Unbelievably, incredibly, wonderfully, I have been posting fic for a whole year.

On 1 June 2023, I posted the first chapter of The Chain, Linked, determined to finish it even if no one read it, because it was something for me. I hoped secretly to get 5 kudos, but did not expect it.

The response from you all was nothing short of phenomenal. I still cannot believe that there are people who want to read my stories and honoured by every person who reads, kudos, comments, makes art, or otherwise engages with my works. You are all treasures, every one of you, and i love you all.

I'll be doing a DTIYS soon to celebrate the wonderful community of this fandom, but I want to finish the Clocktown Mystery first, so keep an eye out in the coming weeks!

So thank you all for an incredible year. To say that my life has been changed would be an understatement. You've all welcomed me with open arms and I've made the most incredible friends.

Here's to many more years of fun, fandom, friendship, and our favourite elf twinks!

Human Ink but he’s actually 100% human this time

I actually already made a post about my human ink here but I’ll ramble about them more if that’s okay

Ink draws stars on his pants when he’s bored in class and sometimes puts paint on his sleeves. He also wears no shoes cause he wants to “feel the earth better”. Blue sometimes forces him to wear sandals. He also writes notes on his scarf just like in canon, (it’s written “dog? TAX SEASON, Pick up Dream, Exam Tuesday”)

They also have a big bag to bring everywhere. Inside, there’s art supplies (ink pen, paintbrushes, sketchbook, pencils, ruler, IPad with broken screen (Error broke it after borrowing it for 10 minutes, he says it was an accident), stylus pen, palette knife and a box cutter (can be used as self defence teehee)). It also has three pins, one with the aroace flag, another the non-binary flag and the last one is intersex.

I think Ink would be the guy who’s in his mid twenties but is still at school (university). It’s not that he’s bad at art, it’s just that he never really understands the assignment, finishes days after the deadline and is always late for classes. (He’s so me fr)

And since art school is expensive, he’s broke and sometimes invites himself into his friends homes without any warning

Ink: Window was unlocked

???: That doesn’t- Is that MY cereal???

Finally finished my piece based on @melonsharks Gravity Falls 10k DTIYS! I feel very proud of how the drawing turned out, given that I don’t draw as much as I used to. It’s been amazing to see how much my friend keep growing as an artist and how much their art has been evolving over time.

For The Forgotten Ones is completed, I haven’t read the final chapter yet because I wanted to finish this first

Buddy thank you so much for this wonderful story, I know I keep saying it but it genuinely changed my life. I hadn’t been in the Undertale fandom since about 2017, it was my first fandom experience so it was very special to me, but I left it far behind. at the start of this year I stumbled upon Calcium-cat’s comic based on the first chapter, and I found my way to this fic and read I think seven chapters in one night LOL. I had to stop because it was so late, but afterwards I sat in the dark of my room and just, felt. this fic felt like the peak of the old Undertale fandom, it was almost overwhelming (in the best way). all these emotions and this energy that I hadn’t felt in years all came rushing back it was like magic. like rediscovering the meaning of life. I know that sounds ridiculous and cheesy but Undertale genuinely made me who I am, it was my first fandom, drew my first fanart and wrote my first fan fiction and went to my first con and made friends and discovered this whole community that made me feel like me. and this story is interwoven with all of that. it feels like Home.

because of this fic I gained the motivation to create SO MUCH art, my skills have developed so much and I genuinely love my art now when I didn’t really before. I’ve found my style bc of you :) I’ve also gained an actual following now that continues to grow which is a dream come true since I first joined the internet. and I’ve made so many wonderful friends, I’ve got a group that came together bc of this fic and they’re all such wonderful people that I may never have met otherwise.

I’ve still got so many screenshots and ideas to draw for this fic so I’ll be appreciating it for a long time still, but this is a thank you, a gift and an appreciation for all that you’ve done. you consistently uploaded a sizeable chapter EVERY WEEK which is INSANE, your dedication is so inspiring. you created a beautiful world and characterized all these popular characters so well, especially when mischaracterizations have become the fandom canon atp (looks at Swap Sans,,,) you did so much. you created a family we all adored, we laughed and cried and prayed and joked and created this wonderful community within a wonderful community just to appreciate your words. truly effing masterful. I love For The Forgotten Ones, I will print it out into a book someday soon, to put it on my shelf where I can see it always. Thank you thank you thank you I’ve said so many words and still I feel I have not expressed the depths of my feelings

ITS FINALLY DONE!! 😭 This is my very first DTIYS challenge! I participated in Flicker's challenge a while back and it inspired me to do my own! Would you believe this took me two weeks to finish? 😅 I was heavily inspired by one of the songs from "Thumbelina", which is what my version of At All Costs is inspired by. This one is from one of the later chapters where during the above mentioned song, the two confess their feelings for each other. Its goes in a more magical direction where it calls back to older Disney films where the main couple danced in the sky. And I'm a sucker for the forehead touching thing couples do in movies, its so wholesome. 💙💙

(I wanted to draw them hugging too, but my hand got tired. 😅)

This will be the last content I'll drop for Wish Granted for a while. Aside from reading my friends other wish rewrites, the only other thing I'll be doing is updating past chapters. Fixing grammatical/typing errors, adding extra dialogue that helps the story and things like that. I'll write chapter 7 later this month after my break. So I can't wait to see what you guys cook up! 😎

Though I guess if I was celebrating anything it'd be over 60 followers on here and 220+ on my Insta! I'm glad so many like to stick around for my silly little aus and art :]

The deadline for this DTIYS is November 15th! But I am willing to extend it if enough ask for extra time

You can change pretty much anything in your redraw; scene, outfit, lighting, pose, perspective, etc. But you gotta make sure it's still recognizable! I'd say keeping purple guy tied up to a chair in some Freddy's location with the Springbonnie mask somehow included is all you need

And not a rule, but feel free to ask as many questions as you may need! I will answer as best I can, my asks and anon asks on here should be open ^v^

I did a poll earlier about whether or not this should have prizes, and the answer was overwhelmingly yes! How many people joining will affect how many winners, but right now I'm thinking there will only be one

As I can't offer much else, the prize will simply be digital art by me! If you win and don't want the prize, just tell me and I'll ask a runner up instead ^v^

Since my art requests are always open anyway, to make the prize special for DTIYS winners I've decided they can request I draw things I don't usually do for art requests, like their Ocs, their own designs, added backgrounds, and/or I design a character or fusion that they can own and use

Since I did a bunch with the lighting and bluring, here's versions that show it without! This was my first time doing such strong perspective, so I did try to hide it a bit, but I think it turned out pretty alright :>

And here's a maskless version! Mostly I made this for fun at the last second, but I imagine some artists out there would prefer to draw a human over an animatronic, so feel free to do a version like this instead! It includes Springbonnie simply in the form of some shadowy ears

Lately I've been so braindead and tired from renovating, moving and raising our new pup that I haven't had time nor energy to work on my own projects or ideas - so DTIYS are a great way to keep drawing while I finish other things 🥰 I've been thinking about offering commissions similar to these in the future... Also, I just have to get this out if my system but I had no expectations when I decided to make this Tumblr account (on the influence of a lovely friend of mine) and post my art here as well.
