communicating a lot in english cause japanese is hard. so majority of their friends dont understand them (minus people like kit, caddy and shane), and they use this to their advantage so to speak to talk about their friends - but ONLY about the positive things. people might think they are gossiping together since pretty much nobody can understand them, but really they are just talking about how good jared looks today or how nice it was for jirard to get everyone cookies or how good wallid is at dancing games, etc.

* they like to send stupid meme-y notes to each other in class, and only write them in english. so if they get caught, and someone needs to read it out loud, shizuka usually gives that task to shane who doesnt like it that he needs to read these stupid memes out loud cause of these two gdi

* a lot of long, very late night movies+cuddle session happen. especially with kit when they are feeling under the weather. and usually they find their favorite movies from each one’s home country to watch, because why not+ the same goes for times when these three team up to bring baked goodies to their friends, they make up stuff that comes from their home countries yay ~

As i was feeling like sad I decided to read my old asagao!anny tag and boi i miss that a lot

Okay I know I didnt flesh it out when you guys did but how would asagao!fife meet up with mads and kit? (Bc you know she'd want to be friends with you guyss) She's an american exchange student, going to asagao bc her online friends are in the area and her fam said let's give it a go, she wanted to go to Japan anyways. She loves cute and acts fairly cute but also blunt and sassy. Is the supportive angel friend who would die for you. Has a hundred stuffed animals. Likes gaming and music and art.

i feel like the initial first meeting would be through class, depending on whether fife would be a second or third year student (as kit is second and mads is third), or well honestly any year works cause they do have friends on fourth and first year too lol. but yeah i’d see it starting off with just casually knowing each other either through class/mutual friends at first, and then the stuffed animals come to play cause kit is a known hoarder of them too

so one saturday evening after spending the day shopping in town they both come back to the dorms, exhausted with their shoppings and ofc bags full of more plushies because of course they do. they happen to bump to each other in the halls, like literally bump shoulders - both of them being exhausted enough to drop their bags. lot of fussy apologies ensue, bags are grabbed and both head to their rooms, only to find out that they exchanged bags by accident, and now they have wrong plushies with them nnnoooo!

so here starts the hunt for the right dorm room to return the lost plushies cause kit just brought something new that was going to be a gift to one of their friends and they need is back asap, so after what seems to be like years of trying they finally find the right dorm room and fife that they’ve been looking for - almost as soon as she opens the door there can be plushies seen EVERYWHERE. like literally everywhere in the room. kit is more than just a little awestruck and tries to mask their excitement of another plushie collector behind the excuse of just wanting to return their shopping bag, but somehow gets invited in for fife to show them her excessive collection of plushies and kit is just over the moon

cue kit returning back to their room probably hours later and just going “heCK MADS I JUST CUDDLED LIKE TWENTY NEW NOKEMONS YOU WONT BELIEVE THIS” and shes like. “…kit what did you do this time”

thus friendship ensues ~

Honestly? @fifemafera and Dawn probably met the morning of Dawn’s first early-morning seminary class at Asagao, since they’re in different years and wouldn’t be in the same homeroom. It’d sorta be a situation of, “Oh, I’ve seen you around, but now I actually have a chance to talk with you, let’s be friends now!” … Something like that.
